The
experience
is
so
bad,
even
if
I
was
given
it
for
free,
I
would
never
go
there
again.
The
details
of
the
incident
are
as
follows
1.
Purchase
a
package
for
RM188
(2
hours
in
total).
There
is
no
description
at
the
time
of
purchase.
The
package
spa
is
limited
to
ordinary
water
and
requires
an
additional
fee
to
choose
essential
oils
(I
paid
an
extra
58
to
add
"black
tea
spa"
and
massage
essential
oils)
2.
Just
put
water
in
the
hot
water
foot
bath
and
let
yourself
soak
for
5
minutes,
then
step
on
the
towel
on
the
floor
twice
and
then
go
upstairs
and
enter
the
massage
room
(the
towel
is
very
dark,
as
if
it
is
moldy,
and
the
slippers
provided
are
also
very
dark.
The
oil
is
very
greasy
and
disgusting)
3.
The
massage
room
is
only
separated
by
a
curtain.
After
putting
down
the
disposable
underwear,
put
down
the
curtain
and
go
out
(the
curtain
was
not
closed
at
all,
and
left
with
a
big
gap
open)
4.
The
masseuse’s
technique
was
very
casual.
During
the
massage,
she
told
her
that
the
area
was
painful,
but
she
ignored
her
and
continued
to
push
the
same
area
crazily.
(I
didn’t
relax
at
all
when
I
got
home.
When
I
touched
that
area,
there
was
still
a
bruise
as
if
it
was
black
and
blue.
pain)
5.
After
the
massage,
there
is
a
"scrub
massage",
which
is
just
to
apply
salt
on
the
whole
body
(no
other
"extra"
actions,
just
put
it
on
and
apply
it
all
over
the
body)
6.
Let
us
go
to
the
Jacuzzi
Spa
room,
without
providing
or
giving
any
chance
to
get
towels,
and
just
let
us
walk
through
the
corridor
in
disposable
underwear
(the
underwear
is
basically
see-through...
and
I
am
naked
in
public
What
difference
does
it
make
walking
around?)
7.
I
was
asked
to
wash
off
the
body
scrub
before
entering
the
spa.
I
asked
if
the
bathing
time
was
included
in
the
spa
time
(originally
it
said
45
minutes
when
I
bought
the
package,
but
now
I
was
told
it
was
only
35
minutes).
They
ignored
my
question
and
went
again.
He
told
me
that
I
had
to
clean
myself
before
I
could
soak
in
it,
and
then
left
(the
door
was
not
closed
properly
again,
the
spa
room
door
lock
and
toilet
door
lock
were
broken,
and
there
was
no
sense
of
security
at
all)
8.
At
the
end
of
the
time,
the
employee
knocked
on
the
door
to
remind
me.
I
responded
and
immediately
went
to
take
a
shower
(it
took
about
10
minutes
to
take
a
shower,
but
later
it
turned
out
that
the
time
actually
included
showering,
dressing,
blow-drying
my
hair,
and
finally
getting
in
the
car,
which
was
just
over
2
hours).
9.
When
I
just
came
out
of
the
shower
and
was
about
to
get
dressed
(only
wrapped
in
a
towel),
the
employee
knocked
on
the
door
again.
When
I
responded,
he
opened
the
door
directly
(a
very
big
one).
After
I
was
only
wrapped
in
a
towel,
I
had
no
idea
of
closing
or
closing
the
small
door,
and
asked
us
to
go
out
immediately
and
go
to
another
room
to
change
clothes.
I
asked
to
let
me
put
on
clothes
before
going
to
another
room,
and
she
accepted
it.
I
couldn't
hear
it,
and
repeated
over
and
over
again
that
I
should
go
to
another
room
immediately.
Finally,
I
emphasized
that
it
only
took
5
minutes
for
me
to
get
dressed
and
go
out
immediately
before
I
was
willing
to
leave,
but
the
door
was
not
closed
at
all!
Just
turn
around
and
leave!
Sister!
Did
it
ever
occur
to
you
that
I
was
still
wearing
nothing
but
a
towel?
!
You
just
opened
the
door
without
permission,
but
you
just
opened
the
door
wide
and
left?
!
The
full
conversation
after
the
second
knock
is
below!
Employee:
(knock
on
the
door)
Miss?
Me:
Yes?
Employee:
(Open
the
door
directly)
Miss,
your
time
has
come
Me:
Hmm..
I
haven’t
put
on
my
clothes
yet.
Could
you
please
close
the
door
first?
Staff:
You
can
go
to
another
room
to
change
clothes
Me:
But
I’m
only
wearing
a
towel
now.
You
can
close
the
door
first
and
I’ll
get
dressed
and
go
there.
Staff:
You
can
go
to
another
room
to
change
clothes
Me:
I
just
need
a
few
minutes
to
put
on
my
clothes
and
we’ll
go
out
Staff:
You
can
take
your
clothes
and
change
into
another
room.
Me:
I
only
need
5
minutes
to
get
dressed
and
go
out
immediately!
Employee:
(He
turned
around
and
left
without
closing
the
door)
*
I
can
understand
that
I
am
worried
that
some
customers
will
stay
in
the
room
and
refuse
to
come
out,
but
please
identify
the
situation
carefully!
I
just
need
a
few
minutes
to
"get
dressed"!
*As
for
the
time,
it
lasted
2
hours.
At
first
I
thought
I
had
exceeded
the
time
limit
and
that
was
why
I
was
being
"driven
out",
but
it
turned
out
that
after
I
finished
organizing
everything
(getting
dressed,
drying
my
hair,
picking
up
bags
and
personal
belongings)
After
getting
on
the
bus,
I
realized
that
the
time
was
just
2
hours!
What
are
you
rushing
for?
