We came here with our whole family for our lunch. The TH cafe is just inside the TH hotel. This hotel is meant for a facility for the people who are going for haj pilgrimage years ago. Now the haj operations has moved to Sepang KLIA. Now many people can also make use of the TH facilities and their hotel. Parking is large around the complex. There is a big hall inside for events or wedding. A mosque is also available next to the hotel. The hall of the hotel normally caters for big events and gathering. The place is quite peaceful and less noisy. Crew service is a bit slow but helpful.

Its a sub-urban hotel located in a residential area of Kelana Jaya/Dataran Glomac and managed by the Tabung Haji, with Tabung Haji, in its compound. Its not a 5-star or 4-star by the looks of it, but definitely not a 3-star either. Let's categorised it by 3-star plus, in view of its size. As usual, this type of hotel, usually purpose built for events by local governments. Hence, it has its own restaurant/cafe serving local cuisines.

Very unsatisfied with their service! We booked a hall for training purpose up to 8 days 1. LACK OF FOOD VARIETY (The food is nice but the menu for everyday was almost the same, repetitive menu, can you imagine to have fried noodle every morning and in the afternoon for the whole 8 days?!) 2. OLD, DIRTY, SMELLY, WET RESTROOM. The sanitary bin was filled with rubbish since day 1 of our training. The management claimed that they have clean the restroom everyday but not the sanitary bin??? 3. SMELLY HALL. The carpet of the hall was so smelly although the management claimed that they have washed the carpet before the training. 4. DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT. As there are few days that the hall was rent for other company during the training, the management never helped to arrange back the furniture settings that we requested, only do it after complaints. Furthermore, it can be clearly seen that the decoration, arrangement of other company requested was so much different from ours, their chairs were properly wrapped with ribbon BUT OURS DON'T; they have a beautiful portable stage BUT OURS DON'T, they have a nice, organized and fancy catering settings BUT OURS DON'T !!

We attended the wedding reception of the daughter of our neighbors, Hasni and Norliah...The function was such a joyful ocassion for the family members, even though it was moderately organized. Whats most important was everybody was happy, especially the radiant bride and handsome groom...

used to be the main center for the Haji pilgrimage but the old hostel rooms were upgraded to be hotel rooms. usually used by government agencies or organizations as meetings/training venues. there is a small cafe on the ground floor. plenty of parking here

Helpful staff and clean. Spacious parking and attached to the mosque. Very convenient. Downside of this place, food serve at cafe is quite expensive and take more than 30 minutes to cook my Chinese Fried Rice. Hotel operator should improve the service because this hotel got potential to become local favourite.

Satisfied with my short staycation at the lowest room rate. The room is clean, comfortable and complete with useful things (sewing kit, iron and board, toiletries etc.). There's bathtub too. The air-condition works well and cold enough

The hotel is actually a facility for the people who are going for haj pilgrimage. But other people can also make use the facilities. A big hall, a surau is also available. The hall can be used for a big gathering. The place is quite peaceful and less noisy.

It is a basic hotel accommodation for hajj & umrah pilgrims year in year out. There is also a mosque beside it for convenience of pilgrims and visitors alike.

The TH is very much cosy and convenient.... ample parking space, clean toilet and importantly mosque just a few steps next door... a very muslim friendly

The room is a bit old-fashioned but the food is good! Staff members are very polite.

It was clean and tidy in a good location at Kelana Jaya. The hotel is not so new and with all the amenities except a pool. The hotel is longer away from the local hawkers stall or restaurant. You have to book your grab taxi in order to reach any destination.

Good place. Good staff. Pricing for everything was abit higher than what they could provide but acceptable. The hall aircond was somehow warm not only once but many times I been here before. Only the other hall which is used for weddings and other stuff well maintained

This Hotel provides a spacious parking area. The cafe also provides good comfort food. Here in the picture, the Iced Nescafe (Coffee) is RM 5.50 and the Chicken Mushroom Pie is RM 6.00. The price is really reasonable. Thursday, 16th November 2023.

Need to improve more one servicesand hospitality. Really lack of it. Your furnitures, beds must go! Need to change coz it's very old and worn out. You really need to improve or else give to other operator to manage..

Breakfast so many choices and taste really good.. But room looks like haunted house, very old school .. Size room quite big.. Btw still comfortable for me
