This outlet is very organized and well stocked. A lot of products to choose from, including imported snacks, chocolates. Vegetables are fresh and neatly arranged, with selection of premium and normal priced items. They have imported as well as local fruits. Chicken/meat and fish area is clean and well lit. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. Frozen section is well stocked and clean, none of those frostbitten product that seems to sit so long in the freezer 😁. On top of all this, parking is free for first 1 hour. All in all, a very convenient place to do weekend shopping, either to stock your kitchen or just to find some snacks.

New outlet of jaya grocer. Located on the 1st floor of the new Emporis building. Right now, it's the ONLY one shop that is opened in the building, as Starbucks, 7e etc is still in renovation progress and will be opening soon. Clean and neat as it is a new outlet. Oh ya, and parking is FREE for now.

Place where you can do your groceries at its best. Find all imported goods and local produces which are really high in quality. Poultry, meats and seafood that are really fresh and last but not least, the service here by all the crew members is superb!!

Goods are not fresh. Customer service to return spoiled goods is very slow and inefficient. Very disappointed.

Some of the items' price tags don't match and are confusing customers.

Convenient to get groceries after work before heading through rush hour traffic. Well stocked, good selection. Even got some pre-packed ready to eat salad with some canned tuna to have during lunch hour.

Free parking for purchases above fifty ringgit. The store is clean, well kept and with courteous staff. Good enough for my grocery needs.

Hello, my name is Daksh and I want to share a frustrating experience I had recently. I went to Emporis Jaya Grocer to buy some items, which I was able to do without any issues. However, when it came to parking my car, I ran into some trouble. I parked at the valet, but there were no clear instructions posted anywhere. As a result, when I tried to leave, an angry guard confronted me and spoke to me in a rude manner. I was confused and didn't understand what the problem was. It turned out that I had to pay an additional 10 RM for using the valet service, which I didn't use and wasn't made clear to me beforehand.

Free parking is their key to success. This beats a few other grocers nearby.

Generally ok but had 2 bad experience. The first one, the young coconut I bought taste sour and wierd, must be contaminated if not expired. Second occasion the chillie paste "Puteri" although 2 months before expiry date spoiled my fried noodle. Smells weird too. Jaya Grocer should be more careful not to sell expired of near expiry stuff.

Jaya grocer is a one decent supermarket I used to when l was living in Cyberjaya years ago. Then I seldom see this other than other village grocers that seems more scattered every where recently. I was super pumped to get in the supermarket to check out some promo items. Initially I was thinking to get a coffee grinded powder anyway. So I bought my favorite lavazza which was on promo sale a bit, bought two packets of cucumbers that were cheap too, other than that I just scanned all most all section that's pictured here. The fresh seafood are so tempting to buy, but I couldn't since I had to spend time to jalan jalan for cari makan at the pasar malam near by. And I ended up getting in the tidal halal section where all kind of porky meats and alcoholic things are kept, that's one of my favorite too. So looking at those yummy hams, no way I couldn't not buy some black pepper hams that's one of my choices of all. It's not gonna spoil even after hours of jalan jalan. And I spotted soju on promo, so I just bought one without thinking too much. Coz its great to drink soju and porky things as I m a Korean. But one unfortunate thing happened was that they, at tidal halal section, accidentally(?) charged me a double price for two bottles of soju, though I bought only one soju bottle. Without knowing that, I continued to check out my coffee and cucumbers at the main counter, and then I nearly left the Emporis building, and I luckily got a short message of my card spending on my mobile, stating it says I was charged a higher sum than I thought it would. So I rechecked my receipt from the soju and ham bag, and spotted the double charge for the soju twice, and straight went back to claim the refund for unpurchased one soju.😣🇲🇾 Other than that, it's still great supermarket to visit,... and I will revisit again whenever I pass by,...😆

Any Jaya Grocer is my favourite place to do my grocery. I can tell they are convenient easy to find things and they always update their stocks. They have fresh market as well, the fishes, vegetables and poultry are fresh! Only the building maintenance please do check the facilities the travelletor for going down to the basement is not working. Lucky I didn't buy as much grocery for today. So me and hubby can carry down to basement and it the only way to go down to basement.

Place is usually not too crowded. Lots of choices and selections but can still be improved. Convenient as it’s right in front of the escalator.

Carries a wide range of items, nice and cozy atmosphere, and the best part of shopping here is that they play jazz and soul music. My absolute favourite place to buy groceries in the Klang Valley.
