Was
lucky
enough
to
have
my
partner
book
this
for
a
date
night.
Very
quaint
little
space
in
West
Perth,
with
an
intimate
dining
space,
that
oddly
feels
familiar,
like
hugs
from
Grandma.
The
door
was
opened
for
us
upon
arrival,
and
we
were
seated
quickly.
The
dining
room
held
a
longtable
down
the
middle
like
a
Viking
longhall,
with
space
for
some
smaller,
more
intimate
tables
down
one
side.
An
open
kitchen
allows
you
to
watch
things
be
plated
and
dressed
if
your
date
is
uninteresting,
mine
however
was
top
notch,
of
course...
she'll
probably
read
this....
Special
and
intimate.
The
service
is
close
by
and
attentive,
without
hovering,
although
one
of
our
servers
could
be
clumsy
filling
tea
cups
and
placing
the
cutlery
on
their
holder's...
to
be
honest,
I
had
trouble
with
that
too,
so
no
biggie.
Very
pleased
with
the
food,
a
couple
of
real
special
dishes,
Here's
your
tip,
we
really
should
have
taken
a
bottle
or
two
of
wine
with
us...
nextime
Gadget...
The
highlight
for
me
was
the
House
speciality;
Snow
Crab
in
Lager
sauce,
wish
I
could
buy
the
sauce,
as
I
could
definitely
chug
it
like
I'm
in
a
Maple
Syrup
sculling
competition.
Other
worthy
dishes
were
Budda
jump
over
the
wall,
with
pan
seared
scallops,
was
just
piped
by
the
snowcrab,
and
the
Prawn
stuffed
Squid,
oh
oh
oh,
and
the
duck
pancakes
were
pretty
decent
too.
Overall,
a
lovely
space
where
I
shared
some
beautiful
food
with
beautiful
company.
Thank
you
