Receptionist refused to register me because, in her words, “I cannot register you if you [have been to] other clinics”. Not recommended for people not born in this clinic. But if you are, good for you, it seems exclusive.

I don’t know why this clinic can still exist. Exorbitant prices given its rundown condition, no air-conditioning and mediocre service. Consultation fee alone was RM60, medication prices is double or triple the price elsewhere. If I were to go elsewhere for a normal sickness like flu, sore throat, rashes, etc, probably I will be charged RM60-70 only but here I paid RM130. Also, something really disgusting particularly in times of Covid, the doctor actually use a metal tongue depressor to check my throat and after using, it was placed back into a cup of water! So it is likely that the tool has been reused throughout the day and probably only washed during closing. Seriously? Isn’t it likely that the germs/bacteria from the previous patient might pass on to the next one! When the doctor inspect a female patient (lift up clothes to check chest or back area or other private parts), it is normal that they will call the nurse in to be present but he didn’t.

I hope I read the reviews here before going to this clinic, the reviews here are all true, just the consultation fee is RM50, and the cost of washing a small wound is RM160. The nurse told me that the reason is because the doctor washes it for me personally, It would be cheaper if a nurse washes the wound. If so, why not post a price list and let the customer decide whether they want a doctor or a nurse to wash the wound? Not everyone is rich or can afford, I feel as if I have been ripped off by this clinic, plus antibiotics and 4 painkillers total amount is RM360, I keep asking myself, do other clinics have the same price? At the end, I refuse to take the antibiotic and painkillers because they accept cash only but I do not have enough cash in my wallet. After checking on the Internet, I found out that the reviews of this clinic are so bad, and many have encountered the same problems. In the end, I can only blame myself for making the wrong decision. I advise everyone to read the reviews before making a any decision in future. Finally, I would like to ask, is it possible to file a complaint with MCMC in such a case? I want to give this clinic NEGATIVE -5 STARS!

When I read the review I was thinking how bad it can be. At my surprise, yes it is very bad. One example is we didn’t take a medicine from them as we have it at home, they refuse to give us the dosage as they were quite unhappy we didn’t take from them. You are a clinic, not a pharmacy. It’s very obvious they want to profit from medicine (which they charge quite expensive) and not from consultation.

Went there once during the start of lockdown, i went to seek treatment on my abscess since the usual clinic i go to is closed that day. The indian male doctor asked me to remove my face mask to talk to him. which i think its weird. and when I told him about my previous surgical abscess extraction on my stomach, he asked me to show him, he kept touching and stroking my scar while asking me unrelated questions. I just pulled my shirt back down, cuz I felt its unnecessary and weird. The whole experience was creepy and expensive af. 10/10 wouldnt recommend.

Well, the bill is RM180+ for a normal flu visit. The medicine includes only some paracetamol, flu pill, cough syrup, gargle and antibiotic. I say this is adsurb pricing. The consultation fee itself is RM30 so the rest is medicine bill. This clinic should consider charging a reasonable pricing as it is double the rate.

Call whole morning nobody pick up call, until afternoon around 1pm only got a lady pick up. I'm calling to ask for clinic info and test info, the lady who pick up my call is very annoyed by talking to me, even though I'm speaking very politely and a patient voice speed. I asked for the actual consultation time of clinic, what kind of test can be done in clinic, walk in or appointment. That's all I was asking, she cannot listen my question and scolded me for why ask so much? and she knock off my call. If she is the nurse, with this kind of irritable attitude, I feel sad to the patient she treated.

best word to describe this doctor: unethical. first thing doctor said when he sees my dad's fever; "H1N1" asking doctor to test to confirm he said no need because of his so called "experience". fast forward, total bill was RM280 (one of it was normal panadol) end up we only pay RM60 for only CONSULTATION.

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO BE RIPPED OFF! First of all i don’t understand why the front desk nurse has to insist on keeping my IC until i have consulted the doctor. Once she has registered me, i requested to take my IC back but she asked me to wait until I have finished consulting the doctor. Secondly, I was charged RM70 for just a 2 minute consultation! The doctor wanted to give me some tablets but I felt like i didnt need them so i rejected, otherwise I would need to pay more. RM70 for a 2 minute consultation on headache with no medicine. Truly unbelievable

*KLINIK NG DESERVE 0 STAR* I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Klinik Ng. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with an astonishing level of rudeness and disrespect from the clinic staff. As a patient seeking medical attention, I expected to be treated with professionalism and empathy, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical attention to steer clear of Clinic Ng. There are numerous other clinics in the area that prioritize patient care and maintain a respectful environment. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by seeking healthcare elsewhere.

Giving a 1 star because I cannot rate it as 0 star. The receptionist is extremely rude. Talk as if annoyed all the time. Went in to see the doctor, was extremely rude as hell. When the doctor was checking my throat, he used a steel type of metal stick ( I forgot what it is called) to check my throat, then after checking he only put the metal object in a cup filled with water and I'm guessing they only changed the water when closing 🤢 Criticises me for being diabetic (mind you, it is genetic) and even shoved my forehead with his finger (tunjal). A doctor should not have done this behavior towards their patients. Would not recommend this place at all. Don't know why this place can still operate. And just for that brief yet unlikeable experience, it costs RM300. The medicine still got dust on them. Clinic is a place for people to get treated yet why is it dusty, unhygienic as well.

I’ll never come back here!! I came here on my second day of severe sore throat, the receptionist hold onto my ID and never gave me back until I made my payment (just like another review said). They charged me RM253 for consultation, 3 days antibiotic medication, gargle solution and sore throat meds. Didn’t find it worked on the next day (which usually we will see slight improvement after a night). So I went to KPJ Damansara the next day and the doctor said that sore throat medication from Klinik Ng will not work on me, they gave me throat spray instead and bromhexine for standby. I only have to pay RM131.75. The other thing I find klinik ng dodgy is that, the medication they provides are not in whole strip form. Why do they have to cut it in small piece form? It causes hole on the strip foil, and patient can’t tell the expiry date.

Overpriced! I didn't expect gastric pain to cost me rm199! 5min consultation. I told them I didn't bring enough cash and if they accept card, the reception told me to choose amongst the medicines to see if there is any i dont need! I am shocked!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Came to get meds for my flu but got a lecture about my diabetes instead, which i am already taking medication for and is under control.. also had the audacity to lecture me to not be so manja and to grow up cause i asked for 2 days sick leave.. not to mention the rude receptionist and mold growing on the soap in the bathroom.. i am legitimately very surprised how you are still in business. EVERYONE working there should hv a reality check and learn some manners, like seriously who do you think you are😂 lol

I went there due to my 5 days high fever last sat and just for 4pcs of Augmentin 625mg, 4pcs antiviral caps (in-hse), 2pcs pfizer brand for headache & consultation I been charged of RM206😭😭TOO PRICEY!!! The meds just for 2days only, so when I do my follow up checkup on the 3rd day, charging me again RM100, ending i paid RM50 (checkup fee) and I never get any prescription eventhough I asked for it, instead he advised me to come back if im having fever again.🥺🙍 I still need to take 1 more set, but since he don't want to give prescription how to buy outside very unprofessional way. Never care their patient🥺I don't recommend this clinic.

If there is a zero I would rate it so. The receptionist is so rude. She just told me off, go buy a mask. We dont sell mask here. To see doctor need to wear mask. I said, its ok, i am not sick, i will be travelling for 2 months overseas and just want to get some antibiotics. She said, cannot must see doctor. I said, are you a doctor, she replied no. Then can you please go ask the doctor? Reluctantly she went. Then came back, doctor said have to see him but wear mask. I kinda like ok, whatever, i go next door to another clinic. Mind you, no one was there that time and this clinic insist on cash. So no mask cannot see doctor, but payment can take cash. Anyway, went next door, receiptionist provide a mask, saw the doctor and took medicine. Done in 5 mins. Klinik Ng must have lost their way of being a health care provider. Or maybe earn enough already. Consultation rm60 but cant provide 20cents mask.

DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC, there are plenty of other clinics nearby. The charges are astronomical here, and people here are a quite rude in my opinion. I was charged RM 200+ for a common flu, consultation itself was RM60. Please save yourself from unpleasant surprises and visit other clinics

Would give 0 stars if I could, and wished I’ve read the reviews before entering. Charged my mom RM 182 for simple antibiotics, flu and sore throat medication where you can these at 50 ringgit at another clinic. We moved to the area recently and wanted a nearby clinic but I guess it was a mistake the enter this one as the others were closed. Ngl, it was a red flag at first sight, never seen so many posters, etc hung on walls, it was like the doctor could diagnose and treat every illness. Receptionist was rude and a con, didn’t return back the correct money change to my mother after we paid. The doctor is arrogant and egotistical, kept going on about pointless things where all I wanted was my mom to get a checkup and get medicine to feel better. It was shady and skeptical once he talked about how all his words are fact and it’s accurate. I’m sorry to hurt your ego, Dr Anthony, but you’re not the only doctor in the world, there will always be someone with better skill than you. I’m not going to argue as I am not a doctor myself, but please get off your high horse as you make your patients feel uncomfortable and your prices are ridiculously high. Never going to come back here again, wishing ppl to read reviews before entering and avoid making the mistake like I did.

The clinic is so aesthetic and cute and super cozy and clean and look so premium. I was expecting the bill gonna be expensive but its actually pretty affordable and th price actually better then the other clinics ive been into ✨ definitely will come here again since its near to my office.

1 blood test that I never had the result, 12 tablets of antibiotics + 1 antibiotics injection cost me RM636. I just called the clinic again for the report, when I mentioned about the report that I never received, suddenly the doctor said currently he is doing some surgery. Are you supposed to pick up a call at all when doing surgery?

Had an accident and came for treatment. Refused company panel card because it was an “accident case”. Only cash accepted. Wound was not cleaned. Given cream, antibiotics and pills for swelling at RM305. When asked to note that it was due to accident, doctor refused. A full doctor report can be done at RM50.

I'm calling to ask for my client's medical report, the lady who pick up my call is very annoyed by talking to me, even though I'm speaking very politely. I just want to check with them before i check with my company, That's all I was asking, she cannot listen my question and scolded me for why didn't check with your company first? and she knock off my call. If she is the nurse, with this kind of irritable attitude. Luckily, our company already received it. If not, i will face another drama with her.

Visited the clinic because I wasnt feeling well. Normal right? To go and get a professional's opinion. Before I went to the clinic, I had measured my own temperature and wasn't having a fever temperature, so I skipped panadol that morning and took those dissolve in water vitamin c, because to boost immunity ma, right? Went to the clinic, no patients, very quiet, felt a bit off, but hey, maybe everyone is healthy but me. So went in to see the doctor, told her my symptoms and all, she checked my temperature, 38 degrees. So she asked me got take any medication this morning. I said no, only took vitamin c. And she turned her head looking at me weirdly like i'm stupid, and said in a demoralizing tone "vitamin c is not for fever, you have a fever now" she paused, waiting for me to answer, but i was so in shocked from her response that i couldnt even respond to her. Like helloooo, i'm not an expert right, thats why come and see a doctor. And what the hell is wrong with taking vitamin c? It helps boost immunity, does it not?! What kind of doctor are you? Yea well, anyways, overall, rude unfriendly doctor. I really dont know how they manage to stay open for so long, probably because they charge expensive. Will never go back nor recommend this clinic to anyone. Would give 0 or as far as -5 if I could. Shouldve checked google reviews before i visited.

Worst place to go to when you’re sick. Receptionist was RUDE and took ages to register and asking for irrelevant information. Doctor cannot decide whether the patient should keep his mask on or off to examine his throat. Despite patient having a temperature, they were NOT going to dispense paracetamol had we not requested. To be honest I dont know how this clinic is running for so long despite such poor service, even the seats outside are bound and taped with duct tape.

This clinic deserve zero star tbh. Exceptionally rude reception, it’s post-pandemic insisted me to wear mask before I could make enquiry. Wanted to consult in the morning, but receptionist said Doctor busy when I could see him reading newspaper behind. 🤢
