Upon arrival, need to queue about 5 min waiting time to be seated. The manager, Rafael is pretty helpful, fast and attentive. He took our order in advance when we were queuing and prepare the soup at the table before we were told to come inside. This Suki-Ya branch is good, clean and conducive. Unlike some other Suki-Ya branch which has sticky tables, and dirty floor with lots of flies

In term of food was so great, price so reasonable and variety choice. But I advise for those who want to come, make sure come early and prepare to wait for the long q..we wait for dine in around 20-30minutes before we can go in and dine..other than that was great..

Japanese fast food.... quite nice, not bad for the prices offered. Love their onsen eggs and thick miso soup

Good customer service as most of them are very friendly even towards newbies that has no experience in what to eat , my partner just said "were new" and the waiter instantly helped us with what to do and everything. The food is just good but not too good , but maybe that's just my tongue, my partner did say the place could have a much broader range of food as theres really not much. The main choices was goat or cow so choose between those and pick up the side dishes yourselves. Oh and the place is not taking cash for the time being so prepare other ways to pay. The internet kinda slow for me there ( umobile ). The place is clean and they will clean everytime before serving u to a table.

My personal view and review: Again Japanese food.. problems always arise once order the food. What to eat? Does it nice? How does it taste? Cooked? Etc But this is not sushi alike. Don't worry about raw food or medium-cooked food. All here are well prepared cooked food. It is just simple Japanese food, don't expect to have spicy food even thou the menu says so. Do not border on the table sticker that the staff will serve the QR code to order but they are not. During my visit, the system is down and I am awaiting more than 15min until I decided to reach the counters. Damn, wasting my time. 5. Price: A bit pricey for the food that I order. 6. i ordered katsu chicken ramen and hot green tea. my fiancé ordered spicy yakiniku but apparently it’s not spicy but rather more to sweet side. Price-wise it’s standard.

However, we were slightly disappointed by the limited choices on the menu. For someone like me, who prefers a variety of options, the selection felt rather restrictive. The lack of fanciness in the dishes might be suitable for those seeking simplicity, but it did not particularly excite my taste buds. Nevertheless, I must admit that it was worth trying at least once. The overall service was commendable, which is why I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. If you are curious and willing to explore, this restaurant might be worth a visit. However, for those seeking a "must-try" culinary adventure, it might not be the top choice. Nonetheless, our dining experience was enjoyable, and the restaurant's popularity is well-deserved for providing a comfortable and hospitable atmosphere.

It's a Halal HotPot restaurant with variety of food choices. This restaurant is huge and can accommodate a huge amount of customers per seating. The buffet price is definitely reasonable and affordable for the amount of food served. They also served sushi, garlic rice, steam rice, 2 kinds of ice creams, juice and drinking water.

I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant. I've been to a few branches, but I still believe the best branch of Suki-Ya located at this Paradigm Mall. 1. The variation of food is more compared to other outlet I've been at - The food island covering both sides shows varieties of food. 2. Table setting is more - There are long table + Various Family Table (semi-private) + 2 Private rooms (subject to availability). Just let the staff knows which seat you prefer and the if got space, they will surely entertain your request =) 3. The induction cooker hob works well with the hot pot 4. The staff works diligently to clean and serve to ensure those long-queue customer can come in fast. On the staff review, there are many customer facing manager before. For this review, I would like to appreciate MR RAFAEL. I noticed that he always made an effort to say hello to each guest and check in on their experience. His kind demeanour and attention to detail truly made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. It's clear that he take great pride in his work, and his commitment to maintaining a high level of service while also remaining professional is truly commendable. No reservation. We queued for 40minutes to get a place. The chocolate ice cream is the best.

My 1st time trying out their spicy ontama yakiniku don. Taste are balance, recommended to pair it with chicken gyoza and hot green tea. Feels like best combination ever. However would appreciate it better if it is serve hot rather than lukewarm

Food is reasonably good, no ambience. It's just a place to have your meal and go. Service is slow, you need to inform the staff that you are ready to order and then only they bring the QR code out. Hygiene level can be improved. The staff seems like dragging their feet at work and is sour face. They have a delicious green chilli which goes well with donburi.

Came on a weekday night to their buffet all you can eat branch. No waiting line. The staffs were quite considerate and friendly, gave us quite a big and private place to eat. I like that there are so many options of vegetables and meats to choose from, but so sad they do not have grill here. The staffs always come to check if you want to refill soup or order more meat. Ice cream also available here. I would definitely come here second time for the buffet and the nice attitude by staff :)

Don't come here, waste of money. Food is the worst ever. Ebi fry is overfried and look like anchovies, super tiny. Given normal chilli sauce to eat with it??? Spicy yakiniku don tastes sour, nowhere spicy. Ordered chilli, volcano and spicy sauce, none is spicy. All taste like sambal. Aloe Vera Juice also cannot pass, it's just plain water basically.

Atmosphere and ambient there was pretty good deco. Service was also great , but food I think I still prefer the non hala type in Singapore . That my preference. The ice cream usually my favorite when I visit this place in Singapore but however over here a bit different taste and flavor but I think still 👍.

A gathering spot for people to eat and talk. Beef and mutton are my favourite main courses. They have a large assortment of seafood and vegetables. Their noodles and rice for carbohydrates. There's a lot of deepening sauce. This restaurant does not accept reservations in advance. Please be patient while waiting in queue while people eat.

Good place for family and friends gathering, but the only thing I didn’t like about them is there is no BBQ, also no crabs or prawns..

Haven't been here for some time, price increase is understandable but we would prefer ala-carte nowadays which would cost lesser, better food quality, and "eat what we need" instead of "eat all you can". Soup base options are decent, the range of ingredients is quite limited (why no fishballs?) but seafood items are quite fresh.

Always a family favourite! Good selection of vegetables and meat always good quality for price (we always have the lamb and beef). My parents enjoys the clear shabu shabu soup and I enjoy the umami sukiyaki soup. There is always some kind of shellfish to enhance your soup as well. Left the country for 14 months and first eat out was here! ☺️☺️

Honestly the best sukiya amongst all the branch in KL, short queue time, fast & good customer service from staff and most importantly the meat is really good quality compared to the other branches. No grey spots on the beef at all!

My first time makan here. It was okay, good soup. Similar to Seoul garden but the food selection is not as great as Seoul Garden tho. Price mahal sikit, not worth with the food selection
