Nice and quiet for the shopping. Plenty of bargains to be found

A good place to visit especially if it's raining. There are a good many stores to visit in the main building. Prices are certainly competitive to the rest of Peterborough. If it's a nice sunny day, then I recommend a visit to the IMO car wash to spruce up the car.

I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like the Serpentine Green. Brilliant shopping centre with various other stores in it. Including Superdrug, Big Tesco, Boots and many others. Great big car park, could do with few more parent and child parking spaces which don't even need to be close to the store itself as long as there is enough space to take a car seat out.

Dreadful shopping precinct that may well have seen better days, maintenance seems to be at the bottom of the list in regards to this place. I don't know this area, but it does have a negative reputation. I was on my way to a conference at the time. I can't add photos because I would have been concerned about holding a camera in public around here.

Fantastic shopping centre with a variety of stores. The tesco in there is massive and full of everything you need. I enjoy coming here at night time as its not as busy but during covid they are not open 24 hours, which is a shame.

Having shopped at Serpentine Green since it opened..I have found that it offers more than just a Tesco. I can buy clothes, medicines, gifts, cards, coffee or just sit and people watch. There are always things going on in the pedestrian areas and probably the best alternative to a Subway you could hope for. If you do not want to go to town and pay for parking, this is a great alternative.

Shopping centre is located on the outskirts of Peterborough, not large, but you can buy most things you may be looking for. The largest store is a Tesco extra, other range from clothing to jewellery and many more. Plenty of parking.

It's a generally clean and functional shopping centre. It would be good to see more of a range of shops, but there's a decent range of them. The only issue I have is that the toilets aren't always available in the evening which can be a bit of a pain.

I enjoyed the lights and the collection of shops and space. Was a hot drinks and doughnut van out side. Shame very for men in the tessco was empty and closed and didn't see burgerking either. But was friendly and plenty of parking. Even toilets accessible inside on the left. Got to go back to the works shop was nice.

Overall, it was a good experience, but Next need to reorganise their processes. Upstairs was one person on the till, dealing with customer enquiries/returns and almost having a nervous breakdown with an ever-growing queue. We gave up and headed downstairs where two staff had no queue at all. I felt sorry for the staff as they were trying to cope. Better management required.

Vast shopping centre with a very large Tesco stocking everything you'd need for a weekly shop and then some. Lots of other retailers, food outlets and now a gym too. Car park is vast, naturally everybody tries to park as close as they can. Park towards the petrol station and you'll have acres of parking spaces to yourself.

Very good shopping experience with plenty of stores to help you spend your money.

The food court used to be great because the group could select different meals eg. Tesco restaurant, burger king, sandwich shop, and eat in the central area, as a group on the tables and chairs. These are no longer available, and a large area has been left bare and with no apparent form of use. There is still a good range of different shops available with a few smaller units changing ownership.

Extremely large tesco extra. Much bigger than my local tesco extra. Has an enormous toy isle organised by brand, and even has toy trials before they are fully released across the rest of tesco.

Worse than useless all the toilets being closed in the evenings and I cannot stand seeing all the showoffs in the gym. The eateries are overpriced and hardly used. Everyone just overcharges for food not worth calling edible these days. It's a pity they don't have a love of cooking as they do abroad

No footpaths, no real public space, no joy. Nothing but a grey monolith of car parks and conspicuous consumption. An American-style hell hole. This is what the death of a culture looks like. Avoid at all costs.

My second visit here in the past 2 months, staying and working in the area. The staff just as friendly as on previous stay and a great range of food here, shopped at the Tescos in the centre there, just as nice as previously. I am here for the week and look forward to the next visit here. There are other shops in this centre.

Plentiful car parking spaces and they are a decent size so you can actually get your door open without worrying about hitting the car next to you. Center itself clean and functional.

Actually i only popped into M&S. As always i was spoilt for choice as to what to buy for my tea. Everything is of such high quality. Staff helpful & plentiful.

Plenty of free parking. Huge Tesco and petrol station and a variety of other shops, new look, jd sports, holland and barrett, next, m and s and costa. Nothing amazing or different, modern and airy, busy but not horrifically so.

Infestation of flies in the shopping centre toilets, and as for the smell....it burns the nostrils it's that bad 🤬😷😷😷 Big accident yesterday night on the only exit road out of Tesco. Police in attendance, road going out blocked! Literally saw two guards running to their security block (Gino) to hide away from all the commotion rather than help? Went on for over an hour. Would have helped massively to help calm the situation if they could have negotiated the swarms of traffic trying to leave if they had lifted the bus barrier. But no, absolutely no help whatsoever??? They are about as much help as a chocolate fire guard that lot!!!

First time visiting. Lovely shopping centre but unfortunately not very well sign posted, and difficult to find in the dark as most of the street lights in the area aren't working! Peterborough must be saving a fortune on electricity!!?

Great for visiting Tesco, M&S, Next, Clarks, Deichmann and many more. Free parking and food stands add to the attraction of this out-of-town shopping centre.

Huge shopping complex with everything under one umbrella. Tesco is cheap with the club card. I really loved using the club cards to get things in club card special price. Just simply apply club via there website. It's easy and simple to use. Get discount and enjoy your shopping.

A thin corridor of shops in front of a massive tesco. Seemed all the Men’s clothing sections in the relevant shops from H&M to Next and everything in between was very limited and they all seemed to focus on the womens. Oh well. That quick lunch cost me £9. The Costa in the upstairs of Next was expensive.

Good place to shop. Ample parking space. The Tesco is always open except for Sunday. Do have a coin to spare otherwise you will be left looking for a way to get a trolley. Tesco has its largest store located here as compared to the stores within the vicinity. You will get a good selection of fruits and vegetables in the store.

I live close by and always enjoy going there for a quick shopping. It's not big and doesn't not have variety of many different fashion shops but there are few which could serve the purpose when you need something g really fast. It's great that it's so close by and you have def.variety of grocery shopping.

Use Serpentine for shopping, easy to get to, good choice of shops. However today we went on a trip to London for father in laws 80th to see a show and was collected by bus. I wasn't sure of parking restrictions as it says 2000 free spaces and shuts at 00:00 and the gates are locked. All was ok though as one exit is left open after midnight.

A large 24 hours Tesco and few shops and places to eat are located here and a large Boots. I wouldn’t class this as a shopping centre as such as it only has a handful of shops including those I mentioned and a Game, Poundland and couple more so it’s more like a supermarket with fees shops and features together

The shopping complex itself is quite good with various shops mainly Tesco that's quite large and very busy, I visited Next ,the men's section was quite small and cramped and the staff seem more concerned with themselves than the customers . Won't be returning to Next .plenty of free parking but trolleys need coins.

A good shopping experience to be had here, a wonderfully huge tesco and several useful satellite shops also

I have really enjoyed visiting the shopping center in Serpentine green. They have decorated the place up for Christmas. Plenty of parking spaces. The variety of shops in the area message they one return not have to go to multiple places to buy things. All under one roof! I haven't visited the food court yet, but they appear to have very good deals. Children will enjoy the spacious area.

Tidy tesco here and the boots is pretty good as well. Lots of parking. One star lost due to the slight chaos in the road layout but thats just the way lots of places are these days with the amount of traffic there is

  • 4/5 Man G. 1 year ago on Google
Quite alright for a shopping centre. For the local people it is considered to be "big". What a joke. Anyway, it has all the basic necessities. If it rains the roof leaks on people's heads anywhere indoors, especially in tesco, that ain't nice.

I only visit the toilets and Tesco when we stop here (travel for work). The toilets are clean and use Dyson touch-free hand dryers. Tesco is always incredibly busy and often have low to no stock of what I need.

Various shops, Tesco only access one side so quiet dawning having walk all the way down to gain access to Tesco , food Hall not much variety

Went to return an item to a clothes outlet, who over. Christmas had an area within Tesco. Chose to go to Serpentine Green as all on one level and suitable Disabled Parking. Sadly the outlet had closed.😢

Plenty of parking here and a range of shops. Saw a photographic talk here which was outstanding.

  • 3/5 Kevin P. 1 year ago on Google
Parking is an absolute nightmare and poorly laid out leading to other drivers getting frustrated attempting to get parked. Little kids playground looked like a crime scene. Shops though are good as well as clean and staff are friendly

A shopping centre that has so much potential but shops keep closing down after a while. Wish there was more variety of stores. Big Tesco is good here though!
