mall,

injuries

clear
Veronica
and
Ms.
Ong
did
not
involve
in
the
entire
discussion
between
the
manager
and
me
earlier.
I
was
only
there
with
my
mom
which
is
already
63
years
old.
Fearing
they
will
cause
more
injuries
to
me
and
my
mom,
we
left
the
shop
and
went
straight
to
do
a
police
report.
Until
today,

Pet
&
Aquatic
has
not
arrange
their
staff
or
personal
advisor
to
make

apology
to
us.
