Visited two afternoons in a row (because first visit was so good). Massive sauna room - always space. Steam room is hot. And the cold plunge pool is just right about 18 degrees. Jacuzzi was great too. Plunge pool and jacuzzi are separated for men and ladies - nice touch. Complementary fruit and water on arrival. Lockers available 100B returnable deposit for key. Main swim I pool is not so big - but held at good temperature and is great for chilling in. All facilities seem clean and well maintained and the staff are all friendly and helpful. A Sauna is next to a main road - yes there is a bit of noise from that but no big deal. Very good place - enjoyed both visits. Entry price is still 200฿

Sauna very dirty inside and stinky. everywhere wet with sweat. nobody sit on a towel. people not shower going in the cold water. if you complain to the staff nobody say something to this dirty people. cashier very unfriendly. go Pratumnak Soi 6 better...!!!! Today 26.05.23 i wanted to join the sauna but the cashier lady very unfriendly. so i walked away. never again Q Sauna!!!

Great place to relax. Steamroom at 44 degrees Sauna 85 degrees Cold bath 17 degrees, Hot bath 41 - 42 degrees. Nice relaxing atmosphere, you get free bottle of water and some fruit ( Pineapple and Watermelon) .Up stairs is massage if you wish. Now my go to sauna. 220 baht admission price.

Fabulous place for sauna which is newly open and everything is brand new. There's a gym and treatments available plus sauna, wet sauna, jacuzzi and cold water pools to cool down. Really a super nice place for spending a few hours to unwind and just enjoy a good sauna. The price is 200 Baht which is good for a sauna place of such high quality!

Nice clean place. The bad opening time is 10:00 AM. Good food. Hot cold water pool. Steamroom. Free fruit plate and 1 bottle water.

Sands sauna is better in any way. Biggest disadvantage is separate pools for man and woman. U cannot chill in the same pool as your girlfriend ...

The place is clean, sauna and steam are mix man and woman. Except for whirlpool. Some of young woman are aggressive in sauna might bothering others. Gym is basic for 2 treadmill and 4 others machines. Overall is recommended.

Very clean sauna, have massage and fitness room, warm swimming pool, cold pool 16.5°, hot jacuzzi 40°.

A compact spa with very good, well-maintained facilities. Fruit and water included in low admission price. Noisy location is the only thing wrong with it.

Nice place. Taste food. Warm sauna. Normal prices. Minus: - many people, go in and out to open the door in sauna.

Always nice and clean. The only sauna that works till 10pm. Vibes are good, pools are clean, staff is polite and they never hurry you up 10 min before closing time.
