Rating as a visitor trying to visit a sister today Sunday. Very disappointing experience. Nobody at Reception. Only 2 foreign security guards who couldn't properly converse in Bahasa nor English. Left the place without visiting as we were not allowed to go to the Room to find out who were the visitors in the room. Nobody could help in telling them that there were other visitors waiting. Felt it was a useless situation. Hope management can help visitors in future. My sister has to stay a bit longer

A year ago, my mother had a mild stroke which slightly affected her left leg and arm. We are grateful to have started her physiotherapy immediately post-discharge at Regen Rehab. She had 5 sessions which were very impactful and with each session she showed excellent progress, thanks to her committed physiotherapist. This place is extremely conducive, the staff (inclusive of receptionists, physicians and PTs) are all very welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend for therapy. My mother has come a long way ever since! Thank you Regen Rehab!

My grandma was admitted due to her knee operation. She had been there for weeks and now she can walk back like normal. We still send her here back as outpatient once a while to keep her motivated since she goes well along with the therapist here.

Oppppsss, i m missing my ReGen Rehab Hospital's doctors incharged, PT/OT buddies(status upgraded from therapist to buddies), nurses, housekeepers, daily food delivery crews, concierge staff badly.🥰 Never regret of my decision as an inpatient in ReGen PJ, three months, under Perkeso RTW program, mid Feb 13th to May 6th, 2023. Sharing with you my life in ReGen.🥰 My physio started every morning 8am with group OT theraphy with Perkeso patient, 4pm as well on group PT . Two personal sessions (OT/PT), one robothand session (sorry to say I am the champion still🫢🥳 at this moment). My day is fill with happiness with all the physio programs, and the cheerful therapist with the joy, humor, good spirit of encouragement to me and other patient. Not forgetting the robotics session granted to me on every Tuesday and Thursday, which this robotics walk has corrected my pattern of working. Each time i put on my robotics suit, i feel so good as i walk almost perfect (but kesian to Shaun, Eunice and Ken) to support me from behind🤭. I get off only Sunday, still have to attend physio on Saturday and Public Holiday). Prof Dr Lydia, doctor who incharge me, will come and visit during our physio session, and glad to have doctor, therapist to discuss with patient on our improvement program. Same goes Dr Tan and Dr Ong who are very friendly and helpful, who will pay attention as well on floor exercise patients. Breakfast served at 645am, lunch 12pm, tea break 3pm and dinner at 5pm Nurses to check BP, body temperature etc, and nurses will tidy up and change all bedsheets etc, towels in the morning session, and they will assist if we need addition assistance. There is patients in and out. I feel good for patient and their family members who has discharged in which I witnessed with their good recovery / improvement incl myself. I would like to express my gratitue to Prof Lydia, Dr Ong, Dr Tan and My tough lead PT Lisha and group PT, Shaun, Cha, Hanis, Shaun 2, Eunice, Ken, Ezati, Hafiz, Faiz My cheerful lead OT Areena and group MingSer, Low, Shivaness, Daniel, Asma, Asri, not forgetting Ruby, Sonia and Mahsa Uni Interns. You guys has made me perfomed well, even sometime i feel tough but practices made perfect and it started from our mindset (poster in front of cycling area, 1st floor) Nurses, concierge Sherena and partner, others incl guards who always keep an eyes on me during my free time exercising around them, and my patients friend. Thank you for making my days in ReGen, and *Bringing Me Back* with a group of great doctors, therapist with good facilities. Love you all No regret. Thank you so much to Perkeso for my àdmission to ReGen, greaty appreciate of the prompt reply and assistance. Arigato ありがとう Cheers #Wong#

I’d been to various rehab centre previously, ReGen was worst ever. I set appointment with the clinical doctor today, and asked to set for appointment with the rehab. They should be communication between them, but no, I have to explain my condition again to the therapist. Frustrating, when both recommendation contradicted each other. Worst I have to pay a total of RM430 (RM230 for the clinical advice and RM200 for rehab assessment). I expected that at least there was a pain management treatment during my first visit to the rehab but nope it was just 30 minutes assessment. For RM200 assessment when you already assessed clinically, obviously I felt this centre kinda bogus !

One thing that really bother me about Regen is that I would barely get any updates if I didn't call in to ask, and for rehabilitation purposes this was key in knowing how the patient is doing in their rehab program. I was quite clueless on my fathers progress while he was an in house patient there for a few months. This was a major disappointment as it was suppose to ease the process for the family as well. This may be harsh but another thing I noticed is that some nurses at Regen are really not suited to be nurses in my opinion. Not all of course, some of them were lovely and caring as the head nurse was absolutely lovely. However, there were some that were quite rude to us and even rude to my father while he was there for a few months to recover. It really seams like the nurses do not enjoy their job/care for their patients. Besides that, it's not largely affordable. They seem to be trying to reach their profit targets in an aggressive way. Any type of daily necessity (diapers, swabs, gauze..etc) was heavily charged. The profit margins on that alone for the hospital is massive lol. On the bright side, his physiotherapist was great. Really motivated him to do better each time he had a physio session & my father looked forward to it everytime. I really can't say much on his speech therapy& occupational therapy as I HAD NO CLUE WHAT WENT ON. Like mentioned above, no updates given to us. The facility is comfortable for the patient. However, it lacks amenities when family/friends are visiting. I don't think there was a cafe/restaurant. With all that being said, I think there are much better options out there. I would avoid Regen for the headache it caused us at times. I strongly suggest that they look into this matter and possibly re-organize their operations.

We discharged from the hospital this week due to financial constraints. We changed to another more affordable hospital. The doctor said foul words to the patient after knowing we will be leaving such as saying that the patient will die very soon and won't be able to fully recover after this. The patient is steadily recovering at another hospital now in which what the doctor from this hospital said was very very wrong. Would not recommend people going to this place as they would say ill and evil things to you when you feel vulnerable and needed both professional help and emotional support from the expert. They are of no good help.

I accompanied my brother to meet with Mr. Farhan for Clinical Psychologist service. He is very helpful in term of helping by brother to able to cope with his thoughts and also changed his behaviors. I am happy to see how my brother progress with his depression. I highly recommend to meet Mr. Farhan. He is humble, and will use language that is easy for you to understand. My brother has met him for about 6 months before Mr. Farhan ended session with him, and now I am happy to see my brother is able to go back to work. Thank you so much Mr. Farhan for your help, and thank you ReGen Rehab Hospital with the great staffs! ^_^

I do not recommend Regen. Regretted sending my mum to this hospital. Paid RM900 per day! This hospital is "MONEY FIRST and patient second". Nadjwa and Mathi of the hospital marketing team are not committed and have terrible attitude. Brochures are misleading and the high cost charged did not translate into what was promised to us. The meals served were poorly planned. No proper diet guidance and not edible. My mum asked to be discharged ASAP. The care, food and commitment promised from this hospital were under par.

Great 1 to 1 attention given to patients.a very professional,.step-by-step and methodical approach before therapy begins.they will conduct an assessment by the in- House specialist/ doctor on what sort of treatment is required on the patient.Google doesn't permit6 stars if not, I would have given ReGen 6 stars and a thumbs up from my paralysed hand !!!!!Bit the one thing I really don't understand is why allow another rehab use the same name? When that other rehab center has no affiliation whatsoever to to ReGen Rehab Hospital!!!!!!

Almost 3 months at ReGen was one of the best experiences in my life. I will tell you why. First, i'd like to thank SOCSO officer Atikah who recommended ReGen as my rehabilitation place for my spinal cord injuries. My gratitude and appreciation to Dr Kavitha, Dr Tan and Dr Afikah who continuously monitor and advised on any matters related to my health and condition. At ReGen, the day starts with Group Theraphy (GT) for PT. I've the chance to meet other patients who are having different kinds of illness and together we do aerobics n exercises based on our capabilities. I'd like to thank the PT therapists involved like Ana (miss to hear her saying 10 more ), Nazrin, Cha, Sean Michael n Miza. They were also assisted by the juniors like Izzati senior, izzati junior n faiz. 2nd GT is at 4pm. It was led by OT therapists like Shivani, Lau and Ming Tze. Here we're exposed to activities like charades, arts, colouring and games to name a few. This session is more relaxing after having physical therapies from morning and evening. Kudos to them for handling fun activities even though a few of us are very bad in arts n colouring. Everyday, for bed ridden patient like me needs an OT theraphy. At ReGen, my beautiful OT therapist, Nik Areena has done a remarkable job. Thank you for your patience in assisting and teaching me how to continue to have a normal life despite my incapabilities. Last but not least, to my favourite PT therapist in the world, Gan. No words can describe how much your dedication and helpfulness mean to me. Your patience and humbleness amazed me. Despite my difficulties and cries (3 times only rite) on doing the given tasks, you never give up on me. From bed ridden to capable to walk without walking aid, i owed so much to you Gan. Furthermore, the 2 hours we spent every day, made me more open to discuss or sharing any difficulties that i have during the physio or other theraphy sessions with you. Thank you also to the manager, Ruby who monitored us from far and will give valuable inputs to the therapists in bringing the best in us. Not to forget all the nurses, CA and RA who took care of me since the first day. To name a few, Anis, Hajar, Cila, Afiqah, Paul, Yong, Fatin Alia, Rathi, Tharshini, Sagu, Darshini. These people treated me like their own mother. Thank you guys. I pray for all the names mentioned above have a blessed lives ahead. I love you guys so much. ReGen definitely brings us back to our normal life like before. Really miss u ReGen. Sincerely, Siti Zubaidah Mohamed

Rm160 per session for one hour and the workers are so lazy. Doesn’t start on time and take their time to get the equipments to waste our time. Even take 10 mins just to ask patient to apply hot packs and the physiotherapist did nothing. Don’t waste your money and time here. Terrible rehab center

Four months ago, I experienced terrible back pain that did not improve with medicines. So I went to Regen Rehab for treatment. Surprisingly, my discomfort decreased by over 50% after first session. And after just a few sessions, I was entirely cured without the use of any prescription. I would advise anyone experiencing the same issue to seek therapy. Dr. Lydia gave an excellent consultation. Physiotherapist Javeeta also very helpful during my treatment there...

I could probably write several pages on this but decided to keep this short. This place, the staff and the level of care is terrific. 2 months ago my mother suffered a stroke and ended up in a place that was not suited to her situation. As you know, stroke patients have a limited window of time to regain their physical and cognitive function. Desperate for a better outcome for my mum, I discovered ReGen Rehab Hospital and was able to see a stroke rehab specialist within a few days. We subsequently admitted mum into the hospital, with the primary goal of getting her upright and walking. Throughout our stay, I found the therapists to be very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They treated mum with respect and dignity, while encouraging her to continuously push her boundaries. Overall, I found the hospital to be very well organised. Doctors made their rounds regularly to check on patients and to speak to caregivers, staff appeared to operate in sync, processes ran like clockwork and it felt like everyone was pulling towards the same direction. The facilities are well appointed to provide patients with all the necessary stimulus to succeed. From Day 1, the staff had mum standing and walking with assistance. I saw the light of conviction return to her eyes. The daily rehab was intensive, a la bootcamp as we had opted for 3 sessions per day lasting 1 hour each. Sessions were a mix of physio, occupational and speech therapy. I was with mum almost every step of the way, learning from and shadowing the therapists, on how to continue with mum's care and rehabilitation once she is back home. I am thrilled to report that mum is finally home after 2 weeks of stay. She still has a long way to go in terms of recovery and ambulation, but we achieved our goal of bringing mum back to the familiarity and comfort of her own home, supported and surrounded by her loved ones. Throughout her stay at ReGen Rehab Hospital, Mum worked very hard, and the staff also strived to provide her with every opportunity to succeed. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. Special shout out to the entire team (Dr. Kavitha, PT Yeoh and PT Gan, OT Shivaani, ST Nadiya as well as the awesome nursing staff too numerous to mention), for enabling my mother, and helping her to reclaim some measure of quality of life that she deserves.

Ive been here for 1month and 3 weeks as inpatient covered by SOCSO. I came here still on wheelchair but now im able to walk using afo. It start when Puan Zuraida from ReGen help me a lot for registration. She ask Perkeso team to visit me at hospital. From there Perkeso help me to filled up the form and proceed for registration. After discharge I only wait for a week to register at ReGen. The therapist there was superb!! They started with the assestment by therapist Priya..then therapist Sean Senior who responsible to make me confident using walking frame and throw my wheelchair 😅.. after that therapist Ana take over and make me able to walk again without any aids only AFO.. for me their activities and training was superb. I gain lot of my confidence to able to walk, to use the staircase.. She was very good therapists, she know the limit of her patient. Her style of doing therapist sometimes make me crazy but its proven now. A bot sad because i cannot see her on my last day due to her health condition..to Ana, I wish always in pink of health.. I believe you will always fly and you can make others believe they able to recover again 😊 Thanks to my OT therapist Areena who responsible to make me able to do all my activities daily living by myself. I have hip precaution so i cant bend my body. Previously nirse need to help to wear the pants, wear the socks. But now i able to do all that by using the skills I learn here from Areena. Besides Sean Senior and Ana there have also other therapists involve in my daily activities in the group session. It was fun! It was lovely! It was sometime nightmare 😅 when the therapist combine their skills and ask us to do more.. that really makes me cannot forget all the memories here. Thanks to nurses team who are very reaponsible on their duty, all medicine, checking done on time! Thanks to all the doctors who help me a lot, Dr. ong, Dr. Tan, Dr. Afiqah Dr Jerry and all other doctors.. without you guys im not able to walk again.. Will missed ReGen a lot!!

Regretted and blammed myself for trusting the services and sending my dad to this centre. Very improfessional and Dr Raymond has caused my dad's death. I will never forget and forgive what this hosp has done to my beloved dad. *ps the physiotherapy, occupational therapy & speech therapy were superb.

I was under lisha, shawn, pria n shivani and well take care by a good doctor lydia n dr tan. From here, i learnt how to be independent from our movement and it is not easy for me to have a positif n confident attitude to move on. At last , i can.. from here i learnt a lot walking by using walking frame crutches and till i can be independent. The nurses are good, well trained. The food is nice too. (Translated by Google) Special hospital for physio rehab only. The price of physio here is also cheaper than other private hospitals, very worth it. Here is also for speech and occupational therapy rehab as well. I once saw a patient here enter the ward with a wheelchair, but when he came out, he could walk on his own with a cane. Less than a month anyway. Highly recommended for patients with stroke, accident or difficulty walking. even slip disc pain can also be done. Ever made a treatment here very satisfied. Can choose men or women for Muslims who want to take care of their aurat.

Dear ReGen Rehab Hospital Team, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for your dedication and professionalism in providing excellent rehabilitation care to my sister and other patients. You have shown what it means to be credible, compassionate and committed in your work. You have made a difference in the lives of many people who have suffered from debilitating injury or illness by helping them regain their physical and cognitive functions, independence and quality of life. You have also been a source of support and encouragement to mine, their families and caregivers. You have also been innovative and adaptive in delivering rehabilitation services through various platforms and programmes. You are truly the pride and asset of ReGen Rehab Hospital, the first private rehabilitation hospital in Malaysia that practises an integrated patient care model with specialised facilities and partnerships with global leaders in rehabilitation. You have upheld the vision of becoming ASEAN's premiere provider of rehabilitation medicine and related services. Thank you for your hard work and proud of you. Sincerely, LOH Vv Ee "
