    Good option for rented rooms here with ok facilities at moderate cost. However the access restrictions to multiple floors including the basements are always create u troubles especially when u r new to the same. The area is really good with asia jaya railway station nearby, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

    Office suites are fancy. But the building is quite new and is mostly empty. It's walking distance from Asia Jaya LRT and rental isn't cheap. It is said to be the tallest building in PJ and the location is great as it is right beside the federal highway.

    Strategic location. But federal highway is all about jammed. Home is very nice with 1 queen bed and 1 sofabed. Clean and tidy. We wish to have washer & dryer and it would complete all requirement of a homestay. Staffs are polite and fast response.

    Studio/deluxe apartment, walking distance to Jaya, PJ 33, Jaya digital and some others shopping Malls. Chinese, Indian food just at walking distance. Starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, subway, secret recipe just at 5 to 10min walk. Tower B is shared with Sheraton PJ 😀

    Nice & clean SOHO! However, people staying here don't get any amenities like gym, swimming pool, etc. I didn't even get a parking spot. There is no community activities here. There's hardly any chance of socialising and making friends while living in it. It's quite a good place for people who like to live a secluded life. There's no disturbance at all.

    Just rent an office here in Tower A. The space is around 800++sf Overall , it's great as it have security guard and convenient transportation nearby. Looking forward once they had finish interior renovation.

    Corridor to the units are similar to low cost apartments, both sides of the walls have no dressing and the main fire door lack the grand appearance. Internally the exposed fire fighting pipes protracted an industrial Look.
