Truly a fantastic experience. The windows to the front of restaurant are drawn. From the outside, it looks closed until a small door opens up welcoming the guests as they approach for the night. Once all has arrived it shuts and food is on the way. We all walked out full and satisfied. The owner really takes pride in his work. The food was full of delicious flavours. The customer service was top notch. Whilst the restaurant is small, it's still relatively spacious between other customers. Like most smaller degustation restaurants, you're in the same sitting so everyone in the restaurant is served the same course (except small variations) and at the same time. Even though it's an open kitchen concept, we had we no idea what our next course was, so there was an element surprise with each course. Our waiter helped to keep the suspense. The only downside was that it was costly so it's hard for us to make it back regularly.

We came here on Christmas eve and all the dishes were delicious and precious. Throughout the night, we had 4 seafood dishes: crayfish, crab, patagonian toothfish and abalone; 1 meat dish: smoked duck. They are all incredible! Even my partner is not a huge fan on seafood but he ended up finish everything and was very happy with the meal. The restaurant tried their best to provide quality service and I could see the effort. The only thing I hope there’s improvement is it’s a little too dark in the ladies’ room. Apart from that, our night was perfect and would come back again for sure.

What an amazing place. The food is so full of wonderful flavours and love that each course Is a total surprise with fresh seasonal ingredients. Worth every cent. Can’t wait for our next dinner there next week.

Amazing experience. The whole concept of this place is a wonder. Really enjoyed all the dishes that were served to us - especially the snow crab dish; pictures definitely don’t do it justice. Whatever price point you decide to enter on I’m quite sure that you won’t be disappointed with the resulting dishes - the manager Olivia really puts in work behind the scenes to craft a menu that you will like. Highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING! Every dish made exquisitely. The chef is world class the service is also. Olivia the owner was just onto every detail explaining every dish and the the time in-between dishes was timed to perfection, we were able to have an amazing night and I would Highly recommend this place.

A truly high quality chinese cuisine experience. From being greeted at the door by your host Olivia, to the rich minimalist decor and the majestic cultural molodies. The delectable food art is skillfully and delicately plated in a patient timely manner. It's an immersive experience not be missed.

This restaurant is located in a very hidden corner... walked pass this place several times while visiting the cat vet next door during the day, and could not imagine that I would be having the most impressive dining experience in Perth at this restaurant. We went for the cheapest option ($100 per head) and we got looked after just as well as the others. You can’t find this level of Chinese food elsewhere in Perth.

Private dinner, strictly payment in advance. You may order courses depending on request for meat lover or seafood… We have seafood by Sze Chuan style, a bit spicy, all were fresh. Signature dish was snow crab. The dishes could be nicer if they were not that salty a bit. Count by head was about A$ 160

What a waste of time and money. I brought my mother and partner here, spent $450 on food alone, and to say it was average would be an over statement. The long in the short of it... If I had of paid $50/head I still would have felt ripped off, $150/head is a complete joke. I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It cant have been just an off night, the only thing I can put it down to is maybe its the new menu. There are so many better options in Perth! The service was also rude and unfriendly. Clearing plates while mid way through a meal is ridiculous at any fine dining restaurant.

Superb dining experience and very scrumptious meals. Especially the snow crab which was so sweet. Will definitely revisit again!

Avoid. We paid $200 per head, and of the 6 courses, 4 of those were exactly the same as the rest of the restaurant, so the claim that the menu is tailored to the individual is incorrect. I’m baffled what the extra money we paid provided us, It feels like we paid an extra $100 each to share half a snow crab, in a sauce that over powered any flavour of the crab. The service was of a standard you’d receive in a low cost cafe, not supposed high end dining. The waitress had a winter coat on all night as if she couldn’t wait to leave, hardly welcoming. We had to repeatedly call the waitress/ waiter back to to the table to explain what the dishes were. Some would say the service is unobtrusive, I’d say indifferent. The evening felt rushed. Food wise, the value for money was poor, some courses were good, overall below average. There are far better degustation menus in perth.

Quite disappointed at the service. Table for 2 booked for tonight 2 weeks in advanced. But was told no tables were available for us when we went there. The reason was poor, they forgot about our booking. We were asked to come back another day. So much for all the good ratings with this restaurant. It was supposed to be a special day today for us. It is understandable for a popular restaurant to be booked weeks in advanced, and that is what we did and we still couldnt get a table due to someone managing the restaurant forgetting about the booking and didnt bother to check early in the day. Most restaurants were fully booked and thanks to someone forgetting, it has ruined our night.

In 2001 I had the chance to dine at a very high end Chinese restaurant in Singapore. Impeccable service, many meals all delicate and tasty and a great atmosphere. I am happy that this kind of experience is now available in Perth. Andly private kitchen is a must. Not a restaurant, an experience. Worth the money. No loud music, extremely good service and food. I suspect that the menu changes a lot and so I will come again.

This place is the best if you wanted to taste the finest taste of classic Chinese dishes, but with a modern fine dining touch. Couldnt fault anything! I can confidently say that this is the best Chinese restaurant or private kitchen in Western Australia!

One of the best Chinese private kitchen in Perth. Highly recommended if you want to try something different this one must to try. Because there’s no set of menu. All the dishes are crafted by the chef with higher quality seasoning ingredients. The Abalone with rice 10/10 !

Such a beautiful dining experience. Very attentive service and a degustation where every dish brought out was delicious and had beautiful presentation. I would definitely recommend this place for an intimate dinner.

A great experience for fine dining chinese food in a cosy but intimate setting (< 20 seats i think). A lot of correspondence prior to ensure you know what the experience will/can be. We came as a group of 6, and left feeling like we had eaten for two each. On the pricier end, but definitely worth the value, you will be blown away with all the flavours!

A hidden gem. Venue is quite small, food was magnificent (gorgeous flavours and beautifully presented), staff were very professional, and being BYO is an added bonus.

We had dinner here last night for our wedding anniversary, and left feeling very underwhelmed and still hungry. We paid $150 per head and only two of the six courses were decent. Portion sizes were all extremely small. A cold soup served as last dish was not enjoyable in the slightest, very limited abalone ingredients used however we ate it as we were starving. We have been twice before, and noticed a decline over the years, photos online look amazing but unfortunately this restaurant is no longer for us. Very sad experience given the money we outlaid and having to grab a bite to eat somewhere else after was not good enough.

The restaurant can seat 26 guests. It was half-full when we went on a Sunday night. The food and service were very good. However, I spotted the chef using the same spoon twice to taste test the soup. The wait staff overheard my concern to my friend and informed the chef discreetly. It didn't happen again for the rest of the meal.

Been here a couple of times and found that the food here is a bit hit or miss depending on the menu you pay for. Most recently, we paid for the $150 pp menu and as part of the courses were served a simple curry chicken. This definitely didn’t fit into a Chinese fine dining meal. We also had birthday cake and were asked if they could put the cake on the same plate as the dessert, so they could save washing (which was quite shocking). While the taste and quality of food is always there, I feel the food has become less fine dining and the last experience has put me off a bit. Will likely be a while before I’m back, if at all.

Was lucky enough to have my partner book this for a date night. Very quaint little space in West Perth, with an intimate dining space, that oddly feels familiar, like hugs from Grandma. The door was opened for us upon arrival, and we were seated quickly. The dining room held a longtable down the middle like a Viking longhall, with space for some smaller, more intimate tables down one side. An open kitchen allows you to watch things be plated and dressed if your date is uninteresting, mine however was top notch, of course... she'll probably read this.... Special and intimate. The service is close by and attentive, without hovering, although one of our servers could be clumsy filling tea cups and placing the cutlery on their holder's... to be honest, I had trouble with that too, so no biggie. Very pleased with the food, a couple of real special dishes, Here's your tip, we really should have taken a bottle or two of wine with us... nextime Gadget... The highlight for me was the House speciality; Snow Crab in Lager sauce, wish I could buy the sauce, as I could definitely chug it like I'm in a Maple Syrup sculling competition. Other worthy dishes were Budda jump over the wall, with pan seared scallops, was just piped by the snowcrab, and the Prawn stuffed Squid, oh oh oh, and the duck pancakes were pretty decent too. Overall, a lovely space where I shared some beautiful food with beautiful company. Thank you

A truly unique Asian Fusion dining experience

Went to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and were welcomed into an amazingly private dining room. The atmosphere was lovely and our hosts were very welcoming. The meals start from $150 per person and increases in $50 increments; the chef designs your meal based on ingredient availability and price range. We hadn't been before or knew anyone who had been so went with the $150 option. It is BYO or they have mocktails and other options available at $10 or lower. The meal went like this: First - spiced lamb rack to start; so tender and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Second - Tooth fish in soup; cooked to perfection with a sweet and slightly savoury flavour. As one of their signature dishes I thought it a little disappointing. I'm not sure what I was expecting but thought it would be more than it was. Third - Peking Duck Pancake; was ok, I've had better Peking Duck elsewhere. Forth - Wagyu beef with sesame sauce. This was absolutely delicious. The combination of the sauce with mushroom and the beef went very well together. The sauce did overwhelme the dish a little but I would definitely have it again! Fifth - Chicken curry; this dish was the winner of the night! Perfectly cooked chicken in a yellow curry. Had an almost savoury nutty/satay flavour. Very tasty, I would go again just for this dish! Sixth - For dessert was a coconut mango layer cake with mango sorbet and a few other elements that went nicely with the cake. Overall was a nice experience and we enjoyed it. Might try somewhere else next time.

its just AMAZING ! Been twice and experience all different meals. 1. Ingredients: lobsters, snow crabs, crayfish, abalone, wagyu beef, lamp... THE BEST OF THE BEST. they were so fresh and you can tell its the TOP one. 2. Presentation: its just like FINE DINING. its like ART ! 3. Service: super friendly staffs, knowledgeable and very helpful. 4. All the meals were cooking with passion, with love. No oily food, no salty, no sweet. the master chefs bring his food to a different level. He gave us a different experience about Chinese food. Just amazing! (No doubt he has earned so many awards) 5. Restaurant astmostphere is a warm, welcomed with relaxing music. Very quite, enjoyable.. Just like Fine dining 6. Price: not a cheap dinner but for what you get ==> REASONABLE PRICE. It suits for anniversary, birthday, special occassions. 7. Not a licensed venue but you are allowed BYO. 8. Plenty of free parking outside the restaurant. Awesome burgers made the right way. But get there early or phone in your orders because I'm not the only one in town that feels this way. Great job guys.

Having been here a few times we knew what to expect in terms of meal quality etc, unfortunately it was a bit hit and miss this time and our overall feeling at the end of the night was that (this time) we didn't really feel we got good value for the (significant) amount we paid. The new Waiter was pleasant enough but difficult to understand and we found we were constantly asking for clarification of ingredients/cooking methods etc, not to dispute but because we are interested in those aspects. Whilst most dishes were nice the Wagyu differed greatly, one serving was excellent/tender/tasty, the other, sinewy and bland. In hindsight I should have sent it back, but hunger and the potential waiting time to recook (as they individually cater for each table there may not even have been another wagyu L available?) prevailed and I just soldiered on. Overall it is a three star rating from me because 1 time was great/faultless, 2nd time was OK (not terrible/not great) and as above 3rd time was just dissapointing. BYO @$2.50 is a bonus but cost of Bottled water @$10 bottle seems a bit extortionate?

Overall food quality high however seating looks impressive but uncomfortable for 2-2.5hr sit down

This was our first visit to Andly Private Kitchen and we will absolutely return! We were celebrating a birthday and entree through to dessert - everything was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we walked out!

Beautiful restaurant- my boyfriend took me here last night for my birthday as we'd been here when we first started dating & have great memories here. The food is always so tasty & well cooked, the decor & atmosphere floating is gorgeous and unique, and the staff are lovely & friendly!

Great food at a great price! It worths the money. That was a Love the Peking duck plates as well as the snow crab with beer. Love this place!

The atmosphere is quite nice. While each dish is well presented, each portions were small and there was not enough food. There were 6 small courses, and each course is about 2 bites. I was left still feeling hungry. Flavour wise, it is subjective. To be honest, it is not value for money. There's other options to get a better feed elsewhere.

That was awesome night, especially the snow crab with beer, highly recommend😍😍😍. Definitely will come back.
