Generally a nice area. Good variety of shops and a direct train access to station is nice. However it gets very noisy and rowdy at around 3pm. So if looking for peace and quiet this is not the ideal place to visit at that time. Also, the male toilets are always dirty when I visit.

Love this place! Awesome design and an addiction aroma of freshly-made popcorn whenever you enter.

Raine square is great. Always clean. As far as shopping centres go...There isn't anything wrong with it. It has a food court downstairs, upstairs it has a barber, Coles, liquor, bubble tea, boost juice, bakery or coffee place I can't write remember which one it is. Outside there is also Hunter and barrel which is a great restaurant and La Veen which is a great coffee place. There is also seating outside for the public.

An easily accessible shopping mall in the heart of Perth connecting people with various places of interest via an underground train 🚇 station and walkway 👍🏻 there’s a washroom at the basement too so it’s very thoughtful of management to provide some welfare to commuters 🤣

Shopping mall with supermarket, liquor store and cinema up stairs. It is located close to train and bus stations and open late for convenience. There is a food hall on the bottom level which is usually open for lunch during the day.

This place is a proper mall now. A variety of shops in a multi story building provide great choices for people coming in from the train station and busport and inner city workers and visitors. Good coffee chops are found on the exterior and modern international cuisine is located i the food court

UBER delivery guy here. I love that RS has been very well kept, always clean and tidy. Boost Juice has been a very welcome addition, creating a great atmosphere.Great job to whoever manages this spot.

Very busy, a lot of activities were on there, a very good place for young people to have fun, maybe for a family with children as well!!! 😄

I walk through daily to grab a coffee on the way to the Underground train station. There is enough foot traffic that often myself and others dodge through the dining area. A little cumbersome. At odd times of the day those that can normally be found yelling in the street, are wandering in the foyers. But security is familiar and comfortable with circling through quite frequently. Surprised there is very little no signage for ‘the coffee shop’ at the bottom of the last escalator on the way to the station. I found it by chance. Now it’s my favourite. I recommend walking through and missing the heat of the street. Absolutely everything is accessible, and the toilets are generally clean.

Great shopping mall strip. The biggest in Perth. Can get everything you need here. Especially good for Birthdays and events like Christmas ⛄

On site parking is exorbitant. Security needs to eject loiterers that are not there to shop but make the rest of us uncomfortable. Great range of shops, food court has many delights

Great venue, well laid out and easily accessible from train station. Very comfortable cinema. A little quiet and empty in evening.

  • 4/5 Mamta G. 1 year ago on Google
It's like my new favorite place on hot summer days. It's cooler inside and lots of food and drinks options. Plus you can also get done with your groceries in Coles. All being together made it a good place to keep coming back.

  • 5/5 Daisy G. 1 year ago on Google
There is a food court, grocery store (Coles), liquor store (liquorland) and lots of other shops. There are places to sit if anyone wants to rest and public toilet is available.

Best for Quality food and all products under one Rf. Shaheen is expert in haircut, was searching for long. Nepalese Restaurant is good. Cinema for kids.

Good cinema. Comfortable seats and well stocked bar where you can buy drinks to take in to the cinema.

  • 3/5 Mike W. 10 months ago on Google
Limited range. Being an undersized store, they don't honour advertised specials which apply in the larger stores. Essentially an oversized Coles Express

  • 5/5 Aravin D. 11 months ago on Google
Loved it.A well maintained clean and tidy place with food court, grocery store and cinema.Good parking and close to Perth station.

  • 5/5 Travis H. 3 years ago on Google
Newly constructed. Lots of art décor and colours. Great cinema and food court below. Palace cinema is very modern and new with great screens. The food court has a large selection of stalls. On the lowest level is a public bathroom that is open most of the time that is kept clean.

Very clean, spacious shopping mall with a good variety of shops, services and cafes. Lift available for those with mobility issues.

I am appalled and disgusted by this shopping centre. I went into the disabled toilet to change my daughters nappy and my daughter has picked up a syringe which had been left on the baby change table, and I had not noticed beforehand and she was holding it. Disgraceful, these toilets need to be better maintained and people should only use the disabled toilet who need it!

A first class shopping precinct in Perth. The ambience is impressive, and the entire attire looks highly charming. I personally feel like going there time and again.

  • 5/5 Rowena S. 1 year ago on Google
Raine square has alot more than you would expect to find. It has a food court on the ground floor, a fantastic coles that sells lots of premade meals and snacks for an easy option dinner and was well stocked. The Palace cinema is located in Raine square and this venue did not disapoint

Always clean, always something going on like pop up stores, photo booths or something to fit the current cultural stuff. Also love that there's a video arcade! There is security and sometimes some unsavoury humans milling around but the security, cleanliness and staff take care of any nonsense really fast. Better than the 2 malls across the road. Downstairs is some really good takeaway places too.

The best in location in the heart of Perth. You cannot miss going here when you are going to catch the train underground after a series of city walk from the river. There is Coles, nice choices of snacks, cinema and the favorite of my son- Booze. They maintain a decent restroom for the public is what I admire the most.

A very nice place just to hang out or have a bite or whatever. The stores in here are quite convenient, though they are small. It is also usually full of people, but never crowded. Very beautifully designed, and an actual good place if you're meeting up with someone. There's currently a short story dispenser which is very nice, and they have areas just to seat and relax. The food places here are nice, both at the food court and at the outside stores.

Hideous development. They tore down the beautiful old pub and gutted the old heritage, leaving only a façade. Perth has such little history left and developers are still allowed do this. I find a small amount of joy in the fact that Raine square is making huge losses and nobody goes there. Crime has taken over the shopping centre as well. Perhaps the developers and architects should learn from neighbouring King St( which is beautiful). The people hate their ugly monstrosities and do not want to visit them.

Mall itself is clean, the theatres are small, so it's fun when you're with a couple of good friends. Lots of restaurants near by so great location.

  • 4/5 Clement S. 2 years ago on Google
The upstairs cinemas is exclusive and very clean. It also has some of Perth’s best restaurants. Parking rate is ridiculous though

  • 4/5 Benedict U. 4 years ago on Google
The new mall is located across the road from the Perth train and bus stations. It looks like a new shopping mall. It has a Coles as well as a movie theatre (palace). Downstairs also has a food court with a selection of different foods. The mall itself isn't that large but it does look quite new and shiny.

You've got coles here, so if you're living near 555 Wellington Street, that's your closest cheap convenience store.

  • 5/5 Grace E. 2 years ago on Google
Awesome bunch of shops good directions and easy to locate on maps even the doctors is within the Raine square as well as a dentist, lush bulkbilling service so extremely handy and very posh, can walk in and make an appointment if you prefer unless booked up for the day. Nice food court have Indian food for good price tasty and also have a BUBBLE TEA shop, as well as Coles located upstairs. Plenty of pubs and bars around as well, located in a convenient and social area, some decent places around

  • 3/5 Yuli R. 1 year ago on Google
Only good if you are on foot. Parking is excessively expensive at $13/hr. There's really nothing special about this place that's making it worth a special trip. Unless I happen to be in the city already, I wont even consider visiting.

  • 1/5 Michaela J. 2 years ago on Google
Went always for shopping in coles but the anti social behaviour is unbelievable. Got almost attacked. There are always around there and attacking and swearing at people. Even in the morning time at 8am. Not a safe place!!!! Be please careful!!!! Security wasn't there around to help!

Great food choices. Pleasant space. Utopia, scrummo cakes and teas. Thai Cuisine, brilliant and adapted to my food preferences.

Right square never had much post Coverd it is really bad and they need to rethink it before it becomes a place where everyone learns not to go. The Coles is even worse than the one in South Perth it was just made for the office workers to grab a sandwich or pie so it shouldn’t be badged as a Coles supermarket because they have nowhere near Remail products the supermarket should have

Raine square is like stumbling upon a pocket of hidden little gems. I started at the top level where Palace Cinemas are located, the Palace is the first gem especially when you watch a movie in one of the platinum cinemas... luxurious recliner chairs in an intimate space where you can sit back and relax, put your feet up and experience not just the movie your about to watch but indulge in the best connoisseur choc bomb around town... If your after a bar or restaurant to dine at after your movie then the escalator or lift will transport you down to the next level of hidden gems 💎 where you will step out onto the platform and be presented with a variety of little gems which are the bars and eateries of our Perth CBD... My feet ventured me into FURBAIO ISAKAYA BAR & RESTURANT on Williams, a Japanese delight that will have you coming back for more... After your lunch or dinner if you need some groceries then take a few steps back into Raine Square and you will find Coles Supermarket... Raine Square has so much more on offer so go and experience a day in and around Raine Square and find your hidden little gems.

This has been upgraded since I was last in the city. Raine square is amazing and new, with Coles, a food court, plenty of fast food and sit down options. Well worth a visit if you're at this end of town.

  • 5/5 Tracey B. 1 year ago on Google
Love going to the movies here. Parking, food & entertainment in one place. Good options for meals, reasonable parking within 4 hours (could be longer), comfortable movie theater's

  • 5/5 Sally B. 1 year ago on Google
Coles in the city right above the train station, great to pick up a small shop on my home from work. There is a food hall which is clean and well organised, gets very busy at lunch time.

  • 5/5 Lithesh M. 1 year ago on Google
Great variety of businesses in a compact and ideal location. Accessibility is amazing, connected to the Perth Underground train station and facilitating street level entrances.

  • 2/5 Vernice T. 1 year ago on Google
The food in here is great! Went to the Dream Drive thru 9/8 with my receipt a few minutes before 2pm and was turned away to claim my free item even though the two ladies still had the giveaway items left and they told me to come back the next day even though it would take 2 mins for them to get me my freebie. Lazy service even though I got there before 2pm (as stated on the posters), has left me disappointed and mad.

  • 5/5 Richie R. 2 years ago on Google
Was pretty good. Great selection of different shops around the place. The coles inside of the shopping centre is massive and has everything you need. There is also the food court, it has a massive variety in any food at a pretty good and reasonable price most of the time. Rebel on the bottom floor is pretty good and has 2 stores, one for the balls and sport and the other with shirts and everything else. Thank you for reading, have a great day
