Services are good and i used to be a regular patient ….but staff is extremely rude esp that girl nimra. I am a very old patient of them but they doesnot cooperate a bit. She always is very rude and the stop others aswell from giving time and appointment to anyone. since dr mahnoor has left she has expressed extremely intolerant behaviour and hence i wont be visiting them . I would come because of dr salman as he used to be our teacher. And all that regardless of the fact that shes just an assistant or cashier and not even a medical doctor there . I would always be there on appointment dates but my city has changed and i told them it’s difficult to be there on exact date . So i went i guess only once or twice without appointment when the other staff tried to give me appointment she barged in and said theres no place several procedures are happening and no we dont even have 15 mnts for you. Literally 15 minutes. She has show extremely humiliating and disrespectful behaviour in front of everyone. That too to a very old customer and student pf dr salman . Kheir most probably this review will be reviewed by nimra herself so no use lol

a year ago Went to the clinic on recommendation of a friend who had very good experience and result with FUO procedure for hair transplant. I chose to do the ICE technique which although is a little expensive, has better results. I went through the procedure on the same day. Staff was extremely professional and so was Dr. Salman. No issues with the procedure, everything went as was told by the staff. Although too early to say something about the result, it seems like a very successful procedure. I was visiting Pakistan from the UK for a couple of weeks and did one PRP hair treatment session here. Having never done PRP before, and never did I think I'd be doing it in Pakistan, I must say I was very impressed with the gentleman who conducted my treatment - I believe his name was Adnan (in case I've got his name wrong, he said he used to work in RMI hospital before here). Adnan made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would give him a 10/10 for his service and would recommend him to anyone thinking of doing a PRP hair treatment. Two bits of constructive feedback:- 1) when I called the practice, on two separate days, the lady answered the phone and said "hello" and waited for me to say something, which made me wonder if I've called the wrong number. It would be more professional if the phone is answered like "Hello Cosmetic Expert Hair Clinic" - just so we know straight away we are through to the correct place. 2) the bed that we lay on, although I was reassured it gets cleaned after every session, its something that, compared to the UK, didn't make me feel very comfortable from a hygiene point of view. I advised Adnan, it would be better that you guys have a toilet paper material sheet covering the entire bed, and use a new one for each patient, just like they do in the UK - this would make customers feel extremely clean. In the UK, at end of your treatment they remove the paper material from the bed and throw it in the bin - so you see it with your own eyes that a new one is used for each patient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone, and Adnan did a fantastic job.
