Such a horrible place to visit. The staff treat you like a fugitive. They are so unprofessional and speak in Chinese amongst themselves and assume that customers don't understand what they are saying. I decided not to spend my money where I am not welcomed. Please don't bother to support big chains like Poh Kong, who's staff are not interested in making a sale or welcoming customers as they all get paid a fat salary and they think that they are able to judge their clients and decide if they would like to serve them or not. I am going back to my normal jeweller for sure. POH KONG IS A NO NO for me.

Bad experience at Poh Kong pavilion outlet. Bought a pair of diamond earrings and bangle years ago at Poh Kong. On 8/1/20 went to pavilion outlet asked for cleaning my diamonds! Was told by one of the lady SA cleaning charges is RM50. I was surprise that during my purchase , SA told me , customer can comeback anytime for cleaning. No charges! On the spot I asked this SA( pavilion outlet) why should pay for RM50 ? She told me , today I came in without purchase anything. She can’t just do free service for me! 1.RM50 charges is not an issue, why should other SA promise that , that’s a lifetime free service for cleaning ? 2.Means customer COMPULSORY purchase something in order to get a free cleaning ? 3.Other local competitors like Degem , Wah Chan, Habib. All are providing diamonds cleaning FREE service to customers regardless client just walk in without purchase anything! 4.Calculative and poor customer service.

Sorry to said so but it would be the last time I purchased from Poh Kong. I really feel unsatisfied with Poh Kong. 1)The sales person (Irena) take away the bracelet I might decided to buy to others customer since I said keep it for me first because I looking extra necklace that I want to buy. 2) The sale person (Windy) already promise to give me free gift but can't do it. 3)The sale person is dishonest since I purchased 4 item she only give me 3 box. While I check it and noticed it she just said their's boxes to keep the necklace is finish. 4) I asking for the jewellery cloth and she said she cant give because is for customer purchase diamond only. Please, I don't first time purchased gold...Dont cheat me again and again. I bought necklace from Wah Chan, they give me directly without asking and the services is much more better. 5) I really feel angry with them cheating me and my mum again and again. 6) You cant ignore me but just my kindly advise that its better to improve the services especially Genting branch since it is a tourism place. Tourist bad impression on Poh Kong Genting might left bad impression about the whole Malaysia. Lastly, service quality is very important. No matter how good the product is but with bad services customer totally wont visit again!

The sales persons were great. We met three persons who were honest and provided sincere advice, instead of simply sales focus.

Staffs are friendly and they don't practice racial profiling I believe.

Another purchase and another pleasant experience shopping at Poh Kong PJ Branch. Wendy was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. With a wide selection, you would definitely find something that is just right for you.

This shop offers many choices for jewellery lovers. They also have monthly installments if you purchase items above RM 1K. So yeah drop by and experience it.

Update: I contacted Poh King’s HQ and as a gesture of good will, they have agreed to replace the back locks no charge. It would’ve been better if Poh Kong not sell locks that are so loose, but at least they’ve taken responsibility for it. Any future buyers, do check carefully. Bought a pair of white gold earrings and the workmanship of it is so poor that the earrings became loose so easily. As a result one of the back lock piece of the earring got lost although the earrings was saved. The product was meant to have a 1 year warranty but only used it for a few weeks and already came loose. Even the staff at Poh kong believes the earring no longer locks well and it is certainly poor workmanship. The solution offered to us was to replace both earring back piece for RM39 each and we must buy 2 even when only 1 is lost and we can’t exchange the current one that’s loose. This is terribly workmanship that Poh kong has refused to take responsibility for and refuses to replace it and still wants to charge us RM78 to replace the back lock of the earring. What kind of customer service and poor customers experience is this that I am no longer confident in ever buying Poh Kong products again .
