I would give zero star if possible. I was a regular guest of Sheraton PJ . I liked their services and the quality of their accommodation. However, The quality of service is getting real bad lately. Someone has entered our room without our concern when we were away!! And took away one of my room key. When we get back to the room and found something is not right, we contact guest service immediately . At first they denied , then they said will investigate. However they never get back to us after we'd complaint 3 times about this matter. At last, they said there was a cleaner who wrongly enter to our room and took away our room key unintentionally. This is such a lame excuse for your lousy security system. I feel so insecure stay in the room with my 1.5 years old toddler, I keep worrying about someone might break in in the middle of the night. Moreover, the shower door were unable to close tight so water leaks everywhere until the whole bathroom is wet. My toddler almost fell off in the bath room. It's family holidays and it suppose to be fun. This bad experiences of staying totally ruined our holiday mood. So disappointing. We used to made a video on tik tok recommending this hotel, I think i should delete it now.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel , and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish . The hotel's lobby is elegant and inviting , and the staff were warm , friendly , and welcoming . My room was spacious , clean , and beautifully furnished , with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay . The bed was particularly comfortable , and I slept soundly each night . One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Service Manager , Ammar . He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable , from providing recommendations for local restaurants , attractions , and activities . His professionalism , attention to detail , and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable ! The hotel's facilities are also top-notch , with a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool . I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant , which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes . Overall , I would highly recommend Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable hotel experience . The combination of excellent service , comfortable rooms , and great facilities make it a standout choice in the area ! ^_^

Overall dinner buffet management was extremely messy from the hotel team. No proper seat was provided & hotel divided our team of 6 into 2 small coffee tables which also far away from the original restaurant due to OVERBOOKING. The restaurant was overcrowded like a wet market. Many customers were facing same issue of not having a proper location to enjoy their dinner. There are many angry customers were not able get their seat allocation on time upon arrival with clueless hotel crews. The dishes are common & taste is just normal which really not worth it if combined with such messy hotel crew & management.

Amazing hotel, amazing price! Here for a single night and was amazed how affordable for such a grand hotel that came with bathtub! Tip top service provided by the lobby staffs also! The breakfast buffet is my favourite! Full of varieties and excellent taste! Definitely will be back again, but every good thing come with a drawback in life, This hotel is so huge but does not offer SPA, sauna and jacuzzi, such a waste in term of facilities. In house massage also no available. So sad

One of her hotel chain, started operate at a new building, few years back. Not so bad to get a car park on a weekend but probably worse during weekdays, cause it share with Pinnacle building. Hotel lobby/Front Office located at 3rd floor, ground floor just an entrance to the building. Pretty nice ID and well decorated, lighting. Food at restaurant were not so bad. Rooms were nice, quite spacious, well furnished and organized wardrobe and pantry station, big bed (2 connecting rooms). Water pressure was excellent and internet smooth as is. Staffs were warm and helpful. Anyway the swimming pool were really small, located on the top floor, opposite the bar. Gym also located at this floor.

Room is clean and the air from the Aircon unit is fresh i.e. no moldy smell. My room came with a bath tub, great for a hot soak. Wish the amenity kit came with comb. Tooth brush provided was medium not soft type. Very limited TV channels. Location wise not very convenient for food and beverage. Almost impossible to walk to nearby malls and food places as the hotel is surrounded by roads. The adjacent Pinnacle mall is like ghost town.. Almost all the tenant shops are empty except for the ground floor with 1 Japanese supermarket and 1 Japanese grille restaurant. When I check out from my room 13-21, I had a spooky encounter. A female voice in the toilet reminded me in Cantonese to "remember to take all my things before I leave". My hair all stood up.... This was confirmed by my friend who was in the same room. The entrance to the hotel has limited view from the main driveway. There is parking charge of $5 per entry. For better convenience I would the Four Points Sheraton hotel at Puchong than this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Really clean and spacious room. I really enjoyed Sala bar level 33. Great view from level 33 and great service from Rashdan during my stay . Nice spread for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Always come here for their food but my recent visit is a bit unpleasant as the food are not as good as before. Not sure if the chef on holiday or what. I also ordered room service as usual with my same go-to order. It is not the same. The only things is the comfy bed and sheets. Even the soap brand had change, love the previous one! It has the luxury smell. This is my first visit in 2022. Usually i come here twice per year.

Sheraton is the nice hotel, room clean, breakfast buffet more choose and delicious.But I was very disappointed that I missed the phone charges on the room. Next day I called the hotel counter staff to help me find it , but they didn’t reply me that day, so I asked them again the next day. Disappointed because this is a 5 star hotel and not a 1 or 2 star hotel! I was stay at Hotel 2 or 3 star before and I missed the necklace. I told the staff there the next day that they could find it for me. I'm sad ☹️

Rooms clean, sizable and comfortable. Majority of staff friendly and attentive. Bit out of it, nothing worth visiting with walking distance, so not for a prolonged stay.

Rooms actually I have no comment as I went there for business lunch and no overnight. Waiter are very friendly and attentive Food fried rice is very good but pizza is so so. We can't finish the pizza as it is hard and difficult to swallow Hotel have plenty of seating place but not enough plug for electrical appliances

Bad experience with Sheraton hotel. Can't do online or over the phone check in, so rush there and arrived at 4pm to do manual check in. The customer service told there is no room available yet and they are getting the room ready and needs another 30mins. But alas at the end after some escalation and requested for any available room, they did find one for me and the room itself is very comfortable.

Absolutely outstanding service from Marriott brand hotel! Check in process: smooth and fast, hotel front desk was friendly and doing their job excellent. Room: Booked Guest Room, 1 King bed and upgraded to Executie Suite Room. Bathroom: Love their shower rain and bathtub. Food: Breakfast was enjoyable. Have plenty tasty food. Club Lounge also very nice. Staff shows great service. Facilties : Gym place and pool overlooking PJ area.

A posh interior and luxurious setting provides the perfect backdrop for wedding reception in a hotel. However, restaurant assured that your guests enjoy the food. A wedding dinner dispelled any doubt I have about this common perception. Amidst a very polished venue and served with good food, I had the best of both worlds. The Golden Combination and Fish Maw soup my top picks.

Room - quite comfortable, lighting and arrangement are good. Gym - equipment not many varieties. Good things about it is they provide complimentary spritzer mineral water at gym. Sanitiser wipe available. Staffs politeness are not very warm but still good. Food - I had dinner and breakfast over there, 3.5 star.

Came for a conference. Lovely service. Decor and ambience done well. However, parking is miserable for such a top hotel. Confusing and narrow lanes - wonder why the architects and designers never thought of basic things like these. Can't fault the service and food served though.

Comes for the food but there is nothing distinctive about it. I think I pay some hotels far less and their flavor is better. No 'soul' in the food whatsoever. The vibes on the other part are luxurious. Would love to spend the night here.

The room got very disgusting smell since check in, then the hotel send people to check what is the problem that caused the smell, after that the people say is carpet problem, then we requested to change room as the disgusting smell is too strong, they rejected and only send people to spray refresher on the carpet which did not solve the problem. The disgusting smell come back again after 2 hours!!

We stayed at the Sheraton PJ over the weekend of January 6 2024. We stayed in the suite and the room was amazing! The decor/furnishing/linens were first rate. The service was wonderful especially in the Feast restaurant where we had breakfast. Special thanks to Raudah and Kevin who went out of their Way to provide friendly and exceptional service to make us feel more at home. I highly Recommend this hotel and will stay here Every time I come to KL.

The hi-tea at Feast is a perfect event if you are planning to go with your family. I had a delightful time with mine, and the foods, ranging from local to western, makes it more diverse. I would like to give my huge respects toward the waiter, Kevin. He's willing to do so much to take care of us, from giving us large cups of coffee, going to the reception to validate our tickets, and even letting my father go through the staff door to use the restroom makes me respect him even more. Thank you Kevin for your great service and hope to see you again someday.

A place to stay where it’s near KL but not inside the busy and hotspot of jammed area. Good rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, easy access. Pool is quite small though but it has a fantastic view of the city skyline of KL. Nice!

Was here for training. Dedicated conference room was chic and well equipped though I did have trouble with the sound system that was too soft (staff immediately came to the rescue and managed to fix this glitch). Buffet lunch spread was below average, could have done much better. Breakfast spread was ok, nothing much to shout about. Overall great experience!

Great Marriott hotel as always! Even though it’s catered more towards business, my family & I loved the stay here. The room however was the highlight as it was large, spacious and fit with everything you would need. As I was driving as well, the location was also a plus as it’s just by the freeway. Would come back again!

Perfect getaway in the city or for the weekends. On the time booking, only standard room available. Not so spacious but still gives you comfort. Room comes with spacious king bed, a bathtub with open glass, separate shower area and toilet which a bit open I'll say. Perfect for drink out at Sala Bar at rooftop and place to stay.

The food is great with cozy dining hall. The buffet price is reasonable and the staffs are friendy, acceptable pr and customer service oriented. Cleanliness also very good

We had our post-wedding getaway here, the staff were warm and friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable with a few romantic arrangements and a lovely handwritten note to us along with cake! We are very glad Sheraton PJ has made our special day a little more special.

I usually dont rent about hotel service but here i am and i have to since this is the worst experience i had with 4 stars hotel. Went there during raya and the service was bad. When i checked in, the receptionist told me that the breakfast portion is big. However, when the room service breakfastt came, it was not very big portion as said and tasted average only. The pepper even got insect inside the bottle. On top of that, we requested for mineral water many times and was told it will be deliver to us but was not delivered at all despite we requested for it many times. Besides, we stayed in 2 interconnecting room and one of the rooms got leaking at the window. We called the receptionist and they sent their technician to look at the problem and only put a basket to hold the leaking water. Since we paid quite an expensive price, we expected more. We are also charged for parking here which was not accceptable since we are the guest of the hotel. When i asked why we have to pay for parking to the receptionist she only told me the parking is under third party theres nothing they can do. This is my first time staying at a hotel where the hotel guest have to pay for their own parking fee. Ridiculous!! Better if you guys stay at different hotel as this hotel is the worst in term of service and hospitality and does not deserve 4 stars.

Clean room, nice view, great food selection, parking can be challenging as they share same building. Tips : if you are staying at the hotel, do not use TnG instead use parking ticket so that you are entitled for RM5 per entry by the hotel.

Checked in late after 11pm. So tired and needed shower. Then the heater didn’t work. They took some time come up to fix it.lacking in sense of urgency. Then realized NO toothbrush at all. And only 1 tiny shower gel for 2 adults? Also, the phone didn’t work. Had to call them on my phone after googling the number. Ended up sleeping so late for work tomorrow morning.

Simple place. Nice pool. Miss the turn to hotel right from Federal Highway exit (from Shah Alam) (which is just on the left right after the exit) then you will have to take a long route turning back from the other side of the highway. Historical "Sheraton Move" place to into history books...hope not.

My family and I had the international buffet at Feast on the 3rd of December 2021 for my husband's birthday. I must say we were a bit disappointed with the food as it was mediocre. The spread was ok but not flavourful at all. We paid RM108 pp and I must say we were truly disappointed.

It was our anniversary and birthday getaway. Was a pleasant stay in a clean hotel. Nice vibe. The city view is amazing. Rooms were cosy in our executive suite. TV channels are limited. Food choices in my opinion could be made better in terms of menu items. Prices for both rooms and dining are reasonable. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Parking is free if you are in staying guest.

Great hotel. Very good deal given pricing. Came here with family and 6 month old nephew. Service was great. Hotel was new and clean and tastefully done up. Some was spacious with bathtub. Ordered room service and food was very decent too. Convenient location for us as we have relatives living in PJ and didn't need to be in the city.

I’m planning to stay there on the coming weekend. However, I tried the morning buffet and I really enjoyed the food as I always go for breakfast since I work in the same area! For those who are struggling to have breakfast in the morning and want a good atmosphere I do recommend you to go there.. The place is nice, clean, and service is perfect👌 And for sure once I stay at the hotel I’ll write about my experience which I’m sure it will be great since I visited the hotel and see how clean is the lobby/restaurant.

First time staying here in Sheraton Petaling Jaya. Hotel staffs were very friendly and very helpful whenever I approached them. The city view from the lounge area was very beautiful as well. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast at lobby level was quite a good spread and spacious sitting. I did not explore much of the hotel as it was just a night's stay. As for transportation wise you can use Grab App to travel around to major shopping area or to Mid Valley which was less than 10 mins drive.

Superb service and hotel. Love that the hotel was accommodating to our request on the hotel room which was very welcoming, professional and friendly staff. I love the rooms and service although some good improvements would be to have a bigger pool at Level 33 for so many of its customers. But overall, it's a superb hotel, recommended for families or couples!

Didnt stay but had lunch at the Feast. Good tasty food with variety to divulge except for the crab which were empty without meat n not fresh. Chefs didnt check empty food trays n I had to ask for refills at 1.30 pm. Definitely need to improve on the service

Very old fashion and very dated design and ambience. Isn't this hotel new?! Parking after validation is RM12. In PJ?! Geez. Lack of signage on an extremely busy street. One very very very difficult to get to corner to enter. If you miss the turning, you'll end up touring around old town for 30 minutes before being able to get again.

Very great service from all the staffs at Sheraton Pj from the concierge teams to the housekeeping/ guest service teams . I was staying Sheraton and was there for meeting and extended the stays due to covid. The staffs was accommodating to ensure that my stay and my requests & well-being are taken care off . Well done !

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Asian and Western options. The only complaint is the shower did not have very hot water. Several attempts by hotel staff did not fix the problem. I ended up using the tub which did have hot water.

Our family stayed for 2days 1night for family gathering here. Unfortunately just right after breakfast, my father needs medical emergency. They gave a very best service and my father safely arrived at hospital. Thank you very much to the manager and staff on that day (13/11/2022).

Went for a conference. Dome style menu and food. Ambience is 5 star for the price. Food quality is not really up to 5 star level but I'm not sure who is the caterer. General ambience as per expected.
