Good doughnuts spot in Velachery, This krispy kereme shop is located in phonix mall. The doughnuts is not worth for the money is my thought coz each doughnut starts from 90 rupees (based on the size) instead of this I can treat myself with other filling & tasty snack. Bruh moment 😐 when I found out that doughnuts are just fancy name for Paal bun. Man i could get that for 15rs outside a good stall. Anyways this was the first time I had one so, Yep it tasted good and was fluffy a bit. But I feel even for a doughnut its too expensive.

Flies torture

Unclean & Unhygenic place. Insects inside!! There were multiple flies inside. The staff seems to be least bothered about. I informed the staff about the flys inside. They did not bother to discard the products. Will they eat such food? Horrendous!!

No new or unique variety. Got bourbon, mango, white forest and double chocolate. Bourbon was the only thing that tasted good.

Crowded with customers on peak hours in Phoenix mall. The price of donuts are too high I would prefer MOD than KK any time. The button donuts Looks so yummy and the taste was good too

Ordered via swiggy around Sep 2020 and they delivered only 4 doughnuts instead of 6 doughnuts. The delivery guy said that the shop didn't give 6 only 4. The pack was opened too, so, not sure whether it's the shop's fault or the delivery guy ate it. We returned it and got a refund. Nevertheless, thought will give it a shot again in Feb 2021 and this time it was delivered properly(all 6, photo has 5, after we ate 1) in a sealed box. The combo items are a good deal. Taste was good. Love the chocolate ones and the plain ones. Not a fan of the fancy stuff.

Lots of donuts were out of stock while I visited, but the taste of of Krispy Kreme donuts was good, as always. Little pricey, but worth it

Crowded most of the times. This place has coffees and 🍩. We tried the Mango Delight and cappucino and iced coffee. It was good but it took a long time for the cappuccino to come. Other than that, the original glazed is always on demand and got over quickly. The service is fine and could be little better as it was taking very long times.

Ordered doughnut and lemon ginger chiller . Doughnut was good but lemon ginger chiller was worst . It was mild initially later the bitterness of lemon flavor spiked where we drank immediately and we didn't let it to rest as lemon has tendency to turn bitter after a while. So , I said about the issue. He just added extra syrup and gave back which inturn tasted like a sugar syrup . If they charge 185 inr we consumers are ready to give and pay for it only that's seems to be worth it , this chiller is absolutely a trash and not wroth for sale , I don't recommend. Customer from my fellow table has left half of the chiller and that is not a surprise for me .

Loved caramel toffee doughnut and chocolate dream cake. It was my first time at Krispy Kreme, worth trying.

They can’t manage even 3 or 4 customers at a time. It takes a while to get your order. Also, they don’t heat the doughnuts or churros unless asked. Even then, they barely heat it. It wasn’t even warm when they gave it to us. You have to repeatedly ask them to reheat it to get that warm, gooey texture.

Please don’t go during weekends too much crowded there’s no place to sit and if we find any places free na people next people will sit within a seconds and I ordered choconutty cappuccino was okayish and cold coffee was good. After Standing for 30mins we got 1 seat and I saw coachroach under the table was very bad experience in such place 😶

Chipped tables and badly stained upholstery that would put a government office to shame, this outlet seems so out of place in swanky Phoenix Mall. In keeping with the depressing ambience the service is, at best, indifferent.

Please train your staffs to behave in a professional / polite way to customers. I had a very bad experience from your staff ( Pheonix mall chennai velacherry outlet) yesterday after 6pm. Your representative in that outlet were very much rude and impolite. Unfortunately he was not wearing a name plate to identify him. As a paying customer this kind of behavior is not at all acceptable. He was not all answering my queries or not listening to the customers. dear management, Please take a visit your outlets atleast once in a month or give proper training to your staffs.
