Quality products at a reasonable price. For me, my biggest concern was how old the products were. I didn't want to buy anything that had been sitting around forever. These are totally fresh and recently made. It's September 2023 and everything I bought has an expiration date of 2026 or later. Also, the staff are super nice and helpful! Not only do they know the products very well, they are just wondeful people. When I paid for my items, I gave too much money and didn't know it. Two one thousand baht notes that were brand new were completely sticking together and I didn't notice this. I thought it was just one bill because I was in a hurry. The girl helping me quickly chased me down and gave me my 1000 baht note saying that I gave her too much money. I would have never known had she kept it. So, between the great products and the even better service, you may want to hit this place up when looking for high quality supplements in Pattaya.

I was provided excellent service: yesterday, I was fortunate enough to visit this shop when their nutritional consultant (Nick), was in - house. This is a good place to go if you want to restock on nutritional supplements. Particularly, if you workout. The hour-and-a-half consultation I received was invaluable! I had educated myself on dieting and workout routines for the Last 5 years; so I know a few things. Nick is their consultant; (former professional athlete), a personable, polite man with many years of experience. I could tell right away, he was passionate about what does. He handled all of my questions in finite detail. I looked up some of the products they were selling and found them at five stars. I'm looking forward to my personalized nutritional plan (being tailored as I write this). No high pressure sales tactics. I can't recommend them enough. UPDATE : I'm very pleased with the personalized nutritional plan I just received; it's very comprehensive, including maintenance with vitals and follow-ups. I particularly like the food group options I can choose from. Because who isn't a bit fussy..

New to Thailand. I like to buy whey powder in bulk as am using daily. Store had good reviews. Upon entering i inquired about any “bulk discounts”. NO DISCOUNT. I proceeded to view the prices of the largest bag…and asked if they could match the online price…same product. I was told to buy it online ! In and out in 120 seconds. Advice to the owner…the young “saleslady” was simply an “ordertaker”. There is nothing wrong with that…AS LONG AS THEY’RE NOT MASQUERADING AS SALESPEOPLE. Customer service in Canada is “whey” better…at least in this case.

I've been buying supplements from The Nutrition Depot for a couple of years and have always found the prices of their products very competitive. Their staff also also very knowledgeable and offer sound advice when required. Highly recommended.

I had a question about a product due to a very bitter taste and spoke to Mr Nick who really seems like he puts customer satisfaction first. You can also see his offer to the dissatisfied customer who allegedly didn't see a price tag. I will remain a customer of this store for that reason alone, but also because of the product selection.

Great for bodybuilders that don't need gear and just want BCAA's, pro powder, etc. I wanted multivitamins but they only had expensive powder which had good stuff and no bad stuff I don't want (iron, calcium, folic acid). Vitamins are very hard to get in Thailand. I brought my own but they ran out. I used iHerb but sometimes they refuse to ship for some unknown reason. Lazarda is hit and miss.

Popped into the store today for the first time ever, I googled what I needed & this store with the great ratings came up. It almost there for a five star rating, been in 5 times now, always have a laugh with the staff, and they know a lot more, than I do about the protiens, but they are not pushy either with their sales pitch , i do think it's a bit dark in the shop, as in the lighting, but hey what do I no, Have not met the owner yet, but apparently he's from my neck of the woods and is a Surrey boy, Ps also have a small but nice clothing range in there, will be back in next week 🏋️‍♂️
