+1 huge and clean mall, still fairly easy to social distance. Parking is RM1 at the moment with easy tapping in & out via touch n go card. +1 Accessible via SURIAN MRT as well. +1 clean toilets. Each toilet have a number to contact if dirty. +1 donki here is nice and easy to browse compared to their first outlet. Unlike 1U, thereโ€™s no safe ventilation guideline offered so mall management should look into that considering COVID is an airborne virus. Most of the spaces are still not occupied. LG level have small food business vendors not seen elsewhere, and level 3A have some branded clearance sales. So far is acceptable to browse around.

Busy and merry - that you can explain of fewer lower levels at this mall. At certain time, it is not too packed and you can hang around easily. However you will notice the higher level like level 3 is quieter as there are few outlets are still unoccupied. The decorations of the mall are chic, certainly attract the young people for more shots for selfies or social media content

Finally the food court just opened, called BIG food street. Unlike the name, it's not as big as it is to me. At least its bright and clean being the brand new now. As of now, it has about the half of the shop lots opened, such as typical Malaysian minum shop, noodles, fried rice, chicken rice, tepanyaki, mamak style Indian food etc The food court is next to the cinema GSC on 3rd floor, so if you go to the cinema, you might like to check out here what food you would like to grab before or after the film. Happy eating!

Tropicana Gardens Mall has really stepped up its game lately. It's become a lively hub for shoppers and foodies alike. The variety of shops is impressive, ensuring there's something for everyone. But let's talk food โ€“ The Chicken Rice Shop is my top pick for a tasty and budget-friendly meal, while Starbucks Reserve adds a touch of class with its fancy ambiance. The mall's cleanliness and modern design are on point, and the restrooms are surprisingly well-kept. Plus, they've got plenty of seating for when you need a breather. What I love most is its direct connection to an MRT station. It's a lifesaver, especially when traffic outside is a nightmare. All in all, Tropicana Gardens Mall has transformed into a fantastic place for a fun and convenient shopping adventure. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's a must-visit spot.

A pretty large mall that isn't fully tenanted as of March 2021. There are the East and West walks with shops interspersed in between. Most of the food outlets are on the concourse floor and this makes it convenient to look for a suitable place to eat. There is sufficient food outlet choice ranging from local, Western, Japanese, etc. There's a book store, H&M, fashion outlets, etc besides the food outlets. Not too crowded on a weekday and parking was RM 1, without any surcharge for Touch N Go.

First time visiting the mall. As the mall is quite new and it's MCO time, the mall is quiet. However, many shops have opened as well. Medium to high range shops. The mall itself is well decorated and with cozy ambience. Lots of yellow light used for lighting. Varieties of restaurants and cafes. Few restaurants which are on the sides have great view while dining. Washroom access are limited as of now, perhaps due to MCO.

First time visiting the mall. The tenant occupancy rates doesn't seem high. Its quite empty here. Not much retails shop for now. I guess once don don donki and taco bell open will have more crowd. There is a beautiful Starbucks reserve here

Went there to buy honey from the Eco Beeshop. Was here one year ago. It is huge place with tons of retail specialty shops , electricsl shops, the huge Bookrxcess outlet which has a big variety of books, a TGV Cinema, lots of eateries, a Village Groccer outlet on the lower ground floor. The roof top is beautifully landscaped and is a nice place to relax. The Christmas decor was really beautiful. Ample easy to find parking. The parking is one of the best that l have used as they provide ample space for you to load your stuff so that you do not hit the vehicle next to yours.

A new mall fast becoming irrelevant with many vacant spaces. A large space to explore with few visitors and you may stumble across the odd Japanese branded store next to a well stocked Uniqlo and Starbucks. The Starbucks outlet had a nice outdoor garden for sitting.

#Tropicana_Gardens_Mall Very big shopping malls where you can find all your daily needs. From branded products to d.i.y. All of these can be found. There is not much crowd and you can walk and shop comfortably. Clean and beautiful shopping mall. Recommended โค๏ธ

This new opening shopping mall look small from the outside but very huge from inside. The interesting things about this place is it's design concepts (retro style at LG level) and beautiful gardens in every levels. This mall closed to MRT Surian and parking fees are very cheap here. Very recommended for those who want to find a cool and chill place.

The mall is quite clean, well kept and seems to feel still new. Plenty of shops are located here, especially food and beverages. Otherwise, the mall has a confusing layout and narrow walkways, not easy to navigate when there is huge crowd. The in and out to the parking is quite confusing with confusing signage and multiple driveways. Directly accessible to Surian MRT station. Recommend to come on weekdays when there is less crowd.

Brand new spanking clean mall. Ample parking spaces. Good selection of food outlets. The children love the Don Don Donki outlet there. For the golf enthusiasts, a cafe with golf simulators for days when the weather is not great. Great place to hang out..

+ Easy to get movie tickets in GSC Cinema, Uniqlo is spacious and easy to shop (not as many variety as other popular malls), affordable to slightly atas food (RM20+) and lots of toilet stalls. Near train station and if mall doesn't hv suitable food, can cross over to opposite area. Have several sports clothes n equipment shops. Beautiful wallpaper on empty shops. - Very limited clothes, computer/phone shop and entrance/exit for parking. Parking may have water drip n smell funny (even some areas near lift smell funny). Almost half of the shoplots are empty, esp top floors but lower floors are have customers. Crowded when there's event at convention center or open field area.

One of the best new mall in the Mutiara Damansara vicinity with very good accessibility from almost all major highways and trunk roads. Mall is very clean, well maintained and stores and retail outlets are obviously very well planned and spaced out in this huge and endless mall connected by a central court. Currently holding a Thai beer fest in its outdoor courtyard that also consists of vendors selling authentic Thai street food . This adds a really interesting addition to regular mall activities by drawing in non Muslim patrons to enjoy this outdoor fair and increasing traffic for all tenants in the mall. Recommended to give this a visit if you are around this area.

Promising mall in Tropicana. Plenty of food options, but they really need more retail shops. The upper floor are still sparse. A good size, so walking up and down the length of it is a bit tiring. Renovations are pretty nice, and the parking is easy for now.

Short visit so review as is. New, big, spacious, not crowded even though it was a Sunday over the Vesak Day long weekend. Many variety of shops and eateries including Taco Bell & Little Penang Cafe. Will revisit for sure. Parking car took a bit of effort. Most Malaysians drive.

A pretty mall with beautiful view. They have improved their toilet experience and air circulation system, not so mouldy like before but some times can still smell the mould at some places. Still, some toilets are under replenish in terms of hand soap. Currently have a good crowd, not too crowded. Have a lot of popular brands for personal shopping. Plenty of restaurants too.

It's much more happening and lively now compare to nearly a year ago. Perhaps thanks to Donki opening. Kinda like they have some unique outlets like Qi Reflexology, some car/street theme at the F&B floors, Taco Bell, etc However currently tenant occupation rate at 50%...

Located along Persiaran Surian, future residents and tenants of Tropicana Gardens Edelweiss have an easy connection to the road and public transport. The development has a 180m linked bridge to the Surian MRT Station. Persiaran Surian leads into the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), which provides access to other major expressways such as Guthrie-Corridor Expressway, PLUS Expressway, ELITE and Federal Highway.

I reckon it's a lovely Mall nicely placed settings, ample escalators and it was like I am in a foreign land .... but sadly there wasn't many people around on a wkday just after 12noon. There is also fair bit of vacant shoplots but still lots of restaurants and retailers. I was shocked how big the DIY and it sells frozen goods too

Most of the shops inside this mall were still vacant. Not much tenant. However, there're many attractive shops/area to visit to. Parking fee is rm1 per hour and rm2 after 3rd hour.

One of the standout features of the Tropicana Garden mall is its accessibility as it is directly connected to the MRT Surian Station making it incredibly convenient for both locals and tourists to reach. It's got big department stores like H&M, sport direct, and Uniqlo, a yummy food court, a fancy cinema, and a cool rooftop with lots of restaurants. Reaching the rooftop is a little tricky as it is half open and accessible only via the elevator on the G floor. The first floor has a play area for children. When you're in the mood for shopping, this mall has your back. The mall's food court offers a delicious range of local and international dishes, catering to all tastes. And if you're up for some entertainment, check out the state-of-the-art cinema for the latest movies in a comfy setting โ€“ perfect for a night out with friends or family.

Came here to visit Ngam Ngam Neighbourhood kids friendly restaurant at level 3. Spacious place to let kids play and parents can work within the playground area with plug point. They have kids meal set and toasts with coffee if you are not too hungry to order meal set. No entry fee to the playground but need to order food from counter. Will definitely visit again. Ample parking space in mall.

Easy access for the residents of tropicana. Has many good restaurants, dessert places, shopping outlets etc. My favourite restaurant here is Sushi Zanmai and right outside it is an ice cream place which is lovely

This mall is large but not too crowded with visitors and shoppers. There are a few malls in this area. Popularity can grow with the right mix of tenants offering goods and services to customers.

Been here twice with gap of 3 years. Thereโ€™s drastic change. The mall is quite unknown due to less shops previously. Currently, thereโ€™s quite a lot shops and the crowd is increasing. To go for the parking is pretty confusing due to some blocks, hope they fix it soon.
