Centralized location with ample car park to host kid parties and event. Prices are fair and the host is informative to the customers. Only issue would be the fact that non-jumpers or parents are charged RM10 just to wait for their children in the jump area. There is an option to wait outside for those that do not wish to pay but that does not make much sense if you have younger children below the age of 7 who needs supervision.

A nice place for kids to sweat out. It has different courts for different activities. The place is clean and well maintained. Zipline that opens only 40 mins in each session is a must try for the kids. RM 42 for each 2 hour session.

I use to work here in 2014. It's pretty much the same except for some small things they added and change due to covid. They open everyday 10am-6pm. Rm45 for 2 hours. The good thing about the place is.. it's a fun place during ur first few times. U can sweat alot there. Try some flips at the airbags. Great people to work with. There are party rooms to hold events. Cafe to have a drink or snack and seating area to wait for ur kids. The bad thing about it.. It can feel very stuffy and hot there. There is no aircond. Just fan and open air. The foam Pitt is no longer foam cubes, it's airbags for hygiene reasons, the high performance trampolines got dirty over the years and generally I feel the place has not been maintained well. I can only assume from a business perspective that it's not worth spending the money to maintain when business has slowed down over the years. And 1 last thing from a photographer point of view, the black ceiling at the party room. If u know, u know.

Went to Jump street today. Its good they do have promotion now Rm56 per person with free 1 person. But i think to charge person rm22 who is not playing(just sit there) is not fair. Because the person only sits and watch. Unless you come out with free food or complimentary drinks. The facilities are quite nice and the staff is friendly. But please revise your price mentioned above. Thank you

We had a birthday celebration here today and it was amazing. Our play instructor, Nafisa and Syahmi were very engaging and the kids love them. My daughter, the birthday girl received a lot of attention and she was happy for it. The food serving could be better but we understand the limitation due to pandemic. All in all, recommended for a fun family activity.

A lovely place to spend quality time with friends or family. Has a wide space for people to spend time jumping around the trampoline area, playing football, dodgeball and basketball. The place also has a cafe for people to have a quick bite and drink. Toilets are also available.

Large airy place with 7 main sections of trampoline areas & 3 gigantic fans keep the place breezy. Cost RM28 per hour (during weekends) but if you buy 2 hours it becomes unlimited so unless you are short of time go for unlimited. Children can easily spend 2 to 3 hours jumping around. Food cost around rm10 to rm18 with good portion and surprisingly tasty, carbonated drinks are rm4 per small bottle but there are 2 water fountains for free. Ample carpark during the weekend since they share the lot with a corporate office

Great place to Jump around and sweat it out with lots of fun. Staffs are friendly and they will guide you to do back flips and front flips if you are adventurous. Kids will love it so will the adults. Note that accompanying adults will still need to pay even if they don't wish play/participate, I feel it's fair as the time slots are limited and the occupancy should not exceed 50%.

Staff were rude and shouted at kids including mine. They came to tell me off and when I asked what were the issues need to be addressed, they scoffed me off and tell me they won't be responsible if anything happened. I was just trying to understand and work with them on what was the problems. Also the way they treated kids and shouted at them especially young toddlers. Unacceptable. For the amount of money paid and the treatment received, this place is the worst place for so called kids friendly place. Never coming here again

Good place to take the kids for exercise...for the older "kids" also..as long as you don't mind the aches and pains for the next few days!!.. limited parking but restricted numbers for entry mean that there should never be too much overcrowding on each hourly session...currently doing an unlimited time package for paying 2 sessions..worth a visit!

First time came to here with kids. We joined the Marikh program. Kids love to jump and play at here. You can keep your things at locker if needed. Very big area. Near to Jaya One. Got mini karaoke booth there. Cafe or meeting room provided. Can play basketball by jumping the trampoline. Can organize birthday party here as well. You can refill water at water dispenser. Different day got different deal for the charges. Must wear their jumping socks to prevent slippery. Overall satisfied just the food so so.

Not reasonable to those guardians who want to eye on their kids especially disabled kids. Was told to pay for nothing or else go to free playground if you do not have money. Very insulting and humiliating.

Haven't been here in years and had a pleasant surprise. It's kept well during lockdown and added some new things like the flying fox. Hygiene use good, but most staffs not wearing masks which not so nice la, since they are the role models for others to follow. Buy ticket online sales you 18 percent. I bought on the spot, and used it immediately. So .. why not right..

Really interesting indoor trampoline place with lots of other amusement such as table-tennis, a paid claw machine, mini putting greens, foosball, a bouncy castle and even an indoor flying fox. 5 to 6 multiple large trampoline areas, one of which caters to kids under 110cm tall. There are 2 mesh-up trampoline spaces with basketball hoops and football. Then there's one trampoline place where you have to velcro suit and splat yourself on the wall. Ice cream and beverages served. Book online or turn up during each 2 hourly session. Paremts pay a small fee to accompany kids into the jump areas or pay the full price to jump around too. Hey it's super fun. Jumpers need grip socks which they sell onsite too. Really cool experience - ask your kids after the event. It's was good to jump around as an adult. Felt a bit like a superhero without wings. Lol.

You can release all your energy and become sweat at this place. Kids will love it so much. They have normal trampoline, high performance trampoline, few games, dodgeball court and big playground. There is Zipline activity (some sort like of flying fox) in a few session i.e. 11am-11.30am and etc. Forgot to take photos on the time session. There is also drinks n fingerfood selled at the counter. But please take note that fingerfood i.e. nugget, fries and springroll only sold during weekend & public holidays. Drinks have few type of coffees, mineral water & 100 plus. Advisable to book online in advance before coming to the centre in order to avoid disappointment if the session fully book. Online price is cheaper than walk-in rate. RM45 instead of RM60. Can book via Klook or Jumpstreet website.

Bersih tak kotor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We come early for our 4.30pm slot, but they allow us to enter early. They clean the place between the session. They have a zip line here. We came during Halloween day, and they had a performance and gave candy to the kids. Ice latte is nice and RM9 only. The grip socks cost RM6, need to buy them, or you may injure your ankle at the trampoline area if you don't wear it. Dedicated staff and watching kids play at the whole park, so it is safe. You should buy the tickets from Klook.

Looks like a good place to have fun, especially for kids. Must admit I am a bit too old for this. We came in a one sunny afternoon, and the venue is very warm indeed, noticed that insulated cladding has been installed on the roof, and giant fan is working hard, perhaps something needs to be done on roof ventilation.

Quite fun for 1st timer. But I think it just lack of activity and also can be seen that the trampoline equipment is aging and need some attention/improvement. Drinking water available at RM3 and 100Plus at RM4. There are a discount if you buy more...

Amazing place with good facilities, amazing coaches. Learned my backflip here in 1 hour before pandemic in my 30s without gymnastic background. Came back again after pandemic to learn the basics again. They have great syllabus for beginners, very easy to learn, step by step. As a swim coach, I believe this is the place I'd endorse as it also involves solving our fear, learn new skills & get fit. They have the right trainers here.

We had lots of fun. We went as a family. Fun work out too. Jumping fun with both kids and adults. They start off with a simple lesson for everyone. Then you get time to explore the different activities. Not necessarily jumping. There is a place for sitting and tables if you dont wanna jump, RM10 for that. No airconditiong but plenty of big fans to cool down.

A fantastic place to let your kids release all their energy. The staff were super friendly, and taught us some skills on the trampoline. Socks are required when entering, and inside is quite hot so I donโ€™t recommend wearing long sleeves and pants. The toilet is very clean, and there are snacks and drinks inside.

Nice play for the kid to play. They had lots of fun. However as a dad waiting, I couldn't get a coffee (5pm was too late). There were no plug to connect my laptop to work as my kids were playing. Can be improved.

Since this place is not air-conditioned, go in the morning session. Towards the evening, it's scorching hot inside. You get tired within the first 15 minutes due to the heat. The staff here is very attentive and very helpful. Lots of trampoline options are available. Overall a good experience. Tickets are cheaper when you buy online in advance.

We decided to host a birthday party here and it was definitely a great choice for the kids! We took the 3 hours play time option, but in the end it was still wasnโ€™t enough for the kids. Place is clean and the room assigned to host the birthday party was comfortable with air conditioning. Kids had a blast with all the activities. We also hired a host to facilitate the activities. Our host was Izz and he was extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to guide the kids throughout the play with patience and ensuring that the party goes on without a hitch. And all the kids were aged 9-10, but birthday girlsโ€™ little brother was only 5, but Izz was mindful to include him in every activity they conducted, which we appreciate very much. The food options were acceptable (finger foods) and tasty for the kids. Outside food is allowed (we catered some foods) but subject to a surcharge, but very reasonable considering other similar outlets do not allow this. Things to improve? Perhaps ventilation system, not sure how this can be done but it can be pretty hot from afternoon onwards. Overall we received fantastic service from the team and kids/parents who attended were also very pleased.Location wise is also very convenient, but during peak time parking may be abit overcrowded.

Kids had a great time, including me. They changed the setup from last time I was there as the foam put has been replaced by a kids bouncy castle adventure. Probably better for small kids but mine preferred the original. Being cashless was a bit of a pain for buying water etc as a tourist.

Entrance fee is Rm28 per hour. One hour is enough for a good workout and cardio for sure. I was pretty much dead at the 30min mark. There are couple of sections in this place. First there is a training area where they teach you the rules and basics of jumping and landing properly on a trampoline. Then there is a small futsal court and a kids playground beside it. If you're bringing a group of 6-10, there's a dodgeball area where you can throw the ball and jump around. Definitely worth it. In the first round, you might get tired ?? from all the jumping. There is a high performance jumping arena where the trampolines are much tighter and stronger allowing you to jump at the higher height. And you can climb on walls (like in Step Up Revolution). Very cool. All round it's a pretty cool place to have a good workout, activating all your muscles and working out muscles you never knew existed??

kids especially will love this place but it caters for adults too. there instructor available for newbies plus you can have birthday parties. no outside food allowed.

  • 2/5 Jeffrey G. 4 years ago on Google
Just a place to jump around. If you're bringing young kids and want to keep an eye on them they will charge you ringgit5 just to go in to watch them. They claim they have staff supervising them but on most occasions the staff are busy for their own things. It's pure profiteering. Take young kids there at your own risk.

  • 4/5 Chia 4 years ago on Google
The place is pretty great overall. There are different sections for visitors to perform different sort of jumping activities. It's also a bit hot as there's no ac. The rates are actually quite expensive, and you need to buy the grip socks and drinks separately. There's also no instructors around to teach some moves or give you tips (maybe because we're all adults), so yeah imo it's an expensive, one-time kind of activity... Not so sure about the hygiene level of the foam pits. I can smell saliva from all sorts of people catapulting themselves into the pit.

A nice place to have fun with friends and family. I thought the place would be bigger but itโ€™s not as what I expected ? some of the facilities are worn out and need replacement such as the foam at the jumping pit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Maybe they need to do more additional activities to make the place more fun and interactive. Itโ€™s so convenient that they have a surau, mini cafe and a lot of chairs and table to lepak.

Came Here to tryout this new experience. The price is RM35 for entrance and the socks, a full 2hours area more than enough. Remember to stretch and play carefully because itโ€™s very dangerous if you donโ€™t know how it works. Overall interesting and nice experience(the instructors are helpful but passive). One time thing for me tho

Nice for the first hour or so. Then becomes a bit repetitious. But for them to not allow caregivers or family and friends in just to take photographs of the kids is not nice. Worse still, toilets are only for customers who paid an entrance fee. Not for parents or others who brought and paid for the children and are waiting for them to finish playing. ๐Ÿ™„

Jump Street - Asia's biggest trampolines parks and nice place to sweat kids and adults for Jumping activity. The activity involves jumping, dodge ball, slack, basketball, high jump and cage. Free car parking is available @ jumpstreet but limited. However on weekends Bosch parking area can be used as an alternative which is free as well. For the safety jump crew available on each court. Locker is available with the hourly charged as well a restaurant is available for buying snacks and food items.

Had a great time jumping with my kids during emco period, the place follow sop to ensure safety and health of customers. The parking is free, each session is 2 hours, currently having promotion at limited time RM35 per session (2hrs) the opening hours wed-sunday 10am-6:30pm. Remember to bring your own socks if you have a pair. If not will have to buy at the counter before entering. In conjunction with government's safety measures and hygiene, Jumpstreet limit the number of guest in the centre per session, as a result, to control the crowd, parents/guardians who are not jumping will not be allowed to remain in the centre. Parents/guardians who wish to stay inside the centre with their kids must get a admission ticket. On the day we went , the foam pit was closed for maintainence. Overall we had great time jumping around and playing the activities at the center.

Bought 5 unlimited tickets for RM150 at Matta Fair. Fun place to spend time with your family, having fun jumping around and burning some calories. Manage to join the senamrobik session. There are separate areas for toddlers to play. My son and his cousins had a great time there.

After going to Jump Street today, I am very dissatisfied. At the start they were having fun. Suddenly a group of people came and started occupying every section. While my children were having fun the group came and the staffs chased them out when their playing time 10minutes isn't up yet. My children can only play the basic trampoline section not the ones they wanted to play. They were very disappointed.

Good place, enjoyable and great place to sweat and relax by jumping and not care of what people think. Wear proper attire as it is a place where you will sweat. I actually liked that it is not air-conditioned coz it is better open space due to covid. Love love the zipline. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. You can approach the jump refs if you want to learn any tricks. Also they are all good looking, easy on the eyes. Hahaha. So you can kill two birds with one stone. Exercise while cuci mata. Hahaha.

We are very disappointed and upset while playing in Jump Street. The children are not happy and enjoy today activity at all because whn the childrens playing happily at the moment not event 3minutes and the staff chase thm out because of the group of event want to enter. I noticed there was a group playing at a section. They started going to other sections and whatever section they go the children were forced to stay away.In this case dont accept outsider whn you have a large group event. DISAPPOINTED!

Spend 2 hours here....there's a lot activities can done like jumping and slam dunk, futsal, flying fox and more. Crew also friendly thought you right way to do something. Toilet very clean. Surau available. Recommended. Signboard for this place a bit small, extra careful when arrive. They shared same gate with bosch.

Inside the hall is so hot. Kidโ€™s running with red face. Make sure you carry towels and extra clothes

The direction from google map/Waze leads you to long entrance from the Mai road, so pay attention to the sign board before turning in. The place was okay, but the condition is getting worse compare first visit, perhaps to refurbish a little bit. If you have time, you should consider to buy online which save quite a bit compare to buy from counter.

Lots of fun, great staff that enjoys engaging in the fun with you ๐Ÿ˜Š A bit on the expensive side and it would have been better if they were open later.

Polite and friendly staffs. The place is clean and welled maintained. Jump staffs are quite thorough. They briefed my children the safety do and don't. They are always there keeping an eyes on them. The place is quite well ventilated. The ticket comes with 1 free drink. By the way they go by session time slot. 1st slot is 10 am to 12. So go on time so you do not lose out.

I really enjoy coming to Jump Street because it's a fun place with a variety of trampolines. And it was truly awesome to watch workers jump. Also, there is a staff member name Malik who provides excellent service. I really appreciate your services!
