Lovely place to work out of, and bonus is that it opens early! Their keto breakfast is lovely --enjoyed that every dish has such interesting flavours, from miso mushrooms to their homemade chicken patty. Tried thr buckwheat pancake - very beautifully made but a bit too sweet for my liking and a bit dry -- but I think at least there's an option for a gluten free pancake here. Staff is super friendly and helpful

They serve clean food, very healthy options. I like their pumpkin soup, very thick and creamy. As clean food too clean for me...so I went for their garlic fried rice. A bit dry for me pairing with grilled salmon. They open very early for breakfast - as early as 7.30am. Serve great coffee too.

Great place to have a healthy meal. Ambience is good. A good variety of choices (attached menu as of 8 July). Ordered two items - Radiant Buckwheat Soba with Grilled Saba and Salad with Grilled Saba. Taste wise is good & fresh. Overall, grilled saba was done perfectly for me, no fishy smell. For the Soba, portion is slightly small for me (personal) but still satisfactory. They missed out the tomato but helped replace shortly. For the Salad, greens abit little for a salad. The grilled pumpkin was surprisingly cold too. Though, overall still okay with the salad.

If you want healthy, organic and unique food, Seeds origins is the place to go! Love the buckwheat pilaf with salmon steak! So generous!

What a gem with great menu offering hearty and healthy meals! Menu offering is amazing and wish I had a bigger stomach to try everything! Garlic fried rice with tofu was yums! Friend ordered avo on toast with eggs on sourdough. You can also order organic chicken rice from next door too (same owner)! Drinks were decent - liked the Hainanese ice teh! Some pastries and cakes on offering but had no more space with our mains that were fairly big portions. Oh and was a nice day with a band playing that Saturday too! I would certainly come back again especially if I’m in the neighborhood!

I would say this is best cafe for breakfast & lunch in Petaling Jaya! I like their healthy food menus & salad. Beautiful interior & comfortable environment. Highly Recommended!!!

Cosy ambience with friendly and helpful staff 😊The mushroom soup is hearty, thick and healthy. I tried the Radiant buckwheat pilaf rice with saba (mackerel) and enjoyed it very much. Love the macho latte (green tea and choc) and this is my new fave drink! Will come back to try more dishes!

Seeds Origin at Plaza33 is a must-visit breakfast spot. I had the pleasure of dining there on a Saturday, and I was blown away by the delicious food and inviting ambiance. Updated 12Oct: The recent few visits was a let down as they have consistently disabled the "Build your own salad" menu. Used to be my favourite place for lunch but had to opt for others due to diet preferences. I hope this will resume for me to enjoy food here again. Earlier Review: Wonderful place for working crowd if you need some clean food that fits different diet options. Tastes are good, slightly salty on the meat options, and slightly oily for the buttered sourdough. I'll probably request for separate butter the next round to reduce the jelak feeling. Love the versatility of the menu, would be better if add on options are available. Coffee is good too, love the vibe here and will return for sure!

Tried the wrap and it is unbelievably good. First, it looks good, then the smell and finally the bite/taste is superb. Loves the fried rice too. At this price point, great value. Will visit on my next trip to PJ.

Service was really good despite the language barrier. Can see the staff trying really hard. The Mocha was very good. Unfortunately the Kouign Amman was terribly chewy and the Almond Croissant was also not flaky nor fluffy. But still... thumbs up for the staff.

This is the place for quality food and drinks! They use beacon chicken (quality feed chicken, antibiotic free of course!) and I find the food just like my own home prep food. Giving a 4 stars for the food this round is because the chicken is cooked a bit too dry. The mushroom soup is thick and flavourful. Finished up every drop of it. The staffs are always smiling and attentive. I came here while waiting/working for the car service to be completed. Hence, I had my breakfast and lunch here. This will definately the place I will go to again when I am in this area!

We had middle Eastern food. It was fabulous 👌. Lots of deserts with banana honey milk and tangy lemon mix for drinks. Love it 😀 😍

First time and will definitely come back. Serves excellent coffee, healthy tasty menu and pasteries. Beautiful ambience to just chill and relax while enjoying a sumptuous meal 💖 Its truly a place "where wellness begins"
