Had lunch with BFF at Ground Coffee Uptown. It was a lovely place tucked away in Damansara Utama,PJ. We had Smoked duck salad that was lush and Meitaiko Salmon bowl. It was delish and filled us up. Coffee with oat milk thereafter. Recommended place for the quality of food and the coffee was really good especially with oat milk.

This place has the best breakfast dishes in the country. Every portion was big. Matcha latte was good, a little bit sweet - I liked it in this way

Located in a quiet “lorong” nearby uptown. Easy to find a parking along the road (probably due to Ramadan month). Visited on a Saturday noon and the place was half full but still considered chill and quiet which we liked the ambience. Coffee and pastries are very good. They have a less milk latte alternative which is called “Magic” on their menu which perfectly suits people like me that likes their white less milky and stronger coffee 👍🏻 croissant is flaky and buttery.

Had an iced oat latte which was good and strong and not just milky - managed to get parking even on a Sunday. Enjoyed my drink with a kouign amann (this was a little on the hard side, couldn’t quite cut through them easily but still can’t go wrong with one of these ) - will probably be back if I need to work in a cafe. However, I didn’t see any plug points . Perhaps not encouraged to plant myself here and work ! I’ll be back to try the other things on the menu.

Flat white was flavorful Dirty quite similar but texture seems a little creamier and the taste is bold. Pain au chocolat was very nice, the layers gives a very nice crunch and the chocolate provides a hint of sweetness. Burnt cheese cruffin is very satisfying to cut, the layers are crunchy too. The cheese give it a bit more weight and substance.

I had ordered the big breakfast, and the dish tastes amazing. Like the sauteed mushroom so much. The portion is big for me, and the environment is pleasant to stay longer. Will revisit them again.

First visit to this rustic minimalist design cafe. Coffee are served either black, white chosen or hand brew. For white coffee chosen Magic coffee served less milk. There are 2 variations premium chocolate either Curious 68% Melaka or Dreamy 72% India. Chosen Curious out of curiosity! It was a good choice chocolate taste. Almond croissant buttery is flaky, smooth texture egg tarts are sold in a set of two. Definitely will be back for other pastries.

The coffee is nice. The food was beyond expectations, my 13 yrs old and I enjoyed our brunch very much. The atmosphere is comfy, not spacious but good enough for a quiet breakfast. Bakery seems good too but too full never try.
