highly poor customer service was racially profiled and discriminated by a H&M staff member, me and my friend were just shopping didn't do anything wrong and were followed around the whole store and she waited around the change rooms for us, followed us up and down stairs, followed us to every section we were in and didn't hesitate to stand close she made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome, from an ethnic point of view it was very upsetting that she felt the need and ability to follow us around and question us. as you can see in the pictures me and my friend didn't even have try to take a picture of her put yet she was in it that's how close she's was to us.

Don’t like H&M from an ethical and environmental standpoint. But also when I had some questions do a friend who buying something they wouldn’t make time to answer my question.

It's the largest store for clothes that I've ever seen, amazing architecture from the outside, great place to shop for clothes for all ages, biggest variety of items, sales are usually on all the time for different items and otherwise the price of clothes Is good. Anika helped me out picking clothes for a six month old baby girl. She was quite helpful and I found the perfect stuff. Loved the customer services. Keep up the good work guys.

I went to H&M Perth city store Tuesday(26/07/2022) afternoon around 320 pm. I went there to check do they have the hoodie I wanted to buy. After I checked with staff, I know they don’t have the one. So I left straight away. When I passed the alarm gate there was a beeping, there is a guy he just asked me to open my luggage.I feel weird that he did not say who is he! So I just checked who he is? He replied me he is security of this shop, so I opened my luggage let him check. Of course he didn’t find anything, because I didn’t steal anything. The way he talked make me uncomfortable at first stage already. After he checked, he carried my luggage to pass the alarm again! The alarm still rang off, he requested me to open my luggage again!!! I felt ridiculous but I don’t want him to think I am a theft. So I opened again, but I felt soo uncomfortable. I said to him, if he checks again then nothing will he apologise to me? He said yes! It turned out nothing in my luggage but he didn’t apologise to me. I requested to talk with his manager. His manager didn’t apologise to me too, I was upset with them. The security guy just said if I am unhappy with them, I don’t need to come back to this shop again. He and his manager kept saying they just do their job, I can understand they have to check when the alarm rang off. But the way he treated me that he made me like a theft. I wanna get their name to report head office but they didn’t want to give to me. So, I write down a review here to let people know how terrible I had this experience with H&M Perth city store.

I visited the store to find management rudely barking orders at their staff, and ignoring myself as I was seeking their help. I also noticed that the staff giving out orders also had a lot to say about other team members. Next time I’ll got to Carousel.

Clothes great. Customer service situation, terrible. Cant actually contact the store?! Called customer service and there's no way a customer is allowed to call the store regarding items on hold. I have to physically go there. Unbelievable. Worst customer service.

The lady at the counter name ASH is very rude. She need more experience on how to give a good customer service. Also price tag need to be more clear for customer not to get confused

I basically visited H&m stores across the world, I never have to face people this rude. Two of the store employees brushed me off when asking for a simple question about product availability. Only the cashier was nice...

SHOCKING customer service! Came in two weeks ago for an exchange, lady at the counter told me they didn’t have the product in other sizes which I thought was weird since I seen other sizes two days prior. I asked her to look in the system for other sizes and she simple replied with “you can go into other H&M stores and look yourself”. Came back with the product two days later to return it , and I found the sizes that she claimed they didn’t have (she was clearly just lazy and didn’t wanna look). At that point I didn’t even want to exchange it so I went to return it, the lady at the counter “syeda” was unwelcoming and rude, asked me to go thru all my settings and everything on my phone to prove that it was my credit card? Even tho I had the physical card with me. SHOCKING.

There is no place to sit. 2 hours standing waiting for my girlfriend. A tip for my mates; Bring a camping chair, headphones, and a cellphone full charged.

The sales lady At 3:45pm today at fitting room was very rude, no communication skills at all. Would never come at h&m city for shopping ever. Disappointed 😔

Security and management are racist and will target Indigenous customers spending good money at the store. Security followed a 21 year old girl the entire time and didn't search any other people, wasted her time because of race profiling. Absolutely disgusting

“Do you like candles ladies? Want to buy these reduced candles from $30 down to $10?” Gross and sexist security guard bothering us at the checkout, great stuff H&M, great sales tactics. Insanity

I have never been in a store with so many wrinkled clothes, they have been unpacked and thrown onto the racks. As a customer I thought wow this place looks cheap and nasty. I have only seen this in the Perth store!!! No management to be seen and no pride in their store!

This review is for online returns. I returned the product on the 12th, arrived to HM on the 18th, today is the 31st, I still did not get my refund. The second call was made by me today just to check is that in process, the lady said they have got the return, and because I am chasing for the return, so they will do that now, and money will reach me another 3 to 5 business days, what a joke. Online website said refund will be done 14days after we send out the parcel. Need to improve HM.

I love H&M Home - the city store has the most stock. I loved the cream throw and cushion covers this Spring

I don’t usually shopping in places like h&m because as i heard the quality is not that good but this jeans got me, looks really nice and the material is okay, also bought a pack of 3 boxers, they fit really nice and last long.

Poor customer service! One of the lady at the counter scanned my items, over price ! She's new staff. I understand new staff need to practice more, but she never smile or apologies!

HUGE H&M ever, a lot of discounted items

One of the more unique locations for a H&M store, very big with lots more stock and variety. Fitting rooms are starting to show signs of aging, and some have not been closed to comply with social distancing rules.

Maternity section consists of 3.5 racks of miss matched pieces XS, L and XL... absolute dive! Don't even bother.

Good collection and great service!

Came into the store around 3:50pm for Black Friday. I was trying on clothes in the fitting room and when I walked out this girl with an orange hair working in the fitting room came up to me and accused me of stealing and giving me dirty looks because she found a tag on the floor in the room which was already there when I walked in. It should’ve been their job to check the rooms every time a person walks out of the fitting room instead of embarrassing people and making you feel like a criminal. Please do better !!
