Extremely disappointed in the service provided by the management staff. I had the unfortunate issue of leaving my wallet at the airport in Brisbane and on arrival was told that I would be unable to check in even though I had fully paid as I did not have my physical credit card on me. Even though I was able to provide a credit card from an alternate member in my company they would not budge or help. Lucky for myself I was able to find another hotel last minute, who were able to help with a credit card charge back authorisation and I was able to get a hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights - wonderful location, lovely breakfast cafe. The apartments are basic but comfortable. Only issue for me was that the room had a smell, like the carpet and other items just really need a deep clean. The smell did bother me in a longer stay, but otherwise very good and affordable hotel!

They have got the best rooms here in an affordable price. Trust me This place is so lovely, all thanks to the pretty staff around. And Restaurant at ground floor is amazing for a quick break. Location is like 5 minutes walk to the Kings park and 2 minutes walk to the CBD. #Beautiful place with Cleanliness. ❤️ Thanks for the stay. I would recommend everyone for this one.

Very easy late check in, receptionist and staff were kind and helpful, the wifi was good so no complaints. Great hotel and walking distance to the main highlights of Perth CBD.

Quite surprising this Hotel, looks like an old apartment building from the outside but is lovely inside and the room was clean, had a small kitchen and bathroom, all utilities kettle, toaster etc. Balcony was nice overlooked the garden and had the city in the background. Easy access to room from the carpark, although carpark is small first in first serve scenario however the area surrounding seems safe and there is street parking only paid during the day on weekdays, weekends free. Easy access into the CBD with walk bridge at the end of the street. Overall a nice experience and not too expensive

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city, king's Park and the childrens hospital (reason for our stay). The room was nicely refurbished for the price and comfortable. However... The bedside tables hadn't been wiped down in what looks like months. Thick with sticky residue from drinks and spills. Absolutely disgusting. The bed was comfortable but the sheets hadn't been changed (revolting), crumbs and hairs in it!. Ewwww. Being a public holiday there was no reception or staff to talk to. Also the walls are very thin and the couple in the room next to us argued all night keeping us awake.

Absolutely loving our stay here, 2 nights of peace, comfort and gorgeous city views though the side of our balcony! Very clean room (I'm a cleaner by trade and couldn't fault our room), convenient location and pretty quiet area. Just one night to go and we already don't want to leave! Will definitely return 🥰

Absolutely loved my stay here. Booked in for 5 nights. Great location, walking distance to the city but set back far enough to be peaceful. Rooms were tidy, and spacious. I liked the old charm of the building. Staff were helpful end rates were affordable.

Terrible customer service! Won’t allow a refund or even a voucher of my booking amount…booked this last minute as a trip away but now the country is in lockdown and they won’t even accommodate to your needs! All they do is take your money, didn’t even have the decency to take the time to be genuine. Wonder how many other people they have ripped off! Not our fault we can’t go because of corona. Definitely would not book here again!

No service only there to take your money when checking in, then close the reception only to reopen when checking out and the standard excuse managers not here. Room was next to automatic gate and this was so noisy it woke me every time, this was worse due to the fact that confirmed by staff that they have problems with the front door after hours access so everyone used the side driveway access. Toilet - if your 6ft or over forget trying to use the toilet flawed design! Shower goes hot and cold when ever you have a shower doesn’t mater what time. A/C unit remote needs to be 5cm from A/C unit to work! Restaurant down stair staff starts at 6.30am even they don’t open till 8.00am so expect loud music if your above them no consideration from breakfast bar not to forget try leaving through the front door to get out of the hotel patrons do not move and staff are oblivious. All aforementioned problems were reported to front desk and nothing was resolved. Worst stay in Perth ever!!!

Mould/water damage above bathtub. Bed super uncomfortable with thin pillows. Went to use the kettle in the morning for a coffee and black/brown stuff in the bottom of it 🤢 thankfully there's a cafe attached to the hotel to get a coffee from. Had a better experience at a hotel that cost half the price.

Stayed here from South Africa and twice we had problems with the shower . Could not get help at night everything is closed. Had to move from room to room. Very dissapointed.

Liked · The room is big and comfortable with everything needed. Comfortable bed and couch seat. Big smart TV (no netflix account). Cleaning refreshments every second day. Towels,soaps,coffee,milk, trash bins etc. Which is very nice. Nice Balcony. Fully equiped kitchen. Quiet. Location is good, 5 min walk from a public bus stop, main street and a park.. Disliked · The entrance is through a packed restaurant. So always you have to pass between tables as you go in and out. Usually when the hotel has restaurant its still has seperate lobby for convenience of the guests and the restaurant is on the side - here its just a restaurant you have to pass through to get to the elevator. The location itself is good within the city but its uphill no matter which side you go. The hotel is at the bottom of the hills around it. So better to be fit.

Ideal for short stays in Perth. Close to free buses and taxis are not to dear. Out front of motel is a restaurant with good food and service. Stayed 5 day.

I enjoyed the sound of heavy bass and soul crushing modern pop 'music' from the cafe early in the morning. Good to wake up to when in a deep sleep(especially when totally exhausted)! Not a miles davis record to be laid eyes upon and why play relaxing 'old fashioned' music while trying to enjoy a relaxing meal or coffee anyway?? Loved the corny vapid music choices too! Such a nuisanced 'idea'. Well done!

Great hotel, spacious rooms, new tv's that have all the latest streaming apps, Cafe downstairs is really handy and the service was excellent across the board. Highly recommend

Spent two weeks here, it's a nice retreat while you can have access to the city and Kings park at the same time. Kitchen is small but functional; room is spacious and the balcony facing the back garden is really nice. Staff were really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Holly at the reception.

Nice location, friendly staff, nice cafe downstairs. The room isn’t bad, could be cleaned a bit better though, overall it’s still very good for the price!

Good cheap accommodation. Great staff. They have started doing dinner on Friday and Saturday nights also. Great food.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here, enticed in by the superb Mount Street Breakfast Bar downstairs that we had dined at a few years ago. The building has old bones but the fit out is well done with soft lighting. Block out blinds so you can sleep are amazing! The access to the parking lot out the back is very convenient. The only thing I think would improve it is unlimited free wifi. The staff were all very lovely and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great place - excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms are a bit tired but you don't spend much time in there. Most awesome is that you have balconies surrounded by trees and you can have REAL AIR instead of the recycled garbage most hotels deal up. The free off-street car park is also worth mention, as is the access to the CBD via the foot bridge just across from the front door. Great place to stay.

The rooms are gorgeous. The food is amazing, so delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is the best part. Which was hard to pull off because the whole experience was fantastic 🖤

It's a nice place. There is private bathroom a kitchen, balcony, etc and It's very close to the center and to river too. There is a Snap Gym near and really nice places to go. You can see all Perth from the top, 400m walking from the Hotel.

Great location, easy walking access to city, lovely staff and an amazing restaurant on site (the prawn scrambled eggs were UNREAL). Our room was acceptable, very standard hotel room with no bells or whistles, we had a big issue with the cleaning materials used. Our Fridge, pantry and cupboards STANK of vinegar. Whether it was used to clean or if it wasn't cleaned out from a previous user, it made the room quite unpleasant every time we needed to open them.
