Passei o réveillon na pousada vila Brasil. Pousada boa, bonita,bem localizada,bom café da manhã... Os proprietários são uma simpatia e os funcionários atenciosos. Como tive uma intercorrência em minha estadia acabei precisando sair antes do combinado(seriam 3 diárias e acabou sendo 2).Então pedi que fizessem de maneira q nem a pousada e nem eu saíssem no prejuízo,o proprietário concordou simpáticamente. Porém o atende Guilherme fechou minha conta e para minha surpresa o valor era mais elevado do q a minha amiga pagou ficando também por 2 diárias, fazendo consumo de itens, ficando em uma categoria igual a minha,pagando 10%...e fechando pelo booking. Pedi que ele me explicasse a matemática usada para tamanha desproporção. Ele me chamou de questionador,q a Juliana quando passou meu orçamento eu havia concordado,q seu quisesse acertar com a Juliana no dia seguinte ela me explicaria,pois ele não sabia o q ela praticou de preço...Foi extremamente desagradável e me recusei a pagar os 10%. Então na hora de fechar com a pousada pesquisem bastante, pois acho q cada um prática um preço diferente não usando uma tabela tarifária igual para todos. Ps.:Fechei direto com eles e minha amiga pelo booking pagando a diária mais em conta.

Um atendimento impecável,de todos os colaboradores,sem exceção. Um café da manhã super completo e muito tranquilo.
