Great stay. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. I felt appreciated as a Hilton Honors member and was provided all the perks as promised. The breakfast spread was awesome and we enjoyed getting to know the breakfast crew/team during our stay. The executive lounge at breakfast/dinner appetizers had great variety and the staff are constantly attending to us with a big smile. We were reminded on a dress code at the lounge, though I did not see this posted anywhere - so that would have been helpful. Concierge service was great as well. The rooms are a little smaller than expected, but very clean and well equipped. One thing to note that if you are a GOLD member, room upgrades are only the next tier up. I would not have known this if I had not asked before, but their app and the chat function was very helpful, so I was able to change my room accordingly to get the upgrade I wanted. Their chat service was very responsive with their answers.

I recently had a wonderful hotel stay that I'd like to share. The hotel was not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided exceptional service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurant, were top-notch. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Needs improvement in service. No one offered to help with my luggage out of the car when I arrived and departed. When I arrived, the bellboy saw me yet did not come over to help. The check in staff wasn't the most friendly either. The only good thing that made up for my stay was the room upgrade, lounge staff and the breakfast. My suite was huge however the furnishings are starting to look dated. The executive lounge staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet at the ground floor is great with lots of options.

The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. I’m slept very well in this good condition and the warm environment. The whole quarantine period is excellent and the staff there were caring all the guests. The food is nice but not very appetising to me.(depending on people) Due to 14days of quarantine is a long period, So the cleanliness is very important. I will gave 95/100 of the cleanliness because no idea about the water shown like ‘green’ in the bath tub and I found tissue box under the sink. Rather than that, everything is good.

Stayed here during my 14 day quarantine time and really enjoyed the hotel rooms. Nice and big and spacious. The food for breaky, lunch and dinner always were good and the portions enough. Will come back after lock down for a weekend. Need to see the entire hotel again. Thanks to all members and staff for this 14 day quarantine stay.

Short staycation to celebrate a family birthday. Staff were super attentive and nice. Every time I come here I feel so welcomed and warm. I did have an issue with the room this time but was sorted out promptly by the front desk. Pros: Comfortable beds Good and friendly staff Good spread for dinner and breakfast Cons: Rooms are a bit dated since it is really an old hotel. But to be fair, they did maintain the rooms well.

Had the 1-Bedroom Suite with Club Lounge access - room been refurbished, and it's definitely clean and comfortable. Service was courteous and attentive. We had an In-Room Dining ordered initially and requested it to be served later(as our toddler fell asleep), and it was right on the dot 👍 Club Lounge - food selection was alright(on 1 of the days there was soba served.....it was great), but there was no wine/beer/cocktail selection made known. Basement parking - building was of a dated structure, so the parking has no lift access to the lobby.

While the stay itself was pleasant enough, and the service provided during our stay was excellent, the same can't be said regarding the management in charge of reception/front desk and the finance department. I was charged twice for the same reservation. And despite having to remind the front desk at check-in that my reservation had already been paid in full, they again charged my credit card at check-out. After numerous email correspondence and proof of the duplicate charges provided, the duty manager has simply stopped responding to my emails and the finance department has yet to refund the duplicate charges. There have been zero follow-up from management .This is simply unacceptable and unethical. I hope the hotel and GM Mr Bonner will take this matter seriously and resolve this immediately. Thank you.

Very pleasant stay. Clean room and friendly staff. The bathroom is very clean. Requested birthday deco and complimentary birthday cake. Requested early check in not able to fulfill due to full occupancy. But allowed to have late check up at 3pm. Check in and check out are smooth at the executive lounge. Breakfast at the Executive Lounge is a bit limited choices and it can be improve better. Same goes to Evening Aperitif also have limited variety. However, overall stay is 9/10. My second visit after 3 years.

I would like to say that prior to booking with Hilton, my wife had booked the Sheraton across the road for our wedding night. Long story short, Sheraton were absolute nonsense, they couldn't provide us early check in after our wedding and they couldn't even guarantee the normal check in time of 3pm. I found this to be extremely distasteful since it is our wedding day. So we proceeded to inquire at the Hilton since I used to frequent the restaurant there as a child with my late father so I felt they still held a place with me. The Hilton staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was worry free. The room itself was a king suite and we were very happy since there was enough room for the make up artist for my wife to get ready and a completely separate sleeping area. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The guys downstairs immediately helped us with our bags as we got down and took them upstairs to our room. If there was one complain it would be that both my wife and I didn't spend enough time as we had to get to the reception. Special mention to Pratvin/Patvin who was very accommodating to us and we cannot thank the staff enough for our stay. Job well done guys 👏

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel! We returned to Malaysia to visit family and were subject to the 2 week quarantine and Covid-19 regulations. The entire staff made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The food was amazing! The wifi was strong and reliable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Hilton Petaling Jaya will be our first choice the next time we are in KL!

Upon entering the hotel, was greeted almost by every staffs. The pool is 1.5m deep. Room service and housekeeping was great. The room is big too. Big gym and there is a spa to rejuvenate after a long drive.

Conveniently located off highway in Petaling Jaya. Love it’s location. However, the old building is limiting the modernisation of the the hotel. Low ceiling height and dated basement parking just to name a few. Room was comfy and spacious. I did get an upgrade to include a bathtub. View wise, just plain city view. Nothing to shout about.

During arrival, I had 2 rooms booked whereas I have cancelled a room with bathtub way earlier and remained with a normal room. The reception helped to verify and gave us a bathtub room instead (worth more than I have paid). Their room service was really good as they even left a note to have a pleasant day. The have pretty fast free wifi too, and if opt for higher speed for downloads, there's a fee charge for that selection. Their parking wise, it'll charge RM3 per entry for hotel guests, whereas some hotel as I know does not charge a parking fee at all. Overall, its a really nice stay and I would definitely return

We had our family New Year eve dinner at Makan Kitchen. The buffet spread was excellent. Compliments to the F&B team for taking the efforts to make the spread very presentable / yummy to sight. Hats too to the team for making the guests generally (not only us) feel at ease and comfortable.

I stayed here with my family from June 2nd until June 5th, 2023. We had always stayed with Marriott, but they were unable to guarantee connecting rooms for us, which was not surprising as this is kind of standard practice in the industry I guess. However, this was when I started looking elsewhere, and decided to give Hilton PJ a call, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to guarantee connecting rooms for us. Ourkids are at that age where they are too big to share a bed with us but not old enough to stay in their own room. So having connecting rooms is very important to us. When we got to the hotel, I wasn't able to find my way to the basement carpark due to the renovation, but they were more than willing to help us. I temporarily parked my car by the hotel entrance, and they sent a bellboy to help wit our luggage. The bellboy then gave me a very clear instruction/guide on how to get to the basement carpark. Being from an out of town, it is not easy for me to navigate around the area, but the bellboy's instructions were right on the money. I was able to find the carpark in no time. The rooms are spacious, the decor is a bit outdated, but not too bad. If I had one thing to complain about the room, it would be the position of the TV in one of the rooms. It was mounted on the sidewall of where the bed was. You can swivel the TV mount arm to a certain degree, but still it wouldn't be aligned with the bed. It is not a showstopper for us though. Breakfast spread at the lobby was great! The breakfast spread in the lounge was OK, though I wish they could bring a little more food from the lobby = ) Evening cocktails were awesome! Special thanks to Farizal, Chef Badrol, Hafiz, Mustafa, Shaziana, Rohini, Azlina, Teja, Irma, Linda, and Shahrul. Keep up the good work! Lastly, we really like the location. We are not a big fan of staying in the middle of KL, so PJ is perfect for us. We will definitely come back.

Is q a old hotel , now the car park is under construction and the entrance is at the other side of the hotel. A challenging to go to the entrance. The pillow is too soft for us. The service as usual is good.

Unfortunately my stay coincide with a wedding. At least twice around 12.30am and 1.30am there's a crowd making noise just outside my room. Not the hotel's fault but only then you'll notice the room is not soundproof. I am sure there's many other awaken by them. Love their shower amenities from the crabtree & evelyn range. The breakfast is a bit disappointing when you compare with other hotels.

I used to stay here many times, but currently half of hotel is under renovation, whereas my "upgraded" room is look very run down and i can smell old and sour smell at my pillow and towels. The service is look boring and worst than that my friend who is also Hilton Gold member, which is normally will get granted for entry executive lounge at Hilton KL Sentral, but get chased out from the lounge as get told by officer that the lounge is for Diamond and above status only, whereas the lounge is also look very run down. I will not come back again.

Friendly and helpful staff from Reception to Paya Serai Restaurant. Awesome room, comfortable bed, good cleanliness. Easy access to the internet. Due to lobby under renovation. Difficulty for Grab car to pickup and drop off. Send kudos to the receptionist. She is friendly and helpful. Awesome room 1867

I went Hilton PJ for Christmas Christmas Eve dinner. The taste of the food need to improve. Even mushroom soup is tooo salty. And a Christmas Eve dinner in 5 star hotel don’t have turkey. What a jokes! When I call and booking before dinner, they mention have turkey and nice dessert. But ended up the dessert was hard, less choices. Seafood not fresh. And the Parking don’t even have lift. We using staircase walk up to main lobby. I have a stroller and I need to carry a stroller!! Is this the 5 star hotel standard? The parking rate is RM29 for 3 hour plus. They say first hour flat rate rm9 others will be calculate consequence per hour. I don’t mind to pay the parking but is funny the environment so bad in parking and the rate so high?

as of oct/2023, you can see and feel the great efforts they are putting towards refreshing and renovating the hotel into a truly modern place. i enjoyed my stay here very much. suggestion: improve the signboard at the entrance to the hotel driveway (because if you miss it, you have to circle 10min around to come back as the entry is from a one-way main road)

Renovation ongoing (Nov 2023) Rooms are all very sad and worn out - and lots of noice from the street and/or AC. Pool closed .. Area kinda sad. Service very good from all staff. Executive lounge is temporary at ground Floor - really great and friendly service here and a nice selection of drinks and food .. but cold as the North Pole (and not possible to adjust temp in lounge)

I think the only hotel that offers private rooms even for the buffet lunch. Most hotels would only reserve an area for you. Hence there is a lot of privacy and it is very comfortable for bigger groups to have their own room. Food is also good, desserts and kueh not so

IMPORTANT NOTE: This report refers to a stay in November 2023. The hotel is currently being renovated. Most of the public areas have already been renovated. The rooms in the "East Wing", the larger of the two parts of the hotel, are currently being renovated. This is expected to last until mid-2024, after which the rooms in the other wing will probably follow. Please note that our comments on the rooms will no longer be up to date at some point! The hotel is located at a crossroads next to multi-lane, busy roads. Unfortunately, the windows of the rooms are not soundproofed. For this reason, you can hear the traffic noise very strongly in the rooms. Several stores (Seven 11, pharmacy, dry cleaners, exchange office) and restaurants are within walking distance. There are two shopping centers that can be reached on foot in just under 15 minutes. Both are rather simple local malls with stores, pharmacies, restaurants and (in one of them) a supermarket. Two elevated train stations are also a good 10-minute walk away. Other than that, there isn't really much around the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and very attentive to the guest. We felt very welcome. However, there is a lack of polish in the service. It's about little things and not really bad things. At this point, we would like to highlight two members of staff in particular. That would be Arafat from the Executive Lounge. He always went out of his way to make sure we had a good time in the lounge. And Fathima, who was responsible for our room most of the time. She was always available for a quick chat. She always provided us with enough water and towels. But the other colleagues and the colleague from housekeeping also did a really good job. The breakfast was also extensive and good, as was everything else we enjoyed during our stay. But now to the downsides, which ultimately lead us to award only 3*! As already mentioned, the hotel is currently undergoing a thorough refurbishment. The rooms also need it. Everything still works. However, it smelled very musty in our room. It wasn't moldy. But this musty smell was a constant companion, which even permeated our clothes. We even had to change rooms at the very beginning as the musty smell was even stronger in the first room. We therefore assume that this problem affects almost all rooms. Due to our status with Hilton, we had access to the Executive Lounge. This was located in the already renovated part due to the renovation. This temporary solution was really good in terms of space. However, it was so freezing cold in the location that it was impossible to enjoy a stay there. You could see exactly who had been there for a while. You could recognize these guests by their long clothing. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve during our entire stay. The management was aware of the problem, but the company responsible took longer to rectify it. We would have liked to see at least some communication from the management on this matter. But nothing came of it. A more creative solution might also have been possible. For example, the use of part of the lobby. It was also strange that we were told that the pool was closed for renovation. However, we occasionally saw people swimming in it. Would we come back? Yes, maybe. Because in terms of price, the hotel was a good deal. And now that the complete renovation has been completed and the team has perhaps been trained a little, the hotel has the potential to be a 5*.

I booked this hotel because my family n me want to take a really good rest after a whole day my daughter competition at school. Modern and lovely lobby, huge room, ample parking, friendly receptionist (even not offer to us welcome drink). I would like to give credit and big thanks to F&B Department during our breakfast especially to Rossi, Kalpana, Rohini, Irma dan Shaz for the 5 stars service. We really appreciate it. One thing that i feel adverse service is after we were check in, the Concierge Desk staff is not really helping us. I saw it from the time we arrived at the hotel lobby until we are done with check in process. It seem like double standard service while the staff is offer help to the foreigners n a couple but didn't do the same things to us even we stand in front of them. But, everything is fine and ok.

Booked a "Twin Deluxe" room for 3 adults. However the beds cannot accommodate more than 2 adults. Had to take extra bed. Bathroom is very spacious and has good shower and bath. There is construction happening inside the hotel, but the main entrance has been blocked - our driver had to go around the block twice to find the right place to drop-off. There isn't much to do around the property. Also due to the construction, inside the property the options are very limited. The spa was closed, only 1 restaurant option. Staff were excellent - very customer service focussed.

Just checked out after a 4night stay at this hotel. Prior to coming, I was not confident as they were underated and i felt this hotel needs a special mention. Not as favoured as Hilton Kl, this hotel is actually an unpolished gem. Being a first timer, From check in, i was made welcome until the moment i checked out. All staff, i repeat ALL staff made me did thier best in ensuring that i had a great stay. I was only a Gold member but they treated me like a VIP. I had no qualms in returning for more stays at this unpretentious property.

Quarantine experience. Good clean hotel. They rang to check in on me and how everything was. Wifi was also good. Food was acceptable. Generally good meals. But some of the meals were not 'excellent'. Probably because it was quarantine food. But enjoyed my experience and worth the cost!

This was my 2nd quarantine stay at PJ Hilton Trusted brand name in the hotel industry and lives up to this billing. Room was spacious, meals provided were generous proportions and internet was very reliable for my work needs. If anything, I would suggest to the hotel to provide the menu for each week, given that food delivery orders have to be completed by 4pm (to be delivered between 4pm to 6pm), it would be good to know the menu so that we can prepare in advance. Many a time, I found dinner not to my liking but it was too late to order food delivery. Room service was an option but prices are pretty steep Hope the hotel can also look into providing exercise equipment (exercise bicycle or free weights) at additional cost as an option for people to choose. Fourteen days in quarantine is a long time to go without proper exercise Thanks

Amazing quarantine experience at the Royal Suite in PJ Hilton: from cleanliness to bathrooms, from the view to the food everything is impeccable. the service was amazing, they understood the needs and catered to everything. We had absolutely no complaints. The food which is important for us a vegetarian family, was amazing, delicious with loads of options. We did not have to order anything from outside. Enough water bottles, When my daughter was bored they even sent some color pencils and art papers. Highly recommended for quarantine stay for a family.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast spread is good (sit down buffet), however some food serve was a bit cold (soto and lontong), but taste is good. Room is clean, HHonors member was treated well. Executive lounge is still closed due to mco. Evening cocktail is serve at lobby lounge but portion is small. Otherwise everything is good.

We stayed here a whole month. Food is great here, probably best hotel food you can get around. Hotel is old, but well maintained and clean - just not fancy or new. Friendly and great chefs! So I RECOMMEND their food, but not really the accommodations. BUT the management is really poor! No accountability and access to management to speak to them, whenever there is a real misunderstanding/problem, they like to hide behind their staff (which again are really nice)! We also had a so called planned Power cut on one day. It was from 12 am to 4 am - no AC, no ventilation, no electricity, only emergency light, which was over the bed and crazy bright, so we could not sleep (also our 5 year old daughter!). Windows could not be openend, so no fresh air! BTW, we were NOT warned about this, although we have been staying there for over 2 weeks at that time! Their excuse was: our “Do not disturb” sign was on and that’s why they didn’t push the notice under our door?! Many guest were at the lobby that night to complain, compensation was a joke!

The Hilton Stay was wonderful from staff to rooms to the event we attended, however the breakfast for my family and I were a disappointment, I don't know, just not so nice to be honest ( am talking about taste not the variety of food present, the Malaysian breakfast tasted better than the others there) have had wonderful breakfast spreads at other Hiltons. If breakfast was good I would have given like 6 stars for their excellence in everything else. I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND people to stay at this hotel.

22may2022. Comfortable for a standard size room with a great view. Spacious bathroom. Sadly you will be charged RM3.00 for the parking fee as the hotel guests. Some of the rooms didn’t have a bowl of fruits, two packs of mixed nuts and a welcome note.

Great Hilton location with outstanding staff. I was very impressed by the in room food service, the laundry and the overall service quality. The rooms are in line with other Hilton locations throughout the country- still contemporary design and decently sized. Communication throughout and after my stay was excellent including survey and follow up mails. Status was honored overall, but no upgrade for Diamond Member during my stay. The breakfast buffet was the low point overall. Selection, service and quality was quite poor, but improved upon ordering to the room. Compared to the "Double Tree at The Intermall" breakfast Buffet, wich technically is a lower tier hotel, it doesn't stand a chance!

I know for a fact that this is an old hotel, it's been here since I was a kid. But I can tell you this is THE place to stay in PJ. My first time here was excellent though sadly it was just for a night. We had an academic Colloquium and the food, services and everything else was top notch. All in all, a great place to be. Nothing bad at all to say. Stay with confidence!
