It is one the oldest parks of Peshawar Cantt famous as Defence Park. During my own childhood , I used to come here with our family. It has some trees couple of hundred years old . A jogging track is also made in renovation. It still has old walls in enterence and exit gate . The old brick walls and two mounted places where round shape shades are made and people can sit on benches reminds me the good old childhood days . There is also a judo karate and exercise club for ladies and gents with different timings. I recommend you that at least once visit this place as it is quite peaceful family Park, well maintained by Pak Army.

It is a really good path for the families and gives available in environmental regency to the people and the families government has maintain the park from the start till this date families go there enjoy their family time it's environment is really comfortable and people enjoy there people visit the park from different corners of the city

Lovely place for outing with kids and family

Nice place for kids playing and adults walking. However the kids playing area is way too dusty and despite the fact it's written no entry without family. It's actually the other way around. Filled with males only. The CBP must do something about it

Defence park is now very advanced and there is a lot of trees and you can fresh your self there

This is a public recreational park located in a posh area of Peshawar. It has a few trees as old as 150 years. Previously entry was free but now the authority charge entry free to the park. It is mostly used for jogging by the residents of Defence Officers' Colony.

Its a good family park but need some improvements. security not very impressive. Not recommended for families on weekends

I think, this park is really one of its kind. It has been beautifully decorated with multiple lawns, trees of rare species, shrubs, beautiful flower beds, terraced walking tracks and a sandy jogging track. I would recommend, having a walk through the park.

Its good .peaceful ,greenery is there, well maintained but one thing is no code of dress....means people walking in chappals etc.......other thing is that the track is bumpy.....which is dangerous for old people..........i want to use gym just after morning prayer but that facility is also not available
