    I have been a loyal Myer one member for more than 8 years but never faced this bad service! The staffs are absolutely untrained and oblivious. They have zero product knowledge and keeps redirecting to different departments. I was after a product and I was literally going up and down 3 floors because their clueless staffs kept sending me places. In the shoe department it’s even worse. The staff are extremely rude and when comes to finding sizes, one staff said you have to go the counter, stand in line and then ask for it. Who says that? I have bought many pairs of shoes from Novo, Betts, Sketchers, Adidas, Puma, not a single staff treated me like this staff did. Myer is a big department store I understand, but they also have many staff too, it’s not even Christmas period that the store is over crowed, so I don’t understand their impolite behaviour and hasting to get rid of the customers. The only thing they are useful at is putting through a purchase at the till because that’s where they make the sale and fill up their KPIs. Which ultimately doesn’t matter if the service is atrocious. There were some items which were in sale and they were not even ticket in store. I learned the pricing of a robe which was 60% off after scanning it at the till, there was no sign whatsoever that it’s on sale. The staff is always busy chatting or busy in their own world. They just want to clock in the hours and doesn’t give a damn whatsoever to the customers. They need to remember that at the end of the day WE THE CUSTOMERS are the ones who’s keeping Myer alive. If customers stop coming to the store, Myer will go bankrupt the next day! If Myer keeps serving customers with insensitive staff, it’s definitely going to lose business. So please I urge MYER to properly train their staff and prep them with good etiquette because I am extremely unhappy with my experience today.

    The staff are snobs. You will find that only one in ten will be friendly. I went to buy a Tokito Bella and the first staff that assisted me said they don't have it without even checking the stock. Luckily the more senior staff had a look.

    Bizarre experience. I saw an offer online and came to the store to buy the item. When at the checkout I was told it was not in the sale, it was checked with the manager and confirmed it is full price. I’ve just purchased it for the sale price online and await click and collect from the same store.

    Purchased some beautiful natural fibre dresses and tops here. Lots of variety and the ladies in the larger size section were very friendly and helpful. Relaxing environment and great in house specials. Oh and thank you to the lady who politely told me my top was inside out when coming out of the change rooms.🤣

    Sometimes it’s the little things that make good service. I was chasing a shaving brush in Myer and no one seem to know where I could find it. Apparently there were only two left in WA. I spoke to the gentleman serving in the men’s grooming department. He thought it might be in the perfume department.. He took me up there and then we searched together until we finally found the last remaining shaving brush buried away in the back of a shelf. He was so helpful and went beyond what you normally expect for service. I always think Myer does this so well. Thanks to whomever it was who helped me.

    Lots to choose from & it was very busy there. Popular place! Went there specifically to get Bamboo socks for Dad, as a Father's Day gift. The lady at the counter was very friendly & sweet. Explained to me that as long as I keep the receipt I can exchange or get a total refund for the items. (as long as I haven't worn or opened them of course!)

    Bought two gifts on line on Friday, ready for collection Sunday which was great and fast. Good value gifts. No staff on click and collect. Rang bell, called number on phone, waited!! Good service when they turned up.

    Was about to buy Christmas light for nearly 1900$ as there was a sign saying 20% off. However Myer being very smart has signs throughout the shop offering % off but when you actually want to pay for it they do not honour this discounts as you will discover they smartly put exclude the items where they place these discounts. I will purchase the required items somewhere else as I’m not paying my hard earn cash in a shop that does such tricks. More to an annoying and waste of my time.

    Was hoping to see some lovely Christmas decorations and ideas but was very disappointed this year. No-one available to do a bra fitting for my breast cancer surviving friend. Had to rescue a small child on the escalator which was the most exciting part of our visit.

    Been shopping at this Myers for many years, often buying things like casual and work clothes, toiletries, gifts, electronics, and other items. It's a quality department store with a good range of products at prices that are mid to upper range. There are also sales from time to time that add extra value. Helpful staff and convenient location. A good place to have in the shopping mix.

    I always enjoy shopping in the Myers city shop. Just pure class friendly helpful staff especially in the suit section. I was well looked after by the staff. Great job and swarve suits 👌

    Always a good experience. Most of their products run on the higher end of price range… but quality name brands available are generally quite responsible. Service at this branch is always kind and attentive. I recommend their clearance sections.

    We had the team member Lance help us yesterday with our 101 new bedding questions. He was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us with getting exactly what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the bedding area and we took his advice for every purchase. He was not pushy on any specific brands and was super delightful. Such a great helper and we hope that he or his team leader sees this and he can know his work is appreciated.

    I just had to post this review to let Myer Perth City know how incredibly happy I am after experiencing what I can only describe as first class customer service from their employee Daj. I arrived at their store today with my son who needed an outfit for his year 12 ball. Not only was Daj incredibly helpful but he was also amazingly creative at putting outfits together for my son to try on. He went over and above to make sure my son was happy and felt good in his outfit, from the suit and shirt to the finer details of tie and hander kerchief, nothing was too much hassle for him and with no pushy sales tactics. So refreshing to experience old school customer service where you leave a store 100% happy with your purchase. :)

    How does Myer continually get worse with their customer service the more they introduce technology that their teams have no idea how to use correctly. Had to come in twice to get a return on a one-blade after an appalling attempt with online customer service (zero help other then being told to go in store). Went upstairs to see Michael/ Daniel from electronics and he quickly dismissed to be the hub where no one was there and I had to wait… Dianne told me I needed to contact customer service but customer service told me to come in store- fun runaround! Dianne took me back to Michael/older guy in electronics and he said ‘what do you want me to do about it’ in a rude/dismissive tone. So Dianne then took me back to the hub because electronics were of no help and she called customer service….Michael had failed to finalise the return two weeks ago and didn’t process it through the tills! If you have over complicated iPad/online/instore systems At least teach your teams how to use it properly. How Myer is still trading baffles me! (2 stars because Dianne was helpful fixing the multitude of errors by instore and online staff)

    Massive store here. Each floor is dedicated for a specific section which makes it easy to know that you're looking for the correct things. Due to its size, if you're shopping for one thing, it's easy, but if you are doing lots, you do have to move up and down a lot.

    WATCH OUT: I ordered a very expensive fountain pen as a wedding gift which was pick-packed by staff, after opening it when I got home, the pen was NOT a fountain pen and NOT the right colour and it's retail price $100 less than the fountain pen version's retail price. This is bad quality assurance and bad stock management, I'm not happy about rushing back to the store to acquire a refund and get another option for a wedding gift as the desired item is now out of stock. Have tried to contact customer support to no reply. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

    Easily one of my favourite places to shop and wander around -easy access from multiple directions, good customer service from friendly staff, displays of current fashion with multiple sizes and designers. Last nights VIP sale had food drinks and entertainment and amazing discount on almost everything! Well done Myers. Will definitely be heading back soon

    I went to the shoe section today at 9am (it was very quiet) I waited around trying on shoes without any sales representatives offering to help. There was one person standing at the register, another gentleman looked like he was coming out from the back and I hoped I caught his eye for help...but no. He turned back around and stood in the back. Another sales rep was tidying up an already tidy area and made no attempt to acknowledge any of the 5 fellow customers trying on shoes. I left after walking around for 15 mins and went straight to David Jones. I was offered assistance within 45 seconds . Customer service needs improvement.

    For a store that is easily raking in over a million dollars in sales everyday during festive season, have some shame and renovate your toilet. You don't owe it to the customers, you owe it to yourself and your brand image.

    Since the renovations have now finished... Myers looks sensational inside & out... The make up areas are really well designed & set out... The staff are always pleasant, the prices are sometimes a little high, you just need to look around and shop at the right times... Great job though... I love the blue glass effect on the outside... Looks great.....!! What I also liked were the newly added balconies on the outside of THE MYER STORE with garden pots & huge cane chairs to relax in... Great views... I've posted the pics under FOREST CHASE...

    Yes friendly helpful staff. A smaller Myers than I'm use too coming from Sydney but seem to have most things... easy to get too as im living in the city.. free bus wright out side our apartment that drops you off wright outside the mall

    Never have we had such good service in Myer. Sweta in Ladies fashion was so very helpful bringing clothes to try on. She knew her stock extremely well. Grace in perfumes was equally helpfull, brought a chair over which made the experience exceptional.

    During my Christmas shopping spree at your store, I needed help with products from Nato - I had a lovely lady called Tanya who who explained to me the different products which would help my 14yr old grandchild who I was introducing to the skin care range. Her help was second to none. The second lady was Chay who introduced me to the special gift card offer where when you buy a card for $100 and you get an extra $10, No one else in the store told me about it. She also helped with a return. Both ladies - thank you and everything done with a smile. Have a lovely 2022. kf

    If you after overpriced boutique this is your place. However give yourself 15 + minutes notice when you need the toilet, thats the minimum time to locate one.

    I was in the Myer Perth shop yesterday, (13 Dec'23, around 11.30am) and while waiting for my wife I witnessed a wonderful sight, though rare these days: a very accomplished and experienced staff member assisting a customer choose a dress from Anthea & _____ ?. This staff member was professional, friendly and obviously very familiar with her products. She gave specific fashion advice and directed the customer to the most suitable dresses to suit her. You should be very proud of her and fortunate to have her working for you. Please pass on my congratulations to her.

    Constant line up for the change rooms and often women just get bored and dump their chosen items rather than line up for over 1/4 of an hour. I hope the gorgeous store people are not on commission as they’re so helpful and yet they lose sales because customers don’t want to line up. There is change rooms over the other side of the women’s wear which are always locked.
