    1. Rough scrub 😩 2. Package sign up 2 hours from 3-5pm. We waited for them to serve and for welcome tea take about 10 mins, then the masseuse was late for 20 min (went for makan- we were inform by the masseuse next bed) You can imagine the privacy there was just blind curtain Although overall late for 30 min or more, but the session ended on time. 3. Insecure when there is guy next bed just with curtain 4. Isn’t massage come after spa? Their step was Massage ->scrub -> spa From my past experiences with other spa, massage will be the last or I would say massage come after spa! 5. The spa was with 1 layer oil . And I have updated on their service hopefully they have improved since so many bad reviews but still the same. Conclusion is feeling disappointed. We paid for upgrade essential oil and black tea spa but end with these experience.

Do yourself a favour, and scroll down the recent REAL reviews written, don't look at the fake 5 star short reviews, they are all either bot accounts or paid review. First of all, when I enquired about this package, they told me that it's limited to 18 sets, 15 sets already sold, so I bought the last 3 sets. However I asked my friend to enquire with them about the promo AFTER I paid and received the receipt for the last 3 sets, she told me that they sent the same message to her, with the price dropping even lower when she didn't reply, to rm168. Not being honest with their customer is one big red flag to me already, but I still decided to give them a chance, despite all the bad reviews on Google and Xhs. On 5th Aug a guy told me there's a water disruptor at 4pm, which is the time I booked, and asked if I could postpone the booking to 6pm and I understandably agreed. Upon arrival, we expected a welcome tea and a footbath before heading to the spa. However, we were forced to pay rm20 more to buy the essential oil (we even requested normal oil but the receptionist told us there was no such option, that's already a scam in itself as no customer should be forced to pay for a normal oil for massage, its unheard of). We still did pay, as it defeats the purpose of going to a spa if it means stressing ourselves by arguing. When we thought things will not get worse from that point onwards, we were never so wrong. The slippers provided were so oily so I felt like we could slip anytime wearing them. It was disgusting, to say the least. Then we were brought into a room to get a "massage", which was not only unprofessional (talking and looking at each other most of the time instead of focusing and looking at where they are massaging), but also hurt so much I lost count of times I told her to stop pressing on my bones so hard. At that point, I just wanted the massage to end because it was so torturous. After the scrub is applied, we were asked to head out of the room to the spa room, in only one-time-use undergarments, when there were literally other customers walking outside. Only when we refused they provided us towels to cover ourselves before heading out. After that, we were again disappointed by how bad the "red wine spa" was. It had 0 hint of red wine smell and our body was painted red after soaking in the water added with red colouring for 10 mins. Not to mention the water was slightly only warm, couldn't even adjust the temperature. To call that a spa is beyond hilarious. At that point, we were just trying to wash off the oil and the scrub from the massage. We left promptly after a brief self-cleaning as the water in the jacuzzi itself was so oily it's pretty reasonable for us to assume the water might be recycled from the last customer, as there was no water in the toilet of the jacuzzi room as well. Also, don't waste your time asking for a refund through their customer service. They will promise u a refund within 15 days, where they will keep delaying it and ignoring your message asking for reason of taking more than 20 days just to make a bank transfer. Just make a police report & file an e-claim at Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna, if you're so unfortunate to have scammed to purchase their package. Soon they will receive tons of complaints and be forced to shut this scam business down.

One of the worst experience. Would have given 0 star if can. Don't bother to top up for jacuzzi special, plain water just fine. Same goes for the massage aroma oil, I don't find it have any significant difference between normal oil and ginger oil. No smell nor effect and spicy feeling on my skin. Receptionist said it's a small bottle of aroma oil for individual usage. Without top up for the oil, you will not have the aroma therapy. Jacuzzi water temperature was normal room temperature, can't adjust the warm level. Welcome hot water foot bath, it just a normal room temperature water, lacking of warm water. Soak into it that's it. Massage duration was shorter than stated. The whole duration was about 30+ min. The masseuses were rushing to get over it. Both of them chatted throughout the whole massage session. Massage wasn't comfortable nor relaxing. Towels and bed sheets were not clean and fresh. Felt a bit damp Body scrub session ended around 2 min, like how I spread kaya on my bread kind of speed. They basically just applied all over then body. My wife and I had to walk to another room in our disposable undergarments provided by them. Imagine if there's other people there. We have to scrub ourselves in the shower room beside jacuzzi room. Overall, both my wife and I were extremely unsatisfied with the overall experience. My advice: keep your money to yourself, don't bother to top up anything that sounded fancy. Or even better, don't bother to visit Chidorri. There are other massage centers which offer better quality service in a more reasonable price.

Valentine’s Couple Spa RM288 Cons: • lack of staff resulting slow service • Started late ended early which advertisement stated 2hrs but only last about 1.5hrs (massage ard 30min & jacuzzi ard 20mins) • Body massage doesn’t feel relaxing & a bit rushed • Reno in progress, drilling & hammering • Staff disappear after knocking the door to remind jacuzzi time is up, even counter also no staff which we left the place by ourselves without seeing anyone and no refreshing hot tea as advertised • Environment/room not really relaxing • massage bed was dirty might be due to the previous scrub Pros: • jacuzzi was nice • Added RM20 for lemongrass essential oils to the massage which smells quite good Conclusion: Price is not worth it. Can be better.

You have to ask the receptionist for what you have to do next. No one will tell you unless you ask. The only time receptionist is eager to serve you is when she’s selling their packages. I booked online for the *Luxury Suite Spa For 2pax♨️* ~Normal Price : RM 530~ Now Offer Rm 288 only 🥰 ( Service Included ) •Welcome Tea 🍵 •Footbath 👣🛁 •Full Body Scrub Massage 🥣 •Jacuzzi Spa - 45 minute ♨️🧖🏻‍♀🧖🏻‍♂ •Full Body Massage - 45 minute💆🏻‍♀💆🏻‍♂ •Refreshing Hot Tea🍵 ☘ ( 120 minute )⏰🥰 Limited Offer Package** But upon arriving, i was asked to choose aromatherapy oil for full body massage at RM10 per person. I was not informed during booking that paying for the oil is compulsory. The package price DOES NOT INCLUDE oil which i thought was very misleading because the lady said i must choose oil for the massage. Also, jacuzzi spa was only plain water with nothing if you don’t add on anything (need to pay again)! Honestly i wouldn’t feel so scammed if i was informed of these things BEFORE OR DURING BOOKING. And not to mention the “jacuzzi spa” with the sizzling hot emoji IS NOT HOT. Just plain room temperature water 😭 their facilities were also broken in many ways: toilet has no door (the broken door frame was left dangling), shower head holder was broken (shower head just dangling on water tap), oh and I also hated the excessive noise from other guests laughing and chatting loudly. FIRST AND LAST VISIT! If you’re paying full price for this kinda service, good luck!

Very bad experience , reach the wellness spa on 1130, from welcome tea until the jacuzzi session takes 1 hour only, the entire session supposed to be 2 hours. During my massage, the massage girl keep go out and I think my whole massage time is about 37 minutes only. When it comes to the jacuzzi session, the girl tell me that the session is 30 minutes . So once it reach 30 minutes, the jacuzzi stops, so we just stay inside for another 20 minutes and change back our clothes. I then ask the reception why is the entire session so short. Only she tell us, when the jacuzzi stop, you can ask the girl to open back, you can stay in the room until we knock the door. I am so frustrated as the massage girl never tells me about this. Please dont come, with this price you can enjoy a better service .

Disappointed. Visited the outlet on 10.11.23 for my anniversary, I would like to highlight a few things: 1. I paid RM188 in advance and did a top up of rm56. Although I was informed that both the massage and jacuzzi sessions would last 45 minutes each, the actual session on the day lasted only 30 minutes. The masseur stated that the massage would be 45 minutes, incorporating a scrub, but the massage itself was only 30 minutes, with a 5-minute scrub. 2. I inquired about the negative Google reviews, expressing concerns about visiting the outlet for my anniversary. The response was a simple "yes" that improvements have been done. 3. JACUZZI or Bathtub???? Massaging water jets were faulty so I was just sitting in the tub. It was a bathtub not jacuzzi. 4. Oily towels 5. I had to top up rm20(2pax) for oil and rm36(2pax) for black tea Jacuzzi and the water was purple in colour. I couldn't smell any tea, did you guys add any colouring to the water? 6. Pls give towel for customers to cover their bodies to walk to the Jacuzzi room. The masseur convinced us that no one was around and one guy in the next room saw me when the masseur accidentally pulled the curtain.🙄 7. I paid rm188+56 for tea, 5mins footbath,30mins massage,5mins scrub,30mins in faulty jacuzzi=1hr 10mins. They calculate everything as 2 hours cause you need to shower😂 Waste of time. Thanks

I read a lot of scams on the Internet and asked for a cancellation and refund, but they ignored us and gave us no explanation at all😞😞 Please don’t go there again.

Overall experience was not satisfying. My partner didn't receive good massage and felt not worth the price. We paid extra for the oil and green tea and wasn't informed earlier during package booking. The spa order was upside down. Started off with massage, scrub & then spa. But credits to my massager as she did well even the pressure was high. Not recommended to go for couple Spa.

The best massage in KL. I went there with my husband and both of us were perfectly satisfied. Sukhi and Lee were our therapists. We will definitely come again. Money was worth it and we gave them a tip with delight 😍👍🏻👍🏻❤️

Not recommended. The boss and staff communication is too bad. I WhatsApp to reserve 2 pax slot for my friend and I, one male one female. They promise to get us separate room but when I reach there the receptionist inform that because it’s weekend so no empty room for separate. But they already promised and yet she say the person who do the appointment for me don’t know. Then I ask for refund deposit because impossible you want different gender not a couple get massage in a same room (for me). Then the the receptionist ask the boss and both of them keep on arguing to communicate how to settle with loud speaker. Then they settle the problem and we pay the balance. When I ask for receipt/invoice the receptionist say no because I pay half for the deposit through the online method. Not fully amount paid at shop. It’s fine…we went for massage. The room is small and moist. Privacy is too bad. When I changing clothes people can simply pull open the curtain and get things. And my room is near to the toilet everyone pass by the room can see from the curtain. No privacy at all and totally not comfortable. Massage part, the therapist was not professional and it’s very hard and pain. When I say is pain please gentle a little bit but still the same pressure. Not relax at all at this place. 90 mins they did 75 mins only as what I get from the time. And throughout the massage you can feel that the therapist will suddenly disappear dunno go where and didn’t inform.Think twice or triple if you want to go there. My friend and I have a very bad experience here.

    1. Outside doesn't look welcoming. Need some repair and refurbish. 2. The receptionist is sweet. Smiling all the time explaning even thou I'm late and the last couple of the day. We only top up for oil. RM10/person. 3. Greet with warm tea while foot bath-ing. Feels nice. It's jst bath no foot massage. 4. Then was brought to massage room. Change to disposable underwear. Then start massage. The masseurs is nice to chit chat with us, massaging and explaining about my body condition. I really do enjoy the massages and chat. 5. Then walk to the jacuzzi room. We're the last couple so we don't mind walking with jst underwear as it's jst opposite. Then we had shower before getting into the jacuzzi. Shower temperature some issue. Need fixing. 6. Jst soaking in plain water. Pump in jacuzzi is slightly faulty. But we're OK. Jst a nice warm soak after the massage. Jacuzzi will stop operating and we know time is up. 7. Then we had another shower and change to our clothes and that's it. To be honest with the price I paid (RM168/couple) I think not bad. I assume they'll show me black grumpy face because I'm late and the last evening couple. But the people is sweet and nice to talk with. By the way it's my 1st spa experience. So not sure about other places. The -ve side is the whole place feel oily 😂 even for the towel we use after the last shower I can smell the oil. I didn't see our timing as I think the price I'm paying and the service they gave me is enough.

Absolutely loved it!❤️ My first ever massage and once it was over, I wasn't sure how to go back to real life. I was so relaxed and comfortable. Autumn was great and the staff and owner were so friendly. I strongly suggest Chidorri Wellness Spa to anyone looking to escape from reality for a little while! I will definitely be returning!!👍🏻

Always a pampering experience😊🥰👍🏻Chidorri Wellness Spa is a wonderful place to pamper yourself. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully appointed. Details are always on point. The spa services are luxurious. The sauna & massage are both excellent. I've enjoyed every service I've ever received. In addition, the owners are very community minded. They have giving hearts and a beautiful spirit of compassion.♨️🥰😊❤️

The experience is so bad, even if I was given it for free, I would never go there again. The details of the incident are as follows 1. Purchase a package for RM188 (2 hours in total). There is no description at the time of purchase. The package spa is limited to ordinary water and requires an additional fee to choose essential oils (I paid an extra 58 to add "black tea spa" and massage essential oils) 2. Just put water in the hot water foot bath and let yourself soak for 5 minutes, then step on the towel on the floor twice and then go upstairs and enter the massage room (the towel is very dark, as if it is moldy, and the slippers provided are also very dark. The oil is very greasy and disgusting) 3. The massage room is only separated by a curtain. After putting down the disposable underwear, put down the curtain and go out (the curtain was not closed at all, and left with a big gap open) 4. The masseuse’s technique was very casual. During the massage, she told her that the area was painful, but she ignored her and continued to push the same area crazily. (I didn’t relax at all when I got home. When I touched that area, there was still a bruise as if it was black and blue. pain) 5. After the massage, there is a "scrub massage", which is just to apply salt on the whole body (no other "extra" actions, just put it on and apply it all over the body) 6. Let us go to the Jacuzzi Spa room, without providing or giving any chance to get towels, and just let us walk through the corridor in disposable underwear (the underwear is basically see-through... and I am naked in public What difference does it make walking around?) 7. I was asked to wash off the body scrub before entering the spa. I asked if the bathing time was included in the spa time (originally it said 45 minutes when I bought the package, but now I was told it was only 35 minutes). They ignored my question and went again. He told me that I had to clean myself before I could soak in it, and then left (the door was not closed properly again, the spa room door lock and toilet door lock were broken, and there was no sense of security at all) 8. At the end of the time, the employee knocked on the door to remind me. I responded and immediately went to take a shower (it took about 10 minutes to take a shower, but later it turned out that the time actually included showering, dressing, blow-drying my hair, and finally getting in the car, which was just over 2 hours). 9. When I just came out of the shower and was about to get dressed (only wrapped in a towel), the employee knocked on the door again. When I responded, he opened the door directly (a very big one). After I was only wrapped in a towel, I had no idea of closing or closing the small door, and asked us to go out immediately and go to another room to change clothes. I asked to let me put on clothes before going to another room, and she accepted it. I couldn't hear it, and repeated over and over again that I should go to another room immediately. Finally, I emphasized that it only took 5 minutes for me to get dressed and go out immediately before I was willing to leave, but the door was not closed at all! Just turn around and leave! Sister! Did it ever occur to you that I was still wearing nothing but a towel? ! You just opened the door without permission, but you just opened the door wide and left? ! The full conversation after the second knock is below! Employee: (knock on the door) Miss? Me: Yes? Employee: (Open the door directly) Miss, your time has come Me: Hmm.. I haven’t put on my clothes yet. Could you please close the door first? Staff: You can go to another room to change clothes Me: But I’m only wearing a towel now. You can close the door first and I’ll get dressed and go there. Staff: You can go to another room to change clothes Me: I just need a few minutes to put on my clothes and we’ll go out Staff: You can take your clothes and change into another room. Me: I only need 5 minutes to get dressed and go out immediately! Employee: (He turned around and left without closing the door) * I can understand that I am worried that some customers will stay in the room and refuse to come out, but please identify the situation carefully! I just need a few minutes to "get dressed"! *As for the time, it lasted 2 hours. At first I thought I had exceeded the time limit and that was why I was being "driven out", but it turned out that after I finished organizing everything (getting dressed, drying my hair, picking up bags and personal belongings) After getting on the bus, I realized that the time was just 2 hours! What are you rushing for?
