A great place, all types of business are available here, specially Offices, Institutes, Shopping Centres, Bank etc. Recently I visited this place in July 2022, according to my experience, in July and August its very hot 🔥 environment inside the building, because some people placed their AC exhaust inside in the building. It may caused to heat the environment of the place.

You get lost. Directions inside the center are hard to pick. No good illumination although a huge place for different sort of business activities.

Spacious and nice place. But it's too big and most of the shops are only at ground floor. All other floors are occupied by offices and and fast food local restaurants.

Unlike other big malls this place has almost no brands shops. Maximum shops are traditional shops just like saddar bazar. One floor is for offices also. Large paid parking space is available both underground and at ground level.

It's a huge property which could have been utilised in much better ways. There's no air conditioning, no proper cleaning services and even the escalators don't work most of the time.
