Absolutely magnificent place. Bastide Saint Didier is a haven of peace and tranquillity with a beautiful pool. Booked for a couple of nights and ended staying longer. Great location for exploring the area. Hearty breakfasts with plenty of home-produce - a great way to start the day. Self-cooking and dining facilities are available for use by guests. Richard and Enxin are the perfect hosts - attentive, accommodating and really nice people.

We had an idyllic stay at Bastide Saint-Didier as part of our honeymoon. Richard and Enxin are so kind and generous and knowledgeable about the area. Every inch of the bnb is so beautiful, it has clearly been very thoughtfully curated. The views all around are beautiful, it is located right next to a winery and a farm. The breakfasts were fantastic, and it was very nice to have a guest kitchen too. Richard will give you an intro to the area when you arrive which we found very helpful and ended up adjusting some of our plans to include his recommendations, which we ended up loving. We found the location to be perfect for us as well, as it was situated between some of the great Southern Rhone wine appellations, Avignon, and the beautiful Luberon villages like Menerbes and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. So essentially, I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a serene and beautiful stay in Provence!

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 5 days with Enxin and Richard at this beautiful bed and breakfast. From the moment we drove in, we were greeted with friendly hosts who were willing to share their love of the area in the way of recommendations. They also were happy to hear about the other places we were visiting, and make suggestions for things to do and see there. The first restaurant that Richard recommended was excellent. We went back a second time, it was so good. Enxin was up before us every morning to have a fantastic breakfast prepared, and by the second morning, she knew our preferences for eggs, coffee and tea. They were lovely to get to know. The property itself is amazing. I couldn't stop taking pictures. Enxin has created beautiful gardens and grows much of her own fruit and they also produce their own honey! The fresh figs were SO good! The home itself is a large, renovated 18th century farmhouse with all of the quaintness that we were hoping for. The rooms are large with lots of space for your belongings. The shower is generously sized and the water is hot :) The drains are older and a bit slow, but we expected that in a home like this and for us it wasn't any inconvenience. There was even a washer on site so that we were able to keep up with our laundry! All in all, it was one of our favourite stops on our month-long trip, and we will absolutely be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is absolutely amazing. One for the property, but also for the warmest welcome from Richard and Enxin! Our trip wouldn’t have been the same if we were not submerged in the genuine Provençal atmosphere of Bastide Saint-Didier. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Great place to stay and explore the north of the Provence, with mont Ventoux, lavenderfields and gorges nearby. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Bastide St Didier. The proprietors were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Great breakfast of local produce including fresh figs picked from their own trees. Very good location within walking distance of a number of local restaurants all serving top class food and wine! I would highly recommend.

Delicious breakfasts, a beautiful property, & an awesome base from which to explore Provence. Richard & Enxin's children also gave us cute attacks every morning!

Richard and Enxin were wonderful hosts!! It’s a small property with only 7 rooms and feels like staying with family. The village is great and has affordable and great food options in walking distance. The area is great and Richard gave great day trip tips and we had a blast. Nice pool, wonderfully renovated house, great breakfast and nothing else to ask for. If you’re a cyclist: Bring your clothes. There’s great biking and Mont Ventoux is a must (google it!)!There’s also Mountain Biking. Bikes, shoes and helmet can be rented. Clothes can’t.

Wonderful hosts Richard & Enxin provided a great experience for our family. We had the family room which included a loft with 2 single beds which the kids loved, as well as the large bed for the wife and I. The breakfasts kept us stuffed everyday and were very tasty. Richard spent a lot of time with us making sure that we knew the area and providing suggested itineraries. The rest of the property is beautiful as well - olive trees, apples, and then surrounded by vineyards. It was just a mile or so from the small charming village of St. Didier. Also views of Mount Ventoux and other ranges. Again, great hosts!

Warm welcome by a Family, which makes you feel like you are one of their relative! Very attentive and caring service. Multilingual speaking, European and Asian languages. Beautiful Provençale Bastide, real fire place in dining room. Bedroom with high end amenities....My American wife was impressed! Quiet location, provençal orchard, swimming pool in summer. Huge parking area in the property. A place to not miss, as its location is never more than one hour away from major Provence landmarks! Cute village with good restaurants from take-out to high end, to please the stubborn French guy I'm!

Thank you Richard and family for a lovely stay at your B&B. Perfect service, nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Superb homemade breakfast and a lot of good advice where to go and what to see. Bought a nice rose and enjoyed it by the lovely pool. We really recommend this provencal bastide.

We had the absolute joy of spending a day at this breathtaking property – hands down, the best stay I've had in all my travels! "Picture-perfect" is an understatement for this place, with its stunning gardens and every little detail thoughtfully designed to create a truly delightful experience. Richard and Enxin welcomed us with such warmth that words fail to capture their incredible hospitality. Seriously, they were out of this world! Richard took the time to share insider tips about the must-see sights in and around Provence, and let me tell you, Saint Didier is the perfect home base for exploring the region. Now, let's talk about breakfast! It was a heavenly feast, featuring homemade jams and honey, the fluffiest eggs, freshly baked goodies, delectable cheeses, and the juiciest cherries straight from their own garden. It was a breakfast fit for royalty! My only regret is not being able to extend our stay in this enchanting place. But what made it even more special was hearing Richard and Enxin's incredible journey of building this BnB. Their story truly inspired me. Believe me when I say, I cannot recommend this place enough. It has etched itself into my heart, and the memories created there will forever bring a smile to my face. It's a slice of paradise that surpassed all expectations and left an everlasting impression of joy in my soul.

The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a perfect place to relax and forget your worries. The town is just a short walk away, which is great. The whole experience staying at Bastide was just amazing.
