Overall management is poor. Place is clean. Rooms are ok. Too little electric socket for mobile charging. They don't have separate room for guest drivers for seating. You need to introduce yourself all the time to their staff on eating time. No drinking water available in lawn. No sitting area for guest driver or other guest staff. Sometime at launch time No extra plate or spoons are available there. Yeah there is small area for praying Namaz and bathroom is also available. Very small area for car parking. Guest wifi is not available for waiting persons. Its boundary wall is attached with airport therefore Aircraft sound was very frustrating.

If you didn't plan a stay and need a cheapest & decent place to check in that's the best option one can have in Peshawar.

This is my second time and long-term stay for 12 days hare at VIP House. Very good service and rooms. Good for training and workshops

Spent one night and had to change 3 rooms to settle down. First room had no hot water in shower, 2nd room had no TV connection, 3rd room had a broken spring mattress and was noisy due to water geyser pumping for a major portion of the night. Food is tasty, however in breakfast paratha was super oily and the fried egg were burnt from the base. Black coffee is instant coffee and not brewed or from coffee machine. For heating inverter AC was good. 1 night with food and breakfast was 10k. Would not stay their again.

Helpful and client driven staff. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are quite many but now the fixtures and furniture has turned old. The carpets too. It’s time they refurbished those.

The VIP House is the best place for stay. I liked it's all staff. It is the peaceful hotel.

Food quality is awesome here compared to the rest of hotels. The front desk is very cooperative and rates are good compared to services provided. Interior lawns and walking tracts are one of the best planned inside a hotel. You get a prayer area as well. Free WiFi and comfortable beds with ample lighting and view.

As we arranged a workshop in this vip guest house. The room and halls were good. The food was also good but the service was too bad. There was no proper management. There were problems in supply and serving the food. It has a very slow service otherwise it is very good.

This guest house was well managed and well discipline place I have ever visited in Peshawar

I have stayed here for three days. This guest room needs to improve upon a lot of aspects. The bedsheets and towels seem to be unclean and had smell of chars(mariguana) in bed quilt and pillows. The room AC was very old … seemed like a second hand unit. It made creeking noise throughout the stay. The water pressure in washroom was very low. They need to install pressure punps. The bed side light had a 100 watt bulb which produced painfully high intensity light. In breakfast the tea was tasteless and overall arrangement was very shoddy. In the end i would like to add the staff behavious was excellent and they did whatever they could in their means.

Nice clean rooms, but need more sorting required in furnishing the rooms. Old electric switches. Light is very low in the rooms. Washroom pipes leakage. single rooms prices are high

Rooms are good in size but the entire living experience is not worth the money. Revised rates are high as per the provided standard of services.

There is a very third class service. After 1 o'clock at night, the air conditioning is turned off. There is no light. The service is worse than 2 star guest house.The management should be ashamed.
