!!!ALERT!!! Once this lab used to have a good reputation,but now it has become quite pathetic over the years.Sharing few personal experiences to let everyone know what went wrong.I submitted many samples for Culture and Sensitivity testing for many years but they never reported a growth of bacteria.Out of curiosity , i started submitting multiple samples to different labs for countercheck So while the other labs were reporting MRSA(a deadly bacteria),excel lab was still reporting no growth of bacteria as usual.Most likely an easy way to say we didn't find it without actually doing it. Next problem is with tests that dont affect you rapidly but will gradually affect you overtime such as cholesterol level, Hba1c etc. Once I submitted a sample of my mother for Hba1c(blood glucose average over 3 months) in excel lab, they reported the same high result which they reported 4 years back, without even changing decimal points.So to remain on safe side ,i managed her glucose levels aggressively with insulin over the next 3 months ,kept a heavy record of glucose readings and then expected a good result on repeat test.But as usual ,they reported an even slightly higher reading than the previous one ,which was not possible.So got it counterchecked from a third random lab who had no access to previous record ,the actual Hba1c reading was much lower and corresponding well with my 5 times daily glucose readings. Seems like despite being expensive they are engaged in common malpractice of extrapolating previous test results to report new ones without actually performing them.I highly recommend to avoid this lab at all.

Extremely unpleasant , wondering if because i look a European. Rude and hurt like crazy when they did exams, seems to be done on purpose... When complained, they denied, and after 3 days I still don't have my results despite calling them everyday

Maybe they are a good lab but same as every other Pakistani business, pathetic customer service. Got an appointment for a scan, reached there before time and they made us wait for more than 2 hours. Every time we asked about our turn they would respond bus thorra sa time aur...and the agony doesn't end here. After the scan, there is another hour of wait for the report...this is beyond pathetic. Would never recommend to anyone 👎

It was the most unprofessional behaviour by your staff.  I didn't the reports on time. I specifically wrote my email and phone number but didnt get report. Finally after several calls , they had no information about my email and after telling my email to the staff on phone,  i got my reports. It was sheer negligence and unprofessional behaviour.

Excel Labs is one of the best laboratory in town. They are doing almost every medical test for their customers. Results are very accurate and credible. I prefer Excel Labs over many others in town and strongly recommend this great place.

Limited counters, limited employees, administration of lab does not cooperate after u have given samples and paid money, results of samples took a very long time, if u have a flight & limited time for sample result collection "never ever go to this lab". I v a bitter experience of waiting 11+ hours & still awaiting results. The staff at lab have no idea when the result will come, they continue to give chain time. "Highly non recommended for travelers"

Got two Liver CT scans done a month apart. On the second one, the current report had no mention of liver size, and lesion size is mentioned as 23.2 x 24.3 x 22 cm ! So the lesion is bigger than a human liver's size. Upon complaint, the customer care staff was defending the doctor (Dr Sana Ishtiaq) who wrote the report, saying it's just a typing mistake, and each doctor has their own style of writing. Go figure. We go to Excel Labs for quality, and their doctors can't be bothered to read what they write before sending to patient. How can we trust if their reports are accurate?

24hr Service, you can see your normal Blood CP report within 15hrs online. Blood CP report charge fee was Rs.750 on 23 Oct 2019

The person sitting at the reception always misguide people by saying that health insurance is not acceptable. They torture patient initially, once the patient get traumatised and ready to pay them full payment then the person taking blood sample start saying that this card is acceptable. One of the worst diagnostic lab in Islamabad. It is located in blue area G7 portion near hot n chilli

The worst and pathatic service of counter. Only one counter person provide service while other always missing on pretext oe other. Customers are made foodball and referred to one another counter. No doctor to read report. Wasteof money and timee in blue area lab.

Staff here dont guide properly. Its very easy for them to say please come after that time or this time. On the call they say something else, and in office they say something else. Usually dont pickup the call.

They are worst they gave the wrong reports and we have gone through the worst days of life just because of them don't take your loved ones to that lab

Normally when you give blood sample it's done by butterfly needle but today it was painful experience. Same staff but I don't know what's the reason.

If you go in time for pcr Early morning you will get same day. Staff is friendly and nurses are a good laugh.

I am from Afghanistan. I had flight to Kabul, Afghanistan and went for PCR test to this nice lab, the staff was nice, nurses were superb, got the result beyond the expected time. Very nice!
