There’re ninja obstacles and bar for you to play around~

    Calisthenics Personal Training with Coach Chee Wai: “Calis..what?” was my first reaction. Haha… Never been an exercise buff nor been to a gym. Hitting the ‘senior citizen status’ button was a wake-up call to get fit and stay fit. Started calisthenics training 6 months ago with coach Chee Wai here. He is very knowledgeable and professional, a great motivator. He programmed moves that helped me to gradually build muscles, core strength and endurance. Enjoyed every training session and loving the results. When I first started, I could not even hang on the bar for more than 5 seconds. Now I can hang and keep taut while moving my knees. I also like the gym as it is spacious and airy with good vibes.

    It was so much fun! A nice coach showed me how to use the settings and go through some of the obstacle course. Definitely a worthy workout and it's super challenging with only using your body weight. It is similar to Ninja Warriors type of course. 100% recommend to try. Definitely would go again!

    The best indoor fitness classes in Malaysia with pretty cool nice obstacles stations set up. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, fun and super strong! Will definitely come back for more. For those looking for a great workout session, Ozone is the place to go.

    If you're looking for an exceptional calisthenics personal trainer specializing in body weight and obstacle course training, then head coach Chee Wai is the one to look for to transform your fitness journey. He was attentive to my strengths and weaknesses, with a strong focus on proper form and providing valuable feedback on my techniques, which helped me to avoid injuries and get the most out of each workout session. Working out at Ozone might initially seem intimidating (like a Ninja Warrior playground), but their workouts incorporate challenging obstacles and exciting elements that keep you motivated and engaged. Overall, highly recommend Ozone for an incredible workout experience, great vibes, and many other friendly and supportive trainers to your needs.

    10 years of training later, I ask myself "what can I do to break the monotous nature of my routine?" The answer: lots of hanging, flipping, spinning, "flying" etc, various new ways to explore pain... I mean fun with my body. Working with experienced, interactive, and open minded coaches means I get to understand the skills at a deeper level than merely performing the exercise for exercise sake. The technical nerd in me is happy!

    Personal Training Program with Coach Keven: Did my first try on calisthenics under Keven. The first 2-3 session was challenging as my body was not used to it; I realised that in calisthenics you have to engage all your body parts even for a simple push up. After awhile, I was able to get my form right and noticed my performance getting better (of course thanks to Keven for consistently explaining the importance of each movement). Looking forward to the day where I can do handstand and muscle ups.

    I've been a member since they opened the gym just a little over 1 year ago. It's a safe and fun place where you can learn and master the bodyweight movement or calisthenics, professionally. I love the class community here. Trainers are friendly and know what they are doing, and the students are fun and encouraging. It's also an obstacle play and training ground, sharing space with another gym under the same roof. If you would like to try something new + cool looking factors involved, recommend to drop by this place and enquire.

    I was in Malaysia for a stop over and met Sasa at an acro yoga class, she is such an amazing teacher we keep coming back to this gym and decided to extend our stay another week, maybe longer!

    Wonderful place and great vibes. Good range of equipment and a good atmosphere for training and improvement. Can find equipment to measure your vertical jump, which is quite rare.

    Love it!! Went for the obstacle course. Staff are very knowledgeable about techniques, and very friendly and patient. Place is clean and spacious. I'd stay here all day if I could.

    Kid friendly gym. Brought my 9,10,11 year old here to try a Spartan course. Gym is clean and well padded. Washroom is clean and very well ventilated. We had a wonderful time here, hope to come here regularly.

    The obstacle course is great especially when training for spartan. I also attended Filmons basic calistenics class and it was a really great introduction to the exercise and I can see the value of it! Will definately come back for more

    Super big and clean gym. Staff are friendly and they follow SOP strictly. I also see their cleaners cleaning a few times a day. Worth trying their unique classes and their obstacle is fun...it is hard but fun

    Very well-built workout facilities that's all-in-one. Calisthenics, obstacles course fixtures, and also available with Dual-membership with K-Fit gym. Generally huge, open air, and the environment is somewhat induces enough "pump" with good music and lightings. Last but definitely not the least, their trainers are the real deals yet humble and always willing to help.
