The first room they gave me had a roach infestation and the AC was not working properly. Also the water heater/geyser is kept off during summer months. In-house restaurant is convenient and tasty. Room rates are not listed yet they claim it's not negotiable and I have a suspicion that I was overcharged (6000rs per night).

Nice convenient location not far away from the museum of Peshawar. It is not bad given the level of other hotels in the city. Everything has to be assessed in relation with the local situation. For short visits up to two nights and for solo travellers it is fine. For the rest, just enjoy the unique atmosphere of beautiful Peshawar.

3 Star Hotel. Breakfast is not good enough. Room service is ok. They have heater but not active. Broken AC can be seen in my selfie. Cable quality is very bad. Our all Environment is good for families as I observed there. Staff is very cooperative. It was very hard for me to convey what I need from restaurant 😆. Location is ideal at the edge of Namak Mandi and specially on walking distance of NISAR CHARSI TIKKA. Huhhh but I couldn’t enjoy their Karahi because I am a solo traveler. 🤨 Must stay there and share your experience….

Room service is very poor lake of quality services. Especially wash room are not functioning properly. Peshawar temperature 🌡️ is high nowadays but they could not power on AC. Soap and shampoo quality third class. After discussion on telephonically Mr. Faisal empire hotel He said they ensure the quality of services and hospitality.

They don't accept foreing people , we went two times and they said hotel full, a lie....pls don't waste time to the tourist any more.

I’ve been to Peshawar a few times and this was my favorite hotel. It’s in the best central locations, walking distance to all the best restaurants, chai shops and markets. The best part was the staff. They were all extremely friendly & helpful. Next time I’m in Peshawar I’ll be staying here!

Stayed here for a week. My room was excellent with 3 large windows over looking the street. New aircon as well. Staff helpful and restaurant food is delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is under repair constructions. The hotel manager must not give services to customers in such situations. The lift was not working, no proper cleansing of washroom, the washrooms' ceiling was not waterproof. And the rooms were not sound proof. It's not nice as it was before.

We have had worst experience. While negotiation on reception desk they told us that prices are fixed and can't be resuced even a single rupee, on further insist about price negotiation the receptionist said that if you can accept room without the heater than i might reduce 500rupees... we refused to accept that, it was month of January. Later on we kept calling room service but no one came whole night to switch on the heater. We tried to switch it on but it didn't worked. Even we called the receptionist and he said on phone that *wait i am sending someone*... however no one came. The standard of the rooms was not good. They need to do rennovation. In the morning theit labour staff came to do some repair and maintenance work and that was so noisy that we couldn't sleep after 10:00am. One more thing that they didn't provided facility as sleeping space for our driver. Besides this hotel we got facility(small place) for driver to sleep in ware-house or garrage or anywhere in kitchen or their workplace but this hotel simply refused to facilitate our driver. Pothetic experience we had

overpriced hotel. you would expect a good bed in such high price, but no, this hotel had such old squeaky beds, couldn't sleep all night, and pillows were so hard that my neck couldn't stop hurting next day.

No AC in case of Wapda shutdown. No way to contact any senior management. Reception staff is sleeping. Smell in the room. This is Deluxe room. What about the normal one😱🤯

If you value your sleep dont go there. There is a construction going on and its starts at night, in my case 11:00 pm and it didn’t stop all night. When I spoke to the manager he told me the work its outside. Well you should let customers know in advance or give a room on the back not next to it. It wont help since they are bringing down walls using heavy machinery.

We took executive room but the AC was not working and despite of many request no one came for checking. The good thing is that on the time of checkout when we complaint then they didn't took extra charges but we were disturbed all night

Empire hotel is located very close to Namak mandi the famous one for charsi tikka. Hotel is clean and service is also very great. Staff is caring but only one thing that is washrooms are not up to the mark but not so bad but overall environment is good for short stay

Empire Hotel was a good place to spend a few nights in Peshawar as a foreigner. I was charged 3500 rs for a room with AC. The room was clean. It is walking distance from the old city and a short walk away from the Rapid Transit. There were quite a few and long power cuts during my stay. Hot water was unavailable. The restaurant is a bit sad, it has no window and passable food, but affordable.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The Hotel is at a very best location. Highly recommend this hotel for having a perfect experience of living your holidays if anyone wants to go to peshawar.

Best hotel in Bahria Town Lahore. In my opinion, this place is above what other are offering in the same price. Conveniently located in the middle of Bahria Town with Eiffel Tower near to it and also Al Fatah supermarket and another plus to mention is that Raiha cinema is near as well. Every place a visitor would want to visit to is really close to Adara suites. Management was very kind and cooperative. Service was like a 5 star hotel. Rooms were of utmost luxury and all furniture was very plush and comfortable just like a person wants after being tired all day. Sanitary was also top notch. I do not understand why there are negative comments about this beautiful place. All the negative comments are utter false and are misleading customers. They want to steer customers away to other hotels which offer very less conveniences in the same price. There is truly nothing I would want to change because everything was just perfect and I have to repeat the fact that location is very good for people wishing to visit many places inside of Bahria as it is placed in the middle. Truly one of the best. Recommended to everyone. Please ignore the negative comments, they are surely lies and are trying to mislead customers.
