Whoever design this apartment interiorly must be joking. First unnecesary stairs inside which can be hazard to anyone with young kids, balcony having a loop space at bottom which if u living 1st level anyone working on the ground can see u and u can see them while u resting inside your house. 1st room doesnt have proper air evacuation the window is inside the house, the toilet also, window is inside the house, talking abt healthy air here. There alot of unnecessary windows which shouldnt have but do have and and dont understand why, bathroom shared with toilet which is ok but the space between ceiling and floor is too narrow 😖 if you a tall person u got to bend a little. The tank is take some space up there in ceiling area. Sometimes thinking what would happen if the tank fall onto you while u took shower because too near with your head. I dont want to mentioned abt parking or management because its typical here. Just the design i wonder how is this building approved the standardization. The price is not even lowcost probably bcause the strategic location however the frustration with the design make u wonder.

A convenient place to stay though. Shops and eateries within walking distance. There seems to be no end to the car park dispute. Apartments owners could not agree to the rental price quoted by car park owner...boy. Car park owner placed thick and heavy concrete pipe in strategic spots to prevent apartment owners from parking their vehicles..walao eh.

The biggest dilemma is the PARKING. The entire PARKING area belongs to another owner. It does NOT belong to the residents! Owner charges you for parking everyday even if you are a resident here. This is the first time I see an apartment in Malaysia where the residents have to pay for Parking everyday! AMAZING. Location is good though. Near all amenities. Many places to eat too. However, the PARKING problem wont be solved even after decades of protest from the residents.

Weird interior built. Inside apartment another two step up level, Why? Another weird is within whole apartment areas, parking belongs to non of the apartments owner! No lift facilities, inconvenience for delivery big and heavy items, some more narrow staircase bring extra difficulty to move big items like wardrobes and mattresses. King Size mattresses is not allowed because conditions to bring up is nearly impossible. If you don't believe you and try.

Sea park apartment is located at a very convenient area. The apartment is minimum 1000 sqf with balcony, its spacious and the rental is reasonable. Amenities is within walking distance. There is a LRT bus stand to paramount lrt station. There are banks, 99 speedmart, kkmart, kfc, BurgerLab, Guardian & Caring pharmacy, wet market, shell station, Hailam Kopitiam, Klinik, Nasi Lemak Bumbung & various others eating stores. All though the apartment is 30plus years old but it's still sought after for rental and sales.

A cosy, hidden property in Sea Park area. Average security detail. Poor maintenance especially the roads in the property. Walk up apartment. Insufficient parking, as with all old constructions

Used to stay here for 5 years. Was a nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. But due to the dispute between the developer and owners, quite a mess nowadays.

avoid buying this place. carpark owned by private individual. Both owner of apartment and carpark are engaging in never ending legal battle
