it's a scam. I got to Pattaya and they were closed, no one there, none of the numbers they have posted both online and at the physical location itself answer. I had to hustle for a hotel. Luckily I found one that still had vacancies. So book if you're into the homeless experience.

I stay there a night back in August. The owners are a nice couple. They welcome me as if I'm their friends. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. The common areas has Nintendo Switch games that allows the guests to use it free of charge. The cats, Airi and Mafia the cats are cute too!

Booked for 4 nights and after 2 nights of our stay they closed the hostel and kicked all guests out. Terrible customer service!!!

It's in the worst condition~ Messy, dirty, air conditioner leaking~ The owner can't be contacted~ It's the worst~ I made a reservation for 3 days and paid the din, so I had no choice but to stay.

I wait from 1-6pm no reception to check me in. Scam hotel. Dont come here. Go to another close by hotel.

Welcoming and friendly staff, 2 cats at the lobby add up to the snug atmosphere of the place. Free cookies and coffee any time you want it. Beds are comfy and blankets warm, rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning

Very Good Place. Bistro&Robby is very good design. And there are really cute 2cats. Room, toilet, showroom are clean. And have good design garden.

I stay here for 50 days and it was amazing experience if you finding budget hostel so don’t complain about service, Service is better under you pay them , Amazing place for sitting they have big space,

Really really helpful staff, playstation to while away a few hours, safe parking for bikes, and 2 gorgeous cats. Could be a little cleaner, but overall a pleasant oasis in a pretty unpleasant city (subjective opinion).
