Catastrophic stay, dishonest and unpleasant bosses! Don't waste your time, money and weekend by going to this place We went to Mas de Virginie at the beginning of August 2017 for the Catastrophic weekend from start to finish Deplorable reception, leaving us to hang around in the sun before anyone deigns to open the door. This seems usual, given the sign posted on the door! See the pictures ... The door opens after 10 minutes onto a real construction site!! A man in shorts covered in dust laboriously pulls electrical cables. Concrete blocks, bags of cement, concrete mixer and other trowels are scattered around After a simple hello, the hostess said to us dryly “I’ll collect it right away, cash or card?” » We did so, a little surprised all the same, and paid the sum of €251 for the lodging option. We noticed a second sign, indicating that the discotheque and the spa area were closed for renovations... When we made our reservation by telephone, we were never told about these famous works, let alone the limited access to the facilities! ! The price is the same. After more long minutes of waiting, Virginie asks the mason (the poor guy at the entrance) to accompany us to our gite, she obviously has other things to do than take care of her customers! Here we go again with our suitcases and my big stiletto heels in a stony path... Crossing the entire dirt parking lot, to practically go around the property from the outside. We discover with horror a real public dump!! The show is a far cry from the flattering photos on their website! Cardboards, cans, trash, rubble, a bag of ripped cement, a pallet is even in the way, forcing us to go around through the bushes. We discover the back of the Mas and the entrance to our gîte, the exterior walls are tagged and dirty (see the photos they speak for themselves) The interior is dark and windowless, the layout rudimentary! The cleanliness is more than limited, someone has obviously gone to the toilet before us and the toilet has not been flushed… The bathroom is shabby, resembling a football stadium locker room, furnished with odds and ends, with a lingering smell of sewer. Impossible to find a manager, the bosses are at home, we are told, they will perhaps come at the end of the afternoon... In the meantime we try to enjoy the swimming pool. Here too there is room for criticism, the facilities are poorly maintained, poorly organized, there is disorder everywhere... This establishment seems to be going down the drain, even though there really is potential, if it were better managed. End of the day, the managers arrive, we try to tell them of our disappointment, the services do not correspond at all to the prices charged by the establishment We are immediately looked down upon, the tone rises immediately! “Have you never seen construction!? » The boss is completely rude, aggressive, he takes us to task, downright mocking us, playing the braggart in front of his handful of regulars. Obviously no commercial gesture was offered to us, we really take people for pigeons here!! A real scandal, in short we won't be held back!!!

Very disappointed by our stay at the Mas. Half of the facilities are closed, everything stops at 7:30 p.m. with an almost obligatory stopover for an aperitif (10 euros per glass of wine!!!) before sitting down at the table for a very average meal served with wine (undrinkable) who doesn't advertise the Côtes du Rhône....plus we were cold the whole meal. Dirty establishment with rather unpleasant and directive staff. For the price we expected much better. In short, we are not going back, move on....

Several negative things: When you ask for the price for Sunday by SMS, you are only entitled to 1 return with only the price. Politeness is 1 option. Then the club could be good, but not maintained. The locker room ceiling has holes with a risk of falling on our heads, lack of hygiene in the pool area and indoor jacuzzi, liner falling apart, mold throughout the ceiling space. No lubricant in the cuddly corners, towel for €10 per person... As for the way you respond to people when you ask for a minimum of politeness, it's just amazing. Club banned for us.

Decent staff welcome, aging and unmaintained equipment, cleanliness and hygiene not up to the presentation on the website. The restaurant offers a single starter with a single main course. Everything is extra which adds to the bill. Don't want to go back.

Pleasant surprise! After a few experiences in Parisian clubs (we only go out occasionally) we wanted to join a club during our holidays in Vaucluse, our choice fell on the Mas de Virginie. We left aside the various comments to form our opinion. Well it’s a great place! The open-air club side (and located in the middle of… nothing!) is very pleasant, large central bar, adorable bartender, spacious dance floor and DJ who masters his job, beautiful swimming pool with four-poster beds all around. Much less “I tell myself” than the Parisian clientele, the atmosphere is fun, and if there is chemistry, the place is conducive to naughtiness under the stars. Less convinced by the building of the cuddly corners, which lack soul for our taste. So not comparable to a “standard” club but worth the detour! In any case, if the opportunity presents itself, we will come back.

I am wrong to be right that at Mas Virginie, I appreciated the warm, festive atmosphere and authentic elegance, which emerged from this evening, with a true and friendly welcome, a staff, attentive and smiling therefore efficient. It was a beautiful, well-organized evening, eating, drinking, having fun, dancing and above all laughing with everyone, in a relaxed atmosphere, a place of exchange in a cozy decor in rich colors for lovers of life . A big thank you for this evening with a big smile to the entire Mas team, don’t change anything and stay in this dimension which is excellent.

Many thanks for these 3 timeless days. The resort is still as beautiful and suits us so much that we can't wait to come back. Far from all the glitter and appearance, we met authentic and equally libertine people. Special mention for the chef who surpassed himself. Light and delicious summer dishes. It's way above anything we've ever experienced in the libertine world. We kiss you. C & F.

We went there last night with my wife. Despite some negative comments, we were very well received there. The meal was worthy of a great restaurant. Not everyone necessarily has the same research but there is a lot of respect. We attended a parade, it was great. We really liked the atmosphere and the music. We exchanged a few words with the owners who are very nice. A club to recommend 100%. We will come back for sure. Guy and Nicole

A club that I really like and we feel good there where everything can happen without anything being obligatory. A friendly welcome that immediately puts you at ease. A complete club which combines a meal worthy of a great restaurant, a top-notch atmosphere and which respects the clothing rules reserved for libertine clubs. A club that I love to frequent with my wife. Be careful, you quickly become addicted

Opening at 10:30 p.m., musical evening started at 11:45 p.m. The pretext of the meals served which ended at 11:45 p.m. The toilets don't close!!!! And the dilapidated walls and cuddly corners don't tempt you. What shocked us the most was not the possibility of seeing the club 2 minutes away, the fact of not providing a free towel, using the excuse of covid. And 45 euros without a free drink. It's disappointing.
