Worst experience ever. They don’t deliver to Regi Model town. They said that the last order they accept is around 6 pm which doesn’t make sense. If you are providing a service then you should provide them properly. Updating it again on 11 december they are not delivering and mentioned that last order they accept is 8 pm.

They deliver in time + the prices are good as compared to other delivery services.

Today I ordered from kfc through zar rasha, kfc missed an item in my order although charges were deducted. Firstly I got frustrated and I contacted zar rasha immediately that an item is missing. They answered on the spot to my queries and delivered the missing item within half n hour. Appreciated! Highly cooperative team. 👏

Ordered fish from a restaurant. Told it will take an hour and then rider will pickup the food. After an hour i got a call to tell me the item isn't available and asked if I wanted to ordered something else and then the new order will take 1 hour too to prepare and get delivered to me. This delivery service might be the worst in Peshawar. App has everything my address my name yet the riders will call multiple times to ask for address or area. Don't waste your time with this app
