I have to say I was generally pleasantly surprised afterwards! At first I was scared when I got into the ambulance and saw the old equipment. The staff was very hard-working and friendly, they went briskly with blue lights directly to the state hospital Phang Gna, which is also not a chic high-gloss clinic as in the tourist places, spartan and practical but very well equipped. Despite full chairs in front of the emergency room, I was taken straight to the treatment room, then immediately went on to the X-ray and then treated and sewn by a doctor and 4 nurses. Of course it can happen that a dog meets you in front of the treatment room or that cats in the waiting area keep you company, but this does not matter! the bottom line, absolutely professional, great doctors, perfect work, several layers of skin were sewn and I had the feeling that despite the look, I am in good hands that I can trust. Thank you for the great and quick help! I can only recommend everyone to go to a state hospital instead of the beautiful private clinics that only serve to make money.

หมอผูู้หญิงที่อยู่เวรห้องฉุกเฉินคืนวันที่2 มกราคม 65 เวลาประมาณ 00.30 พูดจาตะคอกใส่เราแย่มากๆ เป็นวัยรุ่นน่ะแต่ทำไมถึงตะคอกใส่ผู้ป่วยแบบนี้ ทั้งๆที่เราก็พูดดีด้วย ต่อให้เป็นโรงพยาบาลรัฐหรือเอกชน ถ้าเป็นหมอแต่ไม่มีจิตรใจบริการ คุณจะมาเป็นหมอทำไม ใส่อารมณ์ใส่คนไข้แย่มากๆ โรงพยาบาลจังหวัดพังงาที่ใครต่อใครพูดกันบ่อยครั้งว่าบริการไม่ดี เมื่อก่อนเรารู้สึกเฉยๆเพราะไม่เคยเจอ แต่ไปเจอมาเมื่อกี้คือรู้สึกได้เลย ว่าเออจริงเหมือนที่เค้าพูดกันเลย (ไม่ได้พูดถึงหมอทุกคนนะคะ พูดถึงหมอผู้หญิงที่อยู่เวรห้องฉุกเฉินคืนวันที่2 ธันวา 65 คนเดียวค่ะ )

มาครั้งนึงเปลี่ยน ระบบครั้งนึง เข้าใจว่าจะทำให้ดี โควิดก็ระบาด ให้มายืนบริหารลมหายใจเข้า ลมหายใจออก อยากกลั้นใจตาย ระบบบัตรคิว จะจัดให้ชั่วโมงละชุด ดีครับ แต่ ระบบรองรับหลังตรวจ ไม่มี คอยกันทั้งหมด เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่คัดกรองหลังตรวจ มีไม่พอ แล้วจะทำไปเพื่ออะไร ตรวจเสร็จ2ชั่วโมง มานั่งรอรับใบสั่งยาตัวเดียว รวมแล้ว3ชั่วโมง ง่ายๆเลยนะ เอาระบบเดียวกับที่คลีนิคของพวกคุณ นั่นแหละ สะดวกมากกก สงสารคนที่มารอตั้งแต่เช้ามืด ทั้งคนไข้และญาติ

ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในลานจอดรถให้มากกว่านี้แสงสว่างยังไม่เพียงพอมืดมากตอนกลางคืนทำให้ไม่ปลอดภัย แก้ใขคือควรเพิ่มแสงสว่างให้กับลานจอดรถ ขอบคุณที่รับฟังความคิดเห็น

ผู้ให้การบริบาลทำเต็มที่แล้วตามบริบทของรพ รัฐที่บุคลากรไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้ป่วย รพ นี้ยังดีกว่ารพ จังหวัดหลายๆที่ที่เคยไป มีการรักษาเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน มีแพทย์เฉพาะทางหลายสาขา ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นหากมีกำลังทรัพย์หรือไม่ฉุกเฉินยังแนะนำให้ไปเอกชนที่ภูเก็ตค่ะ สบายใจในการบริการและมั่นใจว่าจะได้รับการรักษาที่ดี

It was so slow that the nurse's history couldn't be heard. Even at 6 a.m., 2 p.m. it still wasn't finished.

It didn't help at all. The patient was in serious pain but they were just sitting there bragging.

Rather go to Hospital in Phuket.
