Last night at around 10 pm, I walked in to the restaurant and ordered 1 Mutton Briyani (Takeaway). The restaurant had about 25% occupancy and there were few waiting for takeaways too. After 15 minutes of waiting, I checked with the manager and he said 5 minutes. I see the are serving briyani to diners and deliver to people who came after me. 5 minutes turned 15 mins, and he said 5 mins again. I was so hungry and angry, I just dropped the delivery receipt on the counter and said, I don’t want my order anymore. I walked off, hungry and the manager didn’t even care to stop me. Such pathetic behaviour I have not experienced. Never going back to Zeeshan. Also going to boycott their Siruseri branch which is closer to my workplace and my colleagues go there.

Sharing my dine in experience. Only a waiter and cashier in restaurant, ordered for chicken coriander clear soup and mutton biriyani. Used old chicken chunks for soup and mutton pieces with biriyani uncooked. So, kept mutton pieces awau and informed manager. After dining asked manager to bill only for plain biriyani, he forced me to pay for value of chicken biriyani and no invoice. Paid thru paytm - atleast. Horrible food and pathetic service. Never ever recommend this restaurant.

Good tasty food reasonable price but u need to say as less oil when ordering food

Veg foods and non veg gravy are very tasty but my time today grill taste very bad.

Pls avoid this restaurant. I went with my family and we got into the restaurant as we didn't want to walk in the hot sun. There was only a cashier and one server. The hotel was empty on a holiday at 1.30 pm. Well I should have gotten out at that moment. But my bad, we decided to give it a try. The person who took orders was too slow and did not understand what we were saying and we also didn't understand his english either. Finally ordered Chicken fried rice + a couple of naans. We asked for a less spicy chicken curry. They suggested a chicken saying that it was their special curry. We ordered that as well. The fried rice was pathetic. Never tasted fried rice like that. It was like medicine added to it..Not sure what it was. The curry we asked for was less spicy but what we got was red in color and so spicy as if we were eating raw chilli. I didn't see any chicken pieces but it tasted like panneer. We stopped eating and headed out. I would suggest avoiding this place.

The food was good and the service was also good... But can put some mild music...

Great ambience and the cost is worth it. Chicken soup is amazing. Naan and chicken butter masala is top notch.

This is my first time that i am eating Hyderabad birayani that very tasty eating with raitha very tasty

Very worst service....i ordered my food and waited for more than 30 mins.Again they took the order from me and still I didn't receive my order.When i asked about my order to the waiter....he said they left your order it seems ...can you again say us the order.That moment I decided to leave the restaurant,they didn't even apologize for that....very worst service....this is the 1 st time I am facing this in a restaurant.

Food was delay although only 3 table people were there. Chicken fried quantity was too low

Got food poison and I had continuous stomach ache/loose motion for next 2 days. The quality of Biryani that was served to us was also pathetic, so I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Zeeshan restaurant is the best restaurant, when compared to other restaurants in Chennai .Hence I'm giving a rating as 5.0 Hyderabadi biryani lovers should never miss it. Biriyani's other dishes they prepare come very well and tasteful, great work, all the best. Worst restaurant. I had chicken briyani, plate sharawama, and full tandoori chicken with my friends. The next morning, all my friends and I were suffering from dysentery and stomach upsets. We noticed that all the remaining 6-7 full chickens were taken back to the kitchen for the next day. When I asked for water, a person poured some water into my glass, which is oily at the top. I asked to change the water, so he changed again, but again I faced the same issue. I informed them again, but this time they advised me to get a mineral water bottle placed on the table.

I ordered briyani from Zomato, what I got was four empty box lids below and briyani rice above those lids...Did not expect such a worst behaviour from them. Going to Stop buying biryani from them once for all.

Please don't buy anything from this shop brought 8 butter naan parcel from this restaurant but they delivered me Fermented flour naan and the thickness of the naan is very big can't able to bite a bit...now i throwed in the dustbin...waste of money please don't show your business skills in food... I complained them but there's no use

No response, late servers, totally waste. We ordered our food they took more than 20 minutes, after 20 minutes also they didn't bring our food we cancelled our order. Please don't go with less number of people they will not respect you. Worst restaurant.

Average taste biriyani and in chicken biryani pieces are worst

Unprofessional waiters struggling to respond us. Most of the items in the menu not available. When tried order one item for 4 persons, they said they don't have enough quantity at 1 PM. There is no crowd and its empty. We were not convinced and came out.

Don't wast your money on starters and soup. Go for biryani. It is good. Pics: chicken 65 and hot n sour.

Taste is good but portion of dishes are very less for the price...they gave 2 mutton pieces for briyani and both them are full of bones...when we asked they provided two more pieces which was very rubbery...looks like old meat...again we asked then they provided proper pieces.
