Delighted to find a old style kopitiam in Kota Damansara serving Hainanese chicken chop. One gripe I had is the milk tea which if ordered had to be specific if your yearning is for traditional Hainanese style (more tea)... this instance it was off... either wrong tea leaves or too much milk (latte-ish). Otherwise, the food here is great.

It is new shop just open recently. Overall still above average. Friendly staff. Business owner did random table touch and ask for review. This was seldom happen in Chinese restaurant. Good practice for improvement. Had personally give some food comment to the business owner and business owner had take immediate action inform to kitchen. The restaurant is clean. Decorate with Nyonya/batik and create 80/90’s feel.

June 2023 Malaysian fare with a twist. Not your usual "standard" fare which it an interesting visit Nasi Lemak with dry pork curry? Yes Nasi Lemak with Signature Pork (similar to English pork roast)? Yes Dry Porridge with roast pork? Yes (The other place that this can be found is in Klang) They even have their version of the bulletproof coffee (black coffee with slab of butter). Definitely will return to try the other stuff on the menu!

What a gem of a place. Delicious food, huge portions with affordable pricing. Service is prompt and friendly. All the hallmarks of a good makan place. Can't wait to head back there and try the other items on the menu. Date: 6/11/23 They seem to have changed the way they prepare the pork chop. It's more towards kfc styled. The batter is light and crunchy and cooked well. But I do somehow prefer how they did it previously.

Checked google rating was good but it didnt turned out so good for me Nasi Lemak Ayam Rempah so disappointing - fried chicken is cold and not crispy, i got mine a bit slightly not fully cooked, flesh inside red color. The other nasi lemak with Pork Roll is also disapponting - not crispy as well and kinda bland Drinks even worst - Both is tasteless Only good thing was the service

Good dishes for your appetites. Their chef choices are the greatest selection to try out. You will return to taste other delicious dishes in the menu.

Got the big curry laksa and pork curry nasi lemak. Their sambal is very delicious and the portion is super generous, very worth the price tag. Their hor ka sai was good as well.

Tried the curry pork nasi lemak, not bad 4 out of 5. The curry pork is flavourful and tender. Another will be the butter coffee. One of my favourite traditional drinks which not easily available. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Food quality can be improved especially those deep fried meat like siew yoke or chicken over cooked but skin not crispy. Rendang chicken also too sweet. But, good customer service and cozy ambiance.

The curry noodle is nice and big portion, nasi lemak just so so.The toast bread also nice.
