Stayed for 9 nights recently; staff were so lovely and the hotel was good. Great location, a few buildings down from the gorgeous lake, close to 2 different 7/11s, and nice cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets. The room was nice enough, very spacious! Clean besides a few little cobwebs (I think occupancy might be low since the pandemic). The towels were changed daily and bottled water provided. There is a breakfast buffet (congee, curry, eggs etc, and brioche for toast, and a coffee machine) which was good but occasionally there were ants when other guests didn't shut the lid properly (it is on a verandah, so to be expected). It was quiet, spacious, the beds were comfy for Thailand, and a lovely place to stay. Phayao is wonderful, and I will definitely come back one day. Thank you again to the wonderful staff! :)

Ask to stay at the end of the hallway. Room 208 is huge! Because it’s an end room you get a lot more space, huge rooms. The finish in the bathroom could be a little better, shower glass being held to the roof using 2 small wood blocks .. tiles not set correctly but anyways that their issue and doesn’t have much to do with overall experience. Again huge room, great value for money. Question to management ... how short are your usual customers as sink in bathroom is the height of a small goat. I had to sit down just to wash my hands in sink?

Near by Kwan-Phayao, good location, big room and good service mind

Very good room , bed , service and breakfast. There have small noise from pub near hotel. But I'm ok with it and have a great night.

I think it deserves 4.5 Stars. Taking the price in consideration, great location , clean and wide rooms , simple and Cool .
