Nilufar offer all your petting needs from foods to toy to husbandry accessories. They have a good variety of aquatic fish and plants, also aquariums and filters and anything you can think of. They have a section for exotic pets which offers let's ranging from bearded dragons, sulcata tortoises, corn snakes, and many more. They also have dogs, cats and rabbits for sales. Although these are a little pricey. They offer all your cat and dog needs too from food to toys. They offer grooming service and nail cutting service too. I have also used their boarding service, they are great. I had my American Bully stay with them for more than a month (I am renovating so please don't judge me) and they took care of my dog fine. 🥰🥰🥰 Thanks Nilufar if you're reading this. So overall they are great. They even let me take him for walks when I come to visit. 😄

A good place for anyone who likes aquatic animals! Nilufar located inside the Atria shopping mall is a nice pet & aquatic shop. Visitors can find different types of fish and aquatic animals such as turtles & shrimp including beautiful aquatic plants. Pet animals such as rabbits, cats, birds, tortoises & some reptiles can be found here. The layout of the shop is organised and staff is helpful. Apart from animals, this shop has almost everything you will need such as different sizes of aquariums or pet cages, pet accessories, animal food & more. However, the pricing of certain items can usually be more expensive here.

Big pet store that cover aquatic pet, reptile, hamster, bunny, dog and cat. Wide range of products for aquarium - aquatic plant, filter, substrate, food, lighting etc. Easy to collect all items you need in one place. However, premium brands like Fluval etc are not sold here.

Attractive and good place to explore pets. Fish price are cheap and can find rare species. Aquarium accessories quite expensive compare to other places. Before buy the fish request the workers to pack your fish (Medium & Big ) in separate plastic bag, if no they will dump all fish in small plastic bag. My Oscar was injured terribly and died, but my albino bichir and pleco very active😊😭. Overall good place. They have other pets also❤️🐟 Highly Recommend 👌👌👌

Long term customer to this shop, and enjoy the variety and quality products. However, bringing my pet dog for nail trimming today wothout appt. most shops would entertain this trivial request, even the groomer has no pet at that time. However, staff were reluctant to accept walks in, even though the grooming room is relatively sparse. Kudos to the staff for willingness to accomodate after i made my points to them. Apart from this unhelpful attitude, this is a nice shop to visit. So make ur appt of it is anything to do with the grommer. i guess that is their expectation.

Aqua Scaping experts! They have everything you need for the best fish tank. Lots of variety of aquatic life too. They have a few other pets like dogs, cats, lizards and bunnies. It's wheelchair friendly. The price of the products are reasonable compared to other pet shops.

There's a small variety of dogs and cats available for sale and a large variety of fresh water fish and rabbits. As a place to buy a new pet, it seems well equipped to guide you through the necessities. As a place to get your assortment of toys, accessories, and every other thing you may need for your pet, it's great. The customer service was nice too. Only downside maybe the concern I have for their exotic animals, mainly the meerkat they have for sale and the prairie dog (picture a large squirrel without bushy tail).

Such a nice place you can freely look at fluffy kittens (check out British short hair!), bunnies and the likes. They won’t shoo you away for just adoring the pets here while you pass by. They offer a lot of different species you don’t normally find elsewhere too.

One of a great place to shop your pet or surprise your pet. The shop has lots of interesting inventory to upgrade your hobby. Worth a visit. I would say, I'll comeback shortly for some upgrades.

Before I start to own any aquarium, I thought the price in their shop is a bit higher than outside because of the high rate of rental fee in shopping mall. After I explore more and more aquarium shops by roadside, I found that the quality of fish in Nilufar is premium level. Any fish that you find in their shop is good quality, it's hard to find any damaged or defected fish in Nilufar. Furthermore, even though there are lack of manpower during peak hours, they will still serve you in nice manner if you get any of them. I must visit again in future. Will recommend to others.☺️💖 (I get my hamster in their shop before, happy for the condition of their hamsters)

No hate towards this shop I am even a member here. But one thing i need to tell people - if you are newbie who needs suggestions ; the staffs are terrible. They would suggest the expensive ones, but when I ask why - what is the difference? they dont know why. A few times already happened. I think its a great place if you KNOW what u want, and more experienced yourself. But if u come in and ask for help or suggestions they are not knowledgable nor helpful. I hope this can be improved. Its a nice clean shop to come with kids though.

All time favourite pet supply center... we get all our pet stuff from here... they really take good care of the pets here... Sara is the one who cleans up n feeds the little fur babies and she does an amazing job... all the fur babies love her and so do I... such a lovely, well knowledgeable girl... very helpful... other staffs too...

Amazing pet shops that doubles up as mini zoo. Great place for your pets needs as they have all in-store from food to vitamin and enclosure. Great place for your children too as they can learn about animals. Aside from selling pets food/accessories, they have grooming service as well for cats and dogs.

Great selection of fish if you're a fish keeper. They also have good deals on fish tanks on occasion. They cover a good stock for all things pet related but of course.... Mall prices. But the free first hour parking at atria makes this an easy place to go to get pet supplies

Well balanced shop, plus some exotic pets lesser seen elsewhere like chameleon. Dogs, fishes, aquarium accessories, they have it all. Pretty much all in one shop that's good for a casual browse or if you need something for your pets, most likely you will find it there.

Bought my daughters' pets here and sent them to boarding here. So far, this is the best pet shop I have visited in Malaysia. They are professional, knowledgeable, and energetic. I know that when I go to Nilufar, my pets will be in good hands. Kudos to all the staff!

We got our pet bunny, Lily from Nilufar. And this is our review 1- Environment 4/5 - Overall was good, not too stuffy and dark like certain pet shops. 2. Price 4/5 - The prices for items really depends on the type of pets, but i would say it is way cheaper than PLC and suitable for each sizes And weight of the item. Example the usual price for basic carrier would usually be RM100 and above, but we managed to get a medium sized carried for only RM70++ - Many choices and option to choose - It’s a standard price for accessories and other misc item - For pets, The price is depends on the breed and age 3- Pets condition 4/5 - WAY WAY BETTER than some pet shop. Bunny is treated well here, they are provided with Hay instead of coloured pellets. They are given ample of space and interaction with others. For cats and dogs and other exotic animal are also available for viewing 4- Staff 3.5/5 A well customer service by Sara (Nilufar @ Atria) . She is so patient and attentive to the customer and pets. Willing to explain in detail of their condition and requirement. So friendly to kids and new customer. Hope you recognize her effort. Bad experience at the cashier, maybe they can improve their customer service and attentiveness to customer request. Our favourite pet shops ❤️ 😍 sometimes when you buy certain fish from other aquarium, it's infected and bring disease to your other fishes. But with nilufar, we never have this issue. They have so many other animals too so even when we have nothing to do, we will still bring our kids in just to see the other pets

Reviving fishkeeping hobby at Nilufar. The pets are in great condition. Bought ten Cherry Red shrimps at RM3 each which is market price I believe. Hope all goes well. No pics as shrimps are soooo tiny.

Love the fishes and aquatic animals. Feel really sorry for the poor meerkat that was alone in such a small enclosure. Should definitely improve the living condition although temporary as meerkats are social animals that live in a group.

One of my favorite pet stall to get my live fishes or aquatic stuff . But a little pricey on the aquascape products , if they could adjust prices to compete with other aqua shops , I think it will be a perfect places to go if your looking to start an aquascape hobby . However I wish they could extend the shop hours to 9.45 pm during weekend.

I love this shop. There are variety of pets' stuff for cats, fishes, dogs, tortoises, gecko, birds, rabbits, etc. They do provide grooming and pet's hotel services.

The place is quite clean, a variety of animals are available for purchases, from kitten, puppies, rabbits, to reptiles, turtles, fishes, some aquatic plants and other supplies. Service is ok, sometimes the staff isn't too friendly but only some of them. Usually we can get help when we're looking around.

Bought my fish tank starter kit here. The lady staff is super friendly and willing to guide us on our first aquarium purchase. The fish choices is sufficient for beginner like us.

VERY CLEAN aquarium side. That is my first word. Fish is in well maintain tank, glass is clean no algae. Some aquascape, terrarium, vivarium available too with nice hardscape layout. Just if saltwater fish coral available will be awesome. Overall having great time here.

the place i resort to for my fishkeeping needs, the staff wont bother you so you can take ur time without being pressured- which is what i like. however, they seem to lack certain big name products like API and Seachem medications for fish.

Bought a rabbit cage from Nilufar, and I must say it's a super pleasant experience. The lady who assisted us, Faz, was incredibly helpful - from explaining about the rabbit cage, to the option of ordering from the catalogue for a model which was out of stock. She followed up on Monday about the pre-ordered cage, and asked if we wanted to pick up the display model. She kindly kept the display model for us to pick up over the weekend. Nilufar is a spacious, well organised - well stocked pet shop, and I hope this can be maintained.

Quite a big pet shop inside this shopping mall. There are wide selections of pets to fishes in here. The staff here are friendly and they love the pets here too. Pricing of pets are slightly higher but the clean and wide selections will offset the difference. You will see many happy faces especially kids seeing all the cute pets here.

My family and i bought this cute little Shih Tzu here and he is living happily at home with us. Every week he has a grooming appointment at Nilufar and he is always happy to see the staff whenever we visit. Staff are also very nice and friendly and they will try to help you with the best they can

Love coming here to look at pets even if I wasn't buying one. They have a variety of domestic pets. Bring my kids here just to hang about with them. They do have cute dogs sometimes. Hardly see any cats. Lotsa fishes around.

Overall the staff are nice and is a good place to bring kids for here to shop, but why I only rate 4 star is because sometimes the malay girl attitude is not so good.. but I do understand sometime your busy or I very wordy or just see me just buy a bit the things ,your dont want serve me and I need to find myself 🙁🙁,not same like the other all staff,they will ask me anything what I am looking ☹️☹️
