We stayed there for two days. Place is clean. They have best breakfast. Staff are nice. Want to shout out for V.Murugavel ( HK Executive ). He helped us a lot in cab bookings and luggage weighing. While we were waiting in the lobby he helped us in every possible way. He is very courteous and a good human being. Thank you for your service.

Room are neat and clean. Room service Fabulous. At prime location hospitality experience was awesome. Thanks to Sabri Grand's all staff including dinning staff who provided delicious South Indian food even at odd timing when some of our team members got late on their routine official work. I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The room's quality was poor, with dated and dull infrastructure and subpar linen. The toilets are not well-maintained, and I encountered a cleanliness issue with a dead fly in the basin upon check-in, which remained unaddressed. Improvement is needed for this establishment to truly live up to its 4-star rating. While the staff demonstrated helpfulness with room service and a welcoming attitude at the reception, these positive aspects contrasted with the overall experience. Despite the friendly service, the room quality, linen, and maintenance concerns still need attention for a more satisfying stay.

The room was a bit old, with a lot of broken things, and was a bit dusty, but the place the food and everything else was great. Same with the service. The guy doing the night shift, when I checked in early morning hours was very nice, gave me a early checkin. The food is mostly vegetarian but was really good.

This hotel is actually very good. I stayed here first time when I went on office work to Chennai. I really liked the place. Hence I took my family when I went on a trip to Chennai. One of my family member wasn't feeling well but the staff was really courteous and helpful. Food is also good. Go for it when you are in Chennai. You will have a really good experience

Too pricy. 4479 per room is too expensive per day and that there is no option of early check-in. They are charging 1 day extra even if you are check-in in for 6 hours at 6 AM in the morning. They are looting people. Also, it was not at all mentioned if breakfast, lunch and dinner are complimentary for the 4479 room. This is looting people. Room is good with enough lighting from sunlight. Indoor lighting needs to be improved. No soap in the bathroom. Not everyone would like to use body lotion for bathing. A small bath soap would do. Also, water bottles can be replaced with new ones when the room servicing is done. There is no remote for TV and AC. Every time we cant adjust manually. Over all not so good experience. Sambar got over at 9:30 AM itself at the breakfast counter. Also, when the hotel is given for movie shooting why the hell other civilians are allowed to take rooms. Dont give the room to others except the film members. This has caused lot of disturbance to normal people.

I stayed there for a night. Besides main location and breakfast, everything else was misfired. The WiFi was spotty, there were bugs running around in the room. No hot water in the evening. Its not worth 4k price tag, you might want to try service apartments.

Sabari in is located at prime place hence you can reach hustle free but the food was limited and the service food can show more interest to keep us more engaged. Otherwise it was good. In non-veg menu Biriyani wasn’t der which disappointed me and after 2 days of our course 3rd day we got to taste Biriyani. Medium as it did not do anything of par excellence.

Hi, had the worst experience ever with this hotel, please do not drink water served in this restaurant. My entire family suffered of food poisoning and was on the verge of getting admitted midnight 2am.We found out that the water they serve in glass bottles are sealed for many days and found GREEN FUNGUS OR ALGAE in it. The staff who had come to see too agreed that it was their fault of not looking into HYGIENE. When reported this they advised we need to pay for bisleri even after seeing my family suffer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 😡

I stayed there for a day for work. It's located in a nice area in T Nagar. There are 5 floors and the buffet breakfast is served at the lobby. They have restaurants and a roof top bar as well. They also have a pool there but it was not cleaned by 8 30 am. The room is worth the price and the service is good. The breakfast was good enough and room service was fast. The roof top area is very nice but as it was very hot, it was empty. They also have a banquet area and gym in there. A good place to stay for a short visit or business trip.

Hi friends! I had the chance to visit this hotel for my teacher's 70th birthday dinner. Our teacher's family had booked a hall for an evening. The hotel ambience in and out is really good. Stayed in the hall for 2 hours from 6.15 pm to 8.15pm. They had arranged small activities to remember our teacher's time as a teacher. We had a lot of fun. The hotel arranged a dinner which was a vegetarian buffet. The dinner was really good. The service was also good. The place is rented out for all types of business and family occasions. There is ample space for parking. The hotel also had a separate restaurant downstairs. It's worth the money we are paying. We all had a great time with all our teachers and friends.

The property is very good and so is their hospitality. The breakfast buffet spread was also very decent. The best part is its just 2.5km from the US Consulate. Only suggestion is that they can have a sign board at reception with the dos and don'ts while visiting US Consulate.

We used the hotel’s roof top party area yesterday for our sons first birthday. It was a grand success!! The area was beautifully decorated (an by the hotels contacts) and the service was beyond excellence and that too at a reasonable price. The staff are so kind and respectful and they do whatever we ask immediately. The food was too good!!! Please choose this hotel for your events!! It’s an amazing place

Hotel is OK, rooms are bit tidy in terms of height of the ceiling. Interior is old fashioned. It was spacious though. Service is fast. Staff is coperative . No oven in rooms. Iron is old fashioned.

We had a very nice stay at Sabari Grand. We stayed for four days and conducted engagement function at one of the banquet hall at Sabari Grand. Hotel reception and banquet hall ambience are very nice, food was very tasty and F&B manager was accommodative in menu selection. Staff were courteous and helpful. Only issue we faced was from the decoration vendor who did not make the decoration as agreed.

Myself and my son’s family with grand children stayed for day. Staffs were courteous and the food was good. I stayed in Room No.503. Locking from inside was not good. It started opening spontaneously even in if you close the latch from inside. Bathroom lock gave me anxious moments for more than 5 minutes as it was not opening from inside.

I recently attended this 3 star hotel in downtown and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for different tastes and dietary needs. The hotel also had a gym, a pool and a spa, which I enjoyed during my stay. The location was convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The only downside was the noise from the street at night, which might bother some guests. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality accommodation in the city.

Very friendly staff but hope more smiles at the reception. Was helpful with my request. Their bf was a bit of let down. Maybe a variety of fruits would be great. It was a bit noisy near my room but I guess it is no fault of the hotel as guests are not civic minded at times. Nice stay at would definitely revisit again.

The Hotel is overall quite nice Including the dining and cleaning staff But there was one big issue which has annoyed me so much that i do not want to rate it more than one star. The rooftop swimming pool is one of the amenities which attracted me towards this hotel. I went to use the pool and got to know That the pool was empty and they were cleaning which is a very natural thing and i was guaranteed that the pool will be ready to use by tomorrow and this was repeated for the next 4 days until it frustrated me so much that i complained it to the receptionist. talking to them i knew that they had know idea about their own hotel’s pool and they redirected me to housekeeping who gave the same excuse that pool was being cleaned today and would be ready to use by tomorrow morning and it caused me a lot of frustration since i was going to check out tomorrow and there was no way that i would be able to use the pool.In between Those days i went to check the pool in my freetime and every time they guaranteed me that i would be able to use the pool from tomorrow but the pool remained unfilled. I generally don’t criticise any hotel because i am just too lazy but this got me enough frustrated to write a very long paragraph full of its negative aspect. All i can say is that the whole hotel is pretty good but the department managing the pool is very reluctant and doesn’t care about the visitors! Anyway i am not revisiting this hotel because there are plenty options in the range. Hope they FIX this.

The service is excellent and a great location. Very clean room and I had a view. The rooftop area is beautiful in the morning when it is cooler. The gym area is small ad in need of an update. It is near a Pharmacy, and 3kms to Express Mart a large indoor shopping centre. It seems safe to have a tuk tuk drop you off and pick you up for solo women. Food outside nearby though I enjoyed food at the restaurant as delicious and reasonably priced.

Room service staff cheats on quantity. I got only half a piece of fish in fish curry despite the commitment of 4-5 pieces and that too for ₹450. Soda water bottle MRP ₹20 served for ₹75. At first place I should not have been given less quantity than the usual one, so complimentary sweet does not covers up the cheat done by the room service staff

Great place & good service too. Didn't stay there so can't comment about the rooms. The conference room was good, beat & the audio system was good.

We had a brief stay at this hotel last month and were very impressed with the quality of service all round, the food and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too. The staff were very courteous and their hospitality made our stay pleasant. In short quality accomodation in the city.

Unfortunately, the staff on the phone did not provide clear guidance and did not confirm my booking promptly. As a result of this uncertainty, I decided to make my reservation online to ensure a timely and secure confirmation.

The experience is very nice. The management team, receptionist and cleaners they did exceptional good customer service. Came to attend an awareness program. Audio and video quality in the hall was good. Dinner was sumptuous. Hygiene of the rest room is very good. In total, impressive.

Our stay was very good and it was a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and their room service is great. Terrace pool is awesome and we spent a good family time with a great ambience.

Went there for an interview. Wallet parking available. Reception area is welcoming and front office staff are hospitable. Plush sofas in the waiting lounge, clean and maintained washroom nearby. Corridors outside the rooms where the interviews being conducted seem to be a bit congested.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They are always ready to help making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chennai.

Pros: Good ambience, A good place to conduct events and to stay. In the middle of the city, will be easy for the people to travel around the city while staying at this hotel. Cons: Food; Dint get much variety in the buffet. They don't have parking facility. Very limited cars can be parked outside the hotel.

So I went to the hotel to book the banquet hall "Westminster" the L shaped hall, at first the banquet manager "Shareef" told us he will give us the whole hall and he was happy about it and told us everything like the menu and ect, at the time when we went to book he was not interested to give us information and be was in a hurry to Shoo us off and get done with the booking and we have the menu and at the time when we have to send the money for the blocking he tells us he will give us only half the hall and changed all his words, when I asked him how come you changed your words he said he will call us about it and did not even have the courtesy to call us and speak about it! This is just a sham! be careful when you talk to these people, when we're giving them business they need to treat people better and the service is very bad! Not trustworthy at all! Be careful!

The stay overall was horrible. Staffs are very rude and they cheat in the final bill of checkout. Complimentary breakfast tastes bad , none of it is satisfied. Especially pastries were not even edible. Omelettes was made with spoilt eggs. I strongly don’t recommend any one to stay here specially anyone who is looking for a good peaceful stay. Staffs are not supportive , don’t trust them at all. Everyone here are cheaters and rude. Only one staff I found committed in the overall experience was Mr Bala. He deserves appreciation. Thank you. I strongly assert the hotel to take action for the above .

Very good hotel and courteous staff. Good service and the restaurant is good too.. Chennai has more two wheeler population and many corporates doing programs here whose employees come in two wheelers. The parking is on the side of the road which could be improved.

The rooms r very old fashioned ...mayb 10 years or more. The food, breakfast is good. Good gym n outdoor seating om terrace with a pool area. Location is very good.

Mr Raj was God sent and when I sought his help, without a second thought he made some calls and managed to get a car from the hotel to ferry me over to the airport. My hearfelt thanks, Mr Raj your help was timely and appreciate your thoughtfulness very much. I reached on time and caught the flight back home. A shout out to you!

The best! If you ever find yourself looking for a place to stay in T. Nagar, Chennai this is it. The inn is very clean, luxurious and well maintained. The staff were very nice and courteous. The rooftop view on the 7th floor is quite amazing and the atmosphere is great. The room we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Everyday breakfast was delightful and freshly prepared. The food from the menu was also exquisite. Mr. Nicolas (food manager) and Mr. Raja (reception) were especially kind, friendly and very helpful. Very recently we booked the banquet hall for training as well accommodation for 14 participants, the training rooms were neatly organized, as well very fast in providing the needs. The rooms were very clean and neat, south-indian style breakfast is provided with great taste. Lunch provided also very good. Need to applause all the services person very calm and fast in action

Our 4 night stay was really great exceeding our expectations. Amazing courtesy from staff at all levels, very good Indian breakfast as well as the other cuisine offered on the menu, clean functional rooms although only the WiFi connectivity was not satisfactory.

Visited the place for a family function of a relative. The party hall is very compact and convenient for a small get together family functions. The hall and dining hall attached to it are spacious and good. The location is also very good and easily reachable.

We had hosted our daughter's First Birthday party here at 'The Elephant Sky' rooftop. and were fully satisfied the way things went. 1. The Banquet Managers who interacted with us, Mr. Rajaram and Mr. Arun were very supportive and friendly throughout the time we paid advance till the end of our function. 2. Decoration vendor Mr. Selvam - it was a very pleasant surprise for us, since we provided some specific customized inputs for the decor theme. And were really expecting only 50% output of what we told - but to our complete surprise - entire decoration was perfect with our expectations 3. Buffet Food - though it was a limited menu, entire food menus provided to us tasted very good and much appreciated by our guests. 4. Special mention- mini lift from 6th Floor to rooftop which was not functioning earlier was also repaired on time before our party which had helped lot of our senior citizen guests. 5. Hazzle free valet parking. 6. Room provided was also neat and well maintained. Overall : Within the city, it's a very budget friendly place to host birthday parties or small gathering functions. Go for it. The Rooftop is perfect for cinematic moments.

We attended our QRM for 2 days. Stayed in for a night. Quality and service wise is good. But please clean the common toilet in a period of intervals near the conference room.

I and my family were there for 5 days . The rooms were very clean . The room Service team was very efficient. Even the cleaning team was very quick and understanding on our needs . The reception staff was very helpful From allocating the room and arranging it in the same floor since we booked three rooms together . They even gave me an upgrade for one of the rooms . And they have a good in room dining menu as well. Will definitely go there next time .

I'm giving it a 3 star because 1. There is no Internet at the dining area or lobby! 2. We had asked for an extra bed in the room in the morning when we left, when we returned at 9pm it was not done and had to wait 30 minutes to get it done. 3. There was no face towel in the bathroom and the bathroom needs better cleaning. 4. Food has a good variety.

Excellent facilities and proximity to several locations in Chennai. Friendly and supportive staff. I appreciate the support provided by the night manager Mr. Suresh and his staff during my stay in March 2023. They expedited the delivery of laundered clothes as I had a flight to catch the next day. Hotel was good but the swimming pools was not maintained properly. Kids couldn’t enjoy in the pool for long time. It had small fishes and chlorine content was high which caused burning sensation for eyes. Had Mosquitoes in room so couldn’t have sound sleep.

Good place as per the price and location. Bit old accommodation but service and staff is really good! Food is authentic, Indian and Chinese food were really tasty, little bit pricy.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Quality In Sabari Grand for a couple of weeks with my family. The hotel staff was very cordial, helpful, and as need oriented. The room was very clean and even larger than the branded 5/4 star hotels where I stayed a lot around the globe. The room service, reception service, and housekeeping were really exceptional. The morning breakfasts were very good, with many options. During check-in, we suddenly met with the General Manager of the hotel, who is very helpful and took care of us during our entire stay. There was a lot of dust in my room. It was very hard to sleep due to this, and I barely had enough energy the next day. However, the location and room service were pretty good. If the rooms had been a lot more clean, I would recommend it to others.
