Food 3/5 Service 2/5 Have been here numerous times recently as it’s close to home but find it is a bit over hyped. The take away sandwiches are good and the chia seed pudding is delicious. The pies can be a bit dry. The sit table service isn’t great, would probably be better if you got rid of table service and let people order at till and take a number as the servers are pretty absent anyway. Recently had the fried breakfast, the sausage and bacon were both well overcooked and the side of mushrooms swimming in oil/butter which was off putting. Overall nice to stop for a coffee and cake, lovely atmosphere sitting outside on a nice day but steer clear of the menu/cooked items.

I had brekky here recently and was delighted by several things: table service, friendly staff, great food, and great coffee. Rare to get all these in one place in Perth! The food is delicious, and the sides are generously proportioned without being overly expensive. A highly recommended little gem!

Food was delicious and coffee was pretty good. The price was very high (even without the plus 15% on public holidays), but it was labelled on the menu so we were well aware. Donuts were also very nice. Not sure they were worth the cost but they satisfied a craving.

Just came in here after lunch to grab something extra, an almond croissant, to satisfy that crave. Service was great and I was approached to take my order promptly. Sufficient seating for the peak hour crowds and then some. Will come back here again to try its other bakery items on the menu for sure.

Not my first time at Mary Street Bakery but my first time at the Leederville one. Oh my. The scrambled eggs with chilli crunch. This could be a death row meal. So delicious. The wife had boiled eggs and soldiers and was very happy.

Amazing donuts!! The salted caramel filled donut is THE BEST. The dark chocolate caramel tart is also to die for. Didn't love the pecan loaded toast slice thing (sweet), but that's okay! Try something else next time. I've been coming here for over 5 years!! Love it so much. Oat iced latte also very creamy and delish. The fried chicken pancake was a bit too sweet for me. But the steak Sandwich was absolutely delish

Ordered the Turkish Eggs for breakfast and it came in a pool of oil/butter which looked so revolting. I mentioned this to the waiter who seemed uninterested. I then took this up with the manager/chef who said it was butter (and a lot of it) and I simply explained it would have been nice to have some warning that there was this much in there (as it wasn't mentioned on the menu) as otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it as it did not taste nice with that amount of fat and was way more unhealthy than I was prepared for. To the chefs/managers credit they refunded it for me.

This Mary Street bakery has never failed to please! We had gf which was absolutely no hassle and the waitress was so cheery and upbeat, very attentive to our Coffees and water. It was her second day she told us and she was doing an awesome job! I had the Granola and it came out beautifully and the Coffees were also fantastic, they were enjoyed thoroughly!
