This is big trouble for patients, and if you came from Rawalpindi, ISB, then just for an appointment, keep 11, 12 hrs in mind. 2, For regular examination before chemotherapy, four patients need to stand outside of the doctor room, no chairs are there, and mostly their computers have a problem, doctor call here and there for entries and each patient need to wait for 20, 30 standing minutes sometimes one hour. 3, When you will get a bed for chemotherapy, you need to beg to nurse. Please start the process because they Always busy with gossips, and yes, when you need to change the drip again, your attendant need to visit counter 4, 5 times to tell them drip is over, please disconnect, 4, Another flaw is if your blood reports are not suitable for chemotherapy, they will not call you to tell in advance, and not even attend your call, so you need to visit the hospital, and then they told you few golden words, YOUR BLOOD REPORT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHEMOTHERAPY, SO COME AGAIN NEXT WEEK, I complain much time about this, but constantly they excuse and repeat next time same 5, sometimes there experienced doctors forget to enter medicine in their network software, so when you visit the pharmacy, they will tell you, you have no prescription. 6, Gate guard is not well instructed. The first time, they told me only one person allowed with the patient, and the driver also not permitted to wait in the car, so parking not allowed, park your car outside of the hospital, sound ok Next time they told me the only patient allowed, if the patient can walk, no one can go to the hospital with him. This is nonsense 7, You will see too many uneducated peoples, and they give them a token to wait, they don't know about theirs turn, and no support for this, Many other things make hospitals worst than the animal hospital because of their worst staff. I also have experience with SKMCH Lahore. Their professionalism is on its peak, I spent almost 1.5 years there, and I don't have to face any problem there Edition 7 July 2021 My appointment was on 21 July with doc after 20 sessions, but my patient was not feeling well. She was feeling severe pain in her neck. I call for an early appointment, the guy on call refused to give an earlier appointment, so I need to wait 30 days for a doctor checkup, and they don't care if the patient suffers, So I have visited emergency and ENT doctors there was busy watching TikTok, I was waiting for 3 hrs outside "yes 3 hrs in an emergency," I listen to all Bollywood, Hollywood songs, and other nonsenses from his room. And after 3 hrs I go to their room and tell them to please check my patient, he replied because of corona I am unable to check patient, I was shocked, my temper goes high I told them I waited for three hrs and you are busy in TikTok, why you wasted my time and money as I also paid for the appointment, he replied oh you are paid patient, I am sorry, Another joke is during this fight. A nurse was trying to convince me that HE IS a DOCTOR AND DOCTORS KA ATTITUDE HOTA HAI. As a doctor i would like to have a say about this facility. It is a non-profit, welfare hospital and research centre based on the same ideology and offers same world class healthcare services as Lahore's. Recently started chemotherapy, radiotherapy and soon surgical oncology will be started, also it has a full fledged walk in clinic, opd and Ipd services, labs, radiology, pharmacy, chemotherapy bay etc.

I got treatment from skmh Peshawar 2 years ago and I found this hospital the best of all hospitals I have ever been to. The most important feature is that they treat the poor patients on free treatment in the same respectful manner as the rich self financed patients. May God bless them.

When we went to shaukat khanum hospital Peshawar for treatment they told us to do surgery somewhere else and we don’t have surgery system and then come here for treatment. Now we want to do treatment in shaukat khanum hospital Peshawar but they are asking for payments and we are not strong financially and we are already got too much loan from our relatives. Hospital Staff behavior is so bad and they are not helping us. There are too many people who’s suffering from cancer so kindly inform your stuff to help people and specifically people who is not financially strong.

If you want to kill your special someone please do go there and yea make sure you are poor cause then they are also gonna play with the patient. And the best thing about nurse over here is that they forget alot of things like if someone needs some oxygen they forget to connect the oxygen pipes to the mask. To what I look at the many one star comments have got more like rating, and on the other hand the fans of Mr. Imran Khan are only talking about the infrastructure, services. its a non profit hospital percentage of underprivilege patients will be more, Patients that rated a 5 star are well off so for their class of facility is great. I wish could give negative rating for hospital Admins. Great Hospital with pathetic management. Walkin clinic reception area is pathetic. They make u sit and wait under trees or in an old fashioned open area . They give u token and calls u unlimited time just to make u stand infront reception counter. They call u through mic with live lady voice which is not understandable. Main gate reception gaurds are too stupid to handle security job. They dont talk in respective manner. Hope the treatment part will be not be the same. Who ever head the administration is a real goof..

Highly recommend for Cancer diagnosis and treatment, it is free for Zakat deserving people but otherwise very much expensive. In Pakistan we have 3 major cancer treatment institutions Shukat Khanum, Shifa International Hospital and Agha Khan as far as international standards and protocols is concerned Shukat Khanum is at its best.

It is a project of the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust, which is a charitable organization established under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 of Pakistan. The institution is the brainchild of Pakistani cricket superstar, Imran Khan. The inspiration came after the death of his mother, Mrs. Shaukat Khanum, from cancer. Fundraising Imran Khan made a nation-wide appeal for the collection of funds from a match between Pakistan and India on November 10, 1989 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore which raised Rs. 2,902,600. This was followed by a series of more than 50 successful fund raisers held throughout the world. Pakistan’s win under Imran’s captaincy in the 1992 cricket world cup in Melbourne helped fundraising efforts. He was able to collect one and a half million pounds in just six weeks after the World Cup when the same amount had taken 2 years to collect earlier. He donated his entire prize money of 85,000 pounds for the project. In 1994 when the project required more financing for the ongoing construction, Imran Khan launched a mass contact campaign in which he toured 27 cities in the country and collected Rs. 120 million. During the entire campaign for the construction of the hospital, over a million individual donors from ordinary citizens to the rich and famous pitched in.
