Fabulous staff, convenient location, rooms were fantastic in that they were well thought out and fit for purpose. Probably one of the better rooms I’ve stayed in. It felt very spacious, lots of supplies, full sized spa. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good location. Free CAT bus stops right out front so access to main shopping area very easy. The magnificent King's Park only about 5 minutes walk. Number of eating places nearby. Very limited parking so if travelling by car must book parking space in advance although it costs $20 a night to park there but as in a quiet area parking in street is fairly safe. Parking in street is free from 6pm to 8am. Only basic coffee and tea facilities available in room with a small bar fridge in room, however, free use of toaster is available and complimentary coffee and tea from 7am until 8pm. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Nice big room on the red cat line, which runs till around 9 during the week. No parking available when I was there but parked for free after 6pm. Room was large with opening windows. Nice deep but hard to enter spa. Shower opening from both sides is pain. No milk in the fridge. Coffee and tea making down stairs.

Great location. Nice clean rooms. Red cat right at the front door to get around the city. I wouldn't stay here if you are trying to get away from kids and have a romantic weekend away or a relaxingtime away!!!!. Our experience was not great, there were kids at 6am slamming doors continuing to then knock on the doors to get back into the room, lots of screaming and yelling not great for first thing in the morning 2 days in a row, very unpleasant at 6am..... We rang the front desk at 6.30am to tell them, this continued till 9.30am kids running around bouncing balls and playing near our door. This was meant to be a relaxing Vaca!!! And wasn't.....!

Great location and good service boutique hotel that has a free Perth bus that goes into the city and across to Optus Stadium. Easy walking distance to Kings Park and cafes on Hay St.

Excellent place that is close to Perth City but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The Red Cat bustop directly outside is so convenient to take you into Perth. The rooms are a good size and the room aircon was excellent during the really hot week I was there. Will definitely be staying there again!!

While the studio apartment is tight, it has everything needed. Great access to Perth via the free CAT system at the front door. Nice restaurants a short stroll away.

Well situated, wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Zaffareno's and Julio's were fabulous. Free Red Cat bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into the CBD and King's Park is a short walk away. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The only thing missing is a pool, but where it could be installed may be an issue. Roof may be an option?. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

It was an amazing week's worth of comfortability. The staff made it feel so welcoming, and every return felt like coming home. The Outram has been the most impressive hotel I've ever stayed in, and we will definitely return. Thank you again staff members for the best hospitality we could ask for! :)

Fantastic position in West Perth with free Red Cat bus at the door. Hotel car parking was expensive and very tight for my SUV. Close to restaurants and King's Park a plus

Loved our room spa bath & great shower. Only grumble is that the bed was a little uncomfortable for me

Lovely, clean and comfortable. Great wall to city, or catch free bus which has a stop directly outsude Wyndham. Small walk to Kings gardens.

We had a very nice, quiet room with a very comfortable bed and a huge spa. The service was always friendly and helpful. However, there was no balcony to speak of - tall glass doors in our room opened onto a miniscule, unusable outdoor area - and minimal drawer space, which would have been handy as we were staying for a week. There is no restaurant, cafe or bar onsite, despite ads for a daily happy hour from 5-6pm. There was a microwave and toaster available in the foyer at no charge, and $3 ground coffee. Our room had no laundry facilities, nor was any laundry service available in the hotel. As my husband had daily Masters Games basketball matches, a laundry on the premises would have been very handy, particularly as there was very little space in the room for hanging handwashed pieces of uniform. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you don't mind going/ordering out to eat for every meal (or having toast) and can manage the other inconveniences. I wouldn't recommend staying there with children.
