I
have
been
a
loyal
Myer
one
member
for
more
than
8
years
but
never
faced
this
bad
service!
The
staffs
are
absolutely
untrained
and
oblivious.
They
have
zero
product
knowledge
and
keeps
redirecting
to
different
departments.
I
was
after
a
product
and
I
was
literally
going
up
and
down
3
floors
because
their
clueless
staffs
kept
sending
me
places.
In
the
shoe
department
it’s
even
worse.
The
staff
are
extremely
rude
and
when
comes
to
finding
sizes,
one
staff
said
you
have
to
go
the
counter,
stand
in
line
and
then
ask
for
it.
Who
says
that?
I
have
bought
many
pairs
of
shoes
from
Novo,
Betts,
Sketchers,
Adidas,
Puma,
not
a
single
staff
treated
me
like
this
staff
did.
Myer
is
a
big
department
store
I
understand,
but
they
also
have
many
staff
too,
it’s
not
even
Christmas
period
that
the
store
is
over
crowed,
so
I
don’t
understand
their
impolite
behaviour
and
hasting
to
get
rid
of
the
customers.
The
only
thing
they
are
useful
at
is
putting
through
a
purchase
at
the
till
because
that’s
where
they
make
the
sale
and
fill
up
their
KPIs.
Which
ultimately
doesn’t
matter
if
the
service
is
atrocious.
There
were
some
items
which
were
in
sale
and
they
were
not
even
ticket
in
store.
I
learned
the
pricing
of
a
robe
which
was
60%
off
after
scanning
it
at
the
till,
there
was
no
sign
whatsoever
that
it’s
on
sale.
The
staff
is
always
busy
chatting
or
busy
in
their
own
world.
They
just
want
to
clock
in
the
hours
and
doesn’t
give
a
damn
whatsoever
to
the
customers.
They
need
to
remember
that
at
the
end
of
the
day
WE
THE
CUSTOMERS
are
the
ones
who’s
keeping
Myer
alive.
If
customers
stop
coming
to
the
store,
Myer
will
go
bankrupt
the
next
day!
If
Myer
keeps
serving
customers
with
insensitive
staff,
it’s
definitely
going
to
lose
business.
So
please
I
urge
MYER
to
properly
train
their
staff
and
prep
them
with
good
etiquette
because
I
am
extremely
unhappy
with
my
experience
today.
