Worst hotel experience in my life. I have arrived during a sat afternoon. No Reception staff and after 1 hour I´ve noticed that the name of my reservation required to get the key from automatic checkin was wrong. 1 hour of "insert surname" ..... lucky i've found my wrong surname! After the first problem another great new approached : 4th floor and no elevator with a 20kg luggage! Ok .... As soon as I Entered my room I was just shocked. See photos attached but everything was really dirty. Moreover there was a toilet paper used before so I am sure that the bathroom was not cleaned at all! Dirty spots on the moquette, some strange stains on the blanket, toilet paper out of position, spots on the pillow. Are you serious ??? I´ve just closed the door after taking some pictures and ran away from this hell. It should be -30.000 stars on 5 ...... Disgusting! p.s. just to make everything "perfect" the wifi connection on 4th floor is NOT working ..... 2kb/s download speed ! Wow!

Good location but very dirty rooms and shower did not work properly and nothing was done!!!

Lovely and clean positioned in centre of town, close to shops and restaurants. Recommended.

Is a nice place to be in Pforzeim, rooms are good, réception nice, little balcon. The hotel is 2 min by walk from centre, in à good area.

Great Central location, quiet street but access to everything from. Restaurants and cafes to shops.recommend this hotel for a simple city centre stay

Clean small room. Have stayed here more than once, and has been fine. Sometimes there is noone at the counter if it is not during check in/out.

Needs to be refurbished. Not helpful stuff. Early checkout and no storage room to leave your bags. Noisy at the 5am because of cargo cars moving boxes outside the car.

I lov d the check in system. The hotel was reasonably priced, comfortable, and in a good location. We used this hotel to begin our journey on the Westweg trail. I will be back.

Very noisy due to children in adjacent room. As no staff in the hotel, nobody to complain to, a night porter would be better. The automated reception is very poor, especialy as most people arriving at the weekend will find no staff at the hotel. And it wasn't working when we arrived!

They have a self-check in method, Although the room and bed were quite small and the bathroom as well, but they were neat and comfy. it had a nice TV with sky...

Good location in town. Old room but clean. Very noisy , no parking , no air flow , uncomfortably warm. We book non smoking room but the room is just above a smoking spot so all the smoke come into the room anyway even with close window. I definitely will not go back to this hotel but might recommend the place to anyone who like smokes and noisy room.

We used this hotel as a stopping point of our trip to austria (snowboarding) (we are from the Netherlands). Just an okay hotel for a weekend if you want to know Pforzeim or 1 night.
