It is located at Shinwari Town, Peshawar Ring Road.. MMC Hospital is a very clean and beautiful hospital and all the doctors and hospital staff here are very gentle cooperative. The best thing here is that the poor people are treated free of charge from the sehat card.The helpline staff here are very respectful and guide people in a good manner.Located in very good and populated area. very helpful for the people around. Personally i am not satisfied from lab services.very pathetic lab service.not satisfactory results.parking is a bit far from MMC hospital.

Worst experience ever with senior management especially billing office staff and ward 4 supervisor Rahim and sher ali I will mention more names if I was ever contacted by concerned responsibles their attitude towards patients and elders was very rude at one point started yelling at poor elderly man things can be explained in respectfull manners, for me they kept sending me upstairs and downstairs like 15 times but they didn't simply say we don't have enough beds in wards spent whole day like that in the end I had to go back home funny thing is on the system my patient was admitted in ward yet I had to take him back home due to lack of beds but was charged for it secondly the ward staff lost my sehat card and immunisation certificate and receipts of tests worth of 5000 rupees for which I was meant to claim refund now I can't do that too at one point I booked appointment with a doctor there paid fee for it later when I checked the receipt I was overcharged 100 rupees extra although they apologised for it and gave it back when I mentioned it later but I wonder if they ever undercharge aswell by mistake . In the end hospital environment was ok with clean toilets and cold water provided for drinking

This is the small priavate hospital of peshawar. It has different specialities of doctors to facilitate the population of this area. The doctors containing physicians, surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, children specialist, gyneacolgists and the other nursing staff to treat different types of patients. It's casualty is a busy place because patients come from sorrounding area. But availablity of the above doctors is the real problem with this hospital. Patients are always treat by the junior doctors and senior doctors are not available

Useless doctors Don’t go there they will take your patients lives, your money. Fraudia , apna pesa awr mareez zaya na kre. Also they take hidden charges with useless things. One star is for lives taking with your own money

V.Good doctors but worst nurses, helpers & medical staff. Unhygenic enviornment in operation theater, emergency ward and gyny rooms. Private gyny rooms are no better even though private. Beds in private rooms are out of order, patients are not checked for temprature or BP etc and medical procedures are not completed before or after operation. No privacy of patients in operation theater at the time of anestesia and irrelvant staff do not mind sneak peak, no female staff is there to help a lady patient post anestesia to go to the bed for surgery. Insfficient gowns post operations and so bed sheets are used to cover a patient. Lack of planing on part of admin to hv separate timings for surgery in OT and time for consultations wid Docs. Arguements are common between patients and staff due to long waiting time as the Doc is occupied at the same time in OT. Overall inefficient service, revamp of entire processes and medical staff is required to provide quality support to the Docs. Good hospital though only for Consultation due to good Docs bt worst place for a surgery.

Dear concern I am much dishurted from your gynaecology system. Why you guys are not hired a female for ultrasound. There are a man who working for ultrasound. This is Peshawar brother not abroad. Please hire a female for ultrasound, many females are going to another hospital due to this reason. Thank you

Dear MMC i am very dishurted with your servives and specially lab services where 1 lab test kind of blood sugar test takes 1 and half hour and no gynecologist available in evening. Staff give more preference to mobile phone rather then customer's services.

Very much poor hospital. Today my sister blessed with baby. They took her 10 hours before to labour room. And nurses just given pain killer injection again and again. After several hours my mother went to OT Room and saw alot of blood on the flour. my sister had bleeding and no one took any action. Do not take ur sisters and wife’s to this butcher center.

Today I went for an ENT specialist arif ulla bangash. He has very unprofessional attitude and rude behaviour with his patients. Secondly we paid the fee at the counter but in his clinic he further demanded for rs 2000 just for suction. unfortunately we had no further paymnt as we knew about his fee (1000rps) so his peon kept us in other room for the further 2000 rps unofficially(paymnt without receipt). Then I called my father to come and pay the fee. when my father came and gave that further amount on counter they asked us what is this paymnt for as we already paid his 1000 rps fee. still they took that 2000 amount from us.

It's a Private Hospital It's good Almost all kind of patient are entertained here...

Imprtance of this hospital in the side of this area very benifical. According to the other hospital like northwest and RMI the expanses of this hospital is very low charge . The emrgancy of this hospital now day going on top bcoz they give a lot facilities with low charges and the consultant is also now optrating surgrry now day very much. But The MMC also need more improvement which heard our customers.

Very good hospital very hygienic environment and most importantly you can directly meet the owner and CEO in case of any serious complaint and your problem is solved.

Very poor customer service. No one picks the phone even in emergency situations. I called them repeatedly today and no one responded. Also they have a hectic and uneasy process of medicine purchase in which you have to move around for some paper work.

My mother had a heart attack, BP 240/188. We took her there in an emergency and they treated her well, even escorted us to LRH in their own Ambulance. LRH Cardiac CCU appreciated their first aid. My mother was saved, credit goes to this hospital and it's ER service as well.

Infect they have non professional staff but on they top there system is even not perfect as once we went to the hospital and have one treatment (small surgery) which is done under panel (company paid) after all the surgery and procedures they were unable to get approvals from the concern authorities also they hold the patent at the hospital along with the documents which was totaly unacceptable then after 24 they released the patent and we pay all the charges in cash

Not good experience as i went from Nowshera and i was told on call that doctor will be available from 4 to 7 i went at 5 got the number then attendand told me that doctor is not available .. although fee was return to me but it was just a wastage of time altest they have to inform the patients incl case of doctor non availability

One of the worse hospital I have experienced in my life, saw the doctor then I was advised to buy medicine at the pharmacy!! The whole complaint is about the pharmacy, i was vomiting 🤮 non stop as well as bleeding flow from my nose, I keep asking can I buy tissue replied we don’t have, then I ask give us something like towel etc so I clean my nose with it, was told don’t have it then later I found out they were selling it, so rude of them.

It’s a good hospital kind of like for example the staff are so frank with patients and it’s clean and tidy but I want to complain one thing is that as you can see in this photo there is only one fan in all around the floor but this is not fair as you can see the patients are standing instead of sitting on the benches like their are so limited seats and one thing more the staff is ordering patients to bring things for them to the patients like it doesn’t make any sense one staff lady come out from the operation theater and she tells us that bring me a Ufone card

MMC call operators isn’t responding the call i tried calling forth time but no response…here someone will have an emergency and they’re just sleeping so please hire an active and responsible person to attend the call immediately…
