Verdict:
I
came
all
the
way
here
for
the
melting
cheese
wheel
because
I’m
obsessed
with
cheese,
and
it
did
not
disappoint
😍🧀
Cheese
wheel
pasta
(a.k.a.
pasta
alla
ruota)
is
a
style
of
pasta
that
is
made
tableside
by
mixing
freshly
cooked
pasta
in
a
hollowed
cheese
wheel.
Watching
the
cheesy
carbonara
being
served
was
akin
to
watching
something
that
would
appear
on
Buzzfeed.
The
server
wheeled
out
a
trolley
with
a
giant
wheel
of
granada
cheese
sitting
on
it
and
a
plate
of
spaghetti
carbonara.
The
still-hot
pasta
was
tossed
into
the
cheese
wheel,
and
each
strand
of
spaghetti
was
coated
in
melted
luscious
cheese.
The
show
ended
when
the
pasta
was
plated.
The
spaghetti
was
cooked
al
dente
and
I
personally
enjoyed
the
sauce
as
it
was
thick,
cheesy
and
creamy
🤤
It
was
super
rich
but
not
cloying,
and
you
can
taste
the
Granada
cheese
in
every
bite
🤩
They
also
did
not
skimp
on
their
ingredients
as
my
pasta
was
filled
with
plenty
of
bacon
and
seafood
even
after
mixing
it
in
the
cheese
wheel
(because
there
was
a
notable
amount
of
bacon
and
spaghetti
stuck
inside
the
cheese
wheel
after
he
plated
it).
The
grilled
lamb
was
decent
though
there
was
quite
a
lot
of
fats,
but
this
could
be
because
of
the
shoulder
cut
-
we
would
have
preferred
a
leaner
cut.
The
cheesecake
was
really
rich
to
the
extend
that
it
felt
like
we
were
eating
actual
cheese,
but
I
don’t
really
mind
it
since
I
love
cheese
so
much
😙🧀
They

have
a
pub
next
door
