Today I went to collect a 5g gold bar. They are located in a two-partitioned room in a retail lot shared by other companies. Their staff is extremely rude. "You don't know Europe, so let me lecture you about Europe and how they work." The staff judges you based on what you wear and buy. BEWARE! They have no idea what is rude, and they lecture me on things I already know while insisting they know far more than the customer! Instead of apologising, they will continue to attack and lecture you! The best customer service here! Silver bullion 10 minutes away is far more professional! I will never return. To all gold lovers, read what they will respond to here and form your own opinions. Check out other bullion stores in Malaysia first; don't fall into their 5 star traps because the majority of them are small buyers.
