All the doctors nurses and staff at the HMC were wonderful, kind and understanding. I could not have had better service and care if I had paid to go private hospital. My fimily members both an inpatient and an outpatient at the HMC for the past year and have always received excellent service on every occasion during that time period. Staff are conscientious and are committed to their patients, and are friendly and have always treated me with respect. Appointment times are rarely running late and considering how many patients they have to deal with it's amazing that they are able to function as well as they do. I would recommend HMC especially as it saved my money.

Hayatabad Medical Complex is one of the major hospitals in Peshawar city and especially in KPK... Thousands of patients are admitted here almost daily. Here no money is taken from the patient but the entire cost is borne by the government... The Hayatabad Medical Complex receives thousands of patients daily from Peshawar as well as from cities on the outskirts of Peshawar and from countries outside Pakistan, especially Afghanistan... The Hayatabad Medical Complex also has a large mosque as well as a "Bahreya Dastarkhwan" that serves 3 meals a day.

My father was admitted here about 6 years ago. I was with him for the last 10 days of his life and what I witnessed during my time there was shocking. The staff, Drs and cleaners had no manners what so ever. The security guard was more help than anyone else and that was because of the bribes I had to gave him to find oxygen cylinders for my father. All the doctors are clueless (the blind leading the blind). Basically testing ground for junior and senior Drs alike (including the so called Professor - who basically thought he was God himself). Each Dr would come along and re-write what had been written by the previous one. This would happen on a daily basis sometimes more than once in a single day. Each time I had to rush over the road to get the new medication from the vultures. Any poor illiterate sole that comes here doesn't stand a chance, he'll be bounced from pillar to post. No care, no compassion, no hygiene, no professionalism. May Allah save us all from such butchery and abattoirs.

If you need to see a doctor in IBP, then you should around 3:00 PM, don't get delayed. Else you will have to face long ques in getting card, doctor number and then you need to wait for your turn to see your doctor. If your turn comes in early numbers, then you will go through others stuff like tests, x-ray, ultrasound very smoothly. But if you go after 4:00 PM then add extra 2 hours wastage for the same process. Doctors fees are same as outside but tests rates are competitive and somehow affordable. Sitting area is OK, no separate place for females.

I’m really disappointed particularly with the eye doctors here. My mother had eye surgery few weeks before & after the surgery, doctors congratulated us as according to them it was successful surgery. Within a week of the surgery, my mother experienced severe pain in the same eye. In the follow up appointment, they attempted another surgery as the lens was not properly placed. Right now my mother has same issues. We went to eye specialists & he discovered that lens is still not properly placed & also stitches. He advised us that my mother needs another surgery to rectify these problems. Shame on you as my mother has to go through third surgery due to negligence of these eye docs at HMC.

Good, cooperative, not easy at first as one is not aware of things, places. Relative who came with patient are lying outside in winter. If possible, Govt should facilitate them atleast. Plus medicines are very expensive, Allah de asana ki. Staff is mature and cooperative. Salute to them. P.S charge doesn’t work in most of the power plugs. 😫

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) I recently had the privilege of receiving medical care at Hayatabad Medical Hospital in Peshawar, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The hospital's facilities are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with standard technology. The waiting areas were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and soothing, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had about my visit. The medical team at Hayatabad Medical Hospital is exceptional. The doctors, nurses, and support staff displayed a remarkable level of expertise, care, and dedication. They listened attentively to my concerns, conducted thorough examinations, and provided clear explanations of my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt involved in my healthcare decisions, and my questions were always answered with patience and clarity. The hospital's commitment to patient welfare is evident in their meticulous attention to hygiene and infection control measures. The entire staff followed strict protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, the administrative staff at Hayatabad Medical Hospital was extremely helpful and efficient. They assisted me with appointment scheduling, billing, and paperwork, making the administrative process hassle-free. I am immensely grateful to Hayatabad Medical Hospital for the exceptional care I received. They have set a benchmark for healthcare excellence in Peshawar. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate medical services. Thank you, Hayatabad Medical Hospital, for your dedication to patient care and for making a positive difference in our community.

Dear MD(Dr Zahid Aman) HD(Dr Shehzad Akbar), HMC First things first: When more than one patient comes to you in a short period of time with the same complaint about a member of your staff, you need to sit up and listen. The fact that these people shared their observations with you is indicative of a change in behavior that needs your attention. I suspect that you and your team have established a rhythm that keeps your practice running smoothly, which is great. The downside to this is that you may have developed blurred vision about how some of the systems and staff are working. Your receptionist's well-being is a priority. So are the operating standards of your practice. And one last The Staff of Gynae B ward specially the Doctor's are so rude and behave like patients are their slaves. And i will expose this to the world. Is this the way to deal with patients and their attendant's? Before the Staff and everyone exposed ! Teach them how to deal with patients and attendant's?, How to do duty?, How to give Respect and get respect?

If i could rate the doctors available at the emergency i wouldnt even consider a star for them!! That’s how unkind, unskilled and unethical they were. My father was taken to emergency at 5 am handling the case was out of their league! The nurses were wayy too ignorant and very very rude and unskilled. My father was in pain for 3 consecutive hours and they couldnt figure out his ailment rather sent put reports for blood test which would take hours. All this while they asked us to wait for doctors to appear at 8 and guess what they were no better. At 8 o clock the emergency looked like a barn and all the patients like animals (just how they were being treated). A critical person was rushed into emergency but was considered resurrected after defibrillator shock was given goven the situation NOT EVEN A SINGLE NURSE OR DOCTOR was sympathetic enough to condole rather they were laughing over the dead body sharing smiles and jokes! The worst day i could imagine in an emergency is the paramedics being UNKIND AND APATHETIC on top of being UNSKILLED.

Seems like this is a training center for new and postgraduate doctors and not patients focused at all. Burn cases are sent home with dress of wounds without any observation and or monitoring over night for vital signs or additional assessment of internal organs or lab work to assess the damage. The ER Drs did not bother to prescribe antibiotics for burns of hands and feet in a diabetic patient with wounded feet had pieces of glass in it who could not even walk on feet but crawling in ER. The patient was sent twice home with only dressing no surgical consult or further investigation such as renal profile that has a potential to be affected in burn cases. No one in ER assessed him to admit him or even observed him in ER overnight and do the essential work up for vital organs tend to be affected by burns. I thought this was a good hospital and doctors are trained enough with essential skills how to approach and manage serious cases esp burns. That pefectly otherwise healthy burn mobile patient who was sent home twice after dressing suddenly went into shock and died due to ER and Surgical Drs negligence. So what is the use of this hospital in Hayatabad when they cannot save lives why would govt spend money on this and take from patients while they cannot manage a case and save his life. This HMC should be a community hospital for Hayatabad but we see this hospital like a butchers place for trainee doctors. This hospital is not patient's focused but focused on training of FCPS and House Officers. What would they do with their so called FCPS while they cannot save lives. I heard there are many patients brought here but did not go back alive. Also the burn centre is a mess and should close if they cannot provide proper treatment to needy cases and save lives. We have lost faith not only in this hospital but all other major private hospitals in Hayatabad. Infact there is not treatment in these hospitals though they have bookish doctors of FCPS but no skills to diagnose and manage serious cases in ER. I feel sorry for the people of Hayatabad and adjacent areas whose lives at jeopardy if they ever get sick and are brought to this ER then dont think of leaving this place alive.

I visited for laser thinking it will cost me less and the treatment be in parallel to private clinics ended cost me around 13 thousand for a CO2 session that too done in a hurry. The laser doctor is ill-mannered and only good at cashing out the clients. Once done with looting them, they dont care to have a minimal concern for the treatment
